you know. still compared to many other pink stocks this is way
undervalued. I have other stocks that are way higher and have not
really any sales figures or this kind of potential. I would still
jump in now and hold and hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised.

seems to me if " your group " is investing that much money doesn't make sense for " next dip" - each to their own. you may miss it and pay higher...

wow,i seldom post here but this is getting ridiculous.

a) if people buy or sell based on any information gathered
from this board then maybe they shouldn't be buying pink stocks.

b) there is one way for all this to be resolved and that is to
see both products on the shelves. This will happen one way or the
other relatively soon ( I am guessing ) and this will take care of
one side of the argument.

c) i am giving everyone a time out.

Kaiser, i too have filed a complaint with the SEC. How can people just stand by and let themselves be totally screwed by Mart and Ken. If you think trading SDVI for GRAFF ( none existing ) is ok then don't know what to say. Mart has followed in Ken's disgusting footsteps and promised and promised and delivered nothing.

In my opinion at this point the two of them are lying crooks. Come on Mart, can't wait to receive your gutless private response back.

i know exactly what he is talking about.I believe he isn't talking about the knowledgeable people but rather the incessant
" so thin" which means nothing as it appears that many times whenever this comment is made the stock goes down and also " great day" when we go down... it is a great day to be alive but not a great investing day when the stock drops 10%. It is good to have people be positive about a stock but the continual cheer-leading with the same comments over and over gets a little monotonous.

i am guessing the audit isnt done because there
were no accurate records of anything kept anywhere and the
auditing company has given up asking for things and getting no reply. I have seen this time and again and I am convinced that Ken just doesnt have figures and is passing the buck. Based on his prior history of promises and missed deadlines I am sure this is the case. He mentioned over two web session ago " we are pushing them " right... how about some honest answers..

Didnt realize the price of this stock was $1.64 guess the quotes on the market are wrong. To be honest with potential investors you may have but in the date of the article.

for once i agree with abondance. we have been advised in the last two conference calls that " we are pressing the auditing company hard " with atty etc. Could it be that the audit info is not forthcoming to keep investors away, drive the price of the stock down so that a buyback is much less expensive. no audit, no news, no nothing , price drops and therefore if there is an exchange of stock the price of the exchange is less because the sdvi price is way less and therefore oh my, look who wins. certainly not the stockholders who have been loyal for years.

i read where there was an amount but i would hope as a
conforming , professional company they would have said, today we are happy to announce we have recd $ in pmt from the singapore- makes it sound like a real company . In the past specifics have been lacking and in my opinion this can only hurt the company, the more transparent they become the better off i think things would be. imho of course.

can anyone let me know why you think they didnt
announce how much the payment was? seems to me
that this would be standard operating procedure.

couldnt agree more. good to see some numbers and partial sales figures and hope the audited total financials come out soon. As far as naysayers - as my old friend william would say ' me thinks he doth protest too much-" all i can say " look in the mirror " - questioning is not nay saying. As far as everything else goes, it is all speculation until we stockholders get some official confirmation in writing regarding everything. Until then let us hope the stock rises

i disagree. People have invested in this stock and have
the right to legitimately voice their concerns and
complaints regarding various issues. Maybe if the stock was where it should be people would sell and leave . Reminds me of the old mentality of the 60's - love it or leave it and we can see how wrong that was. I am sure if you offer to pay the .025 per share to people who you call naysayers ( just because they are venting an opinion?) would probably take your money and leave in a heartbeat...in the meantime until Ken acts like a valid, authentic , capable trustworthy person you can expect this . For new people coming on board if they choose, there is lots of other information provided and they can make their decision. As we all know this is a company with real products being sold and so in my opinion the company being a scam is not an issue ,creditility however is another issue .Furthermore I think it is both honest and ethical to let other potential investors see both sides of a picture. There are too many other pinko's where everything is supposedly wonderful and we all know better. The best way to silence the naysayers is to provide honest, accurate information and whoosh , naysayers will keep quiet .

This is truly pathetic..... Per his last cc - we will know today when it will be completed and within 10 days.. how can you believe anything he says to not at least explain what is going on is just immoral, unjustified and disgusting to people who put there faith and money into this. the reason is ineptitude and lack of information given to the auditors ( in my humble opinion of course) yes, it will be release some day ...... hopefully 2nd qtr this year will look good.
