Yep PHOT GRNH both pick and shovel pot stocks totally on fire GRNH low float about what HSCC is 58 mil approx reported. HSCC float is much tighter as we know from the NOBO list. The problem is management too cheap, too slow to react, don't even have a clue the space this is in.
HSCC is a pick n shovel pot stock just like the two above. The difference is HSCC can sell to all the growers, producers, shippers, dispensaries, and at the same time provide consulting services to the enforcement agencies and state agencies in all the states as well as the Federal agencies. The pot industry has the strictest requirements regarding surveillance systems of any industry in the world. They are even required to video tape the video recording systems to ensure they aren't tampered with. Plus HSCC has a 15year core business selling surveillance systems elsewhere.
Gary Williams has gained a lot of knowledge in the last 3 years working closely with the main mmjcomplianceservice.com company in CO. Gary is the biggest asset HSCC has. Dave Shade is the problem. It shouldn't take a genius to figure out what needs to happen or will happen. Gary could easily get picked up by another company.
HSCC sits parked on a vacant lot while the biggest sector rally in 30 years is underway. I saw this coming months ago and bought PHOT HEMP. I sold both today
HSCC has NITE parked at .01x.02 I put in a buy at .015 about an hour ago and etrade is down at .0068 ignoring my best bid. Currently trying to get to the bottom that. Other than that I'm in UGAZ until I flip back into DGAZ
The best thing that could happen to HSCC is for Dave Shade to leave
jaymein yeah they are about 58mil last reported throw the volume at it and its up over 90% today. I looked at it when I bought PHOT but I bought PHOT because their products looked far more developed. Both are good to be in. I think PHOT could run into the $'s if they keep their hands out of the dilution cookie jar. There is another real low floater on that list that hasn't been played yet. This is definitely the place to be in the market lots of big money coming in fast.
Pot stocks up to 90%gains huge huge day for most then there's HSCC Dave fell asleep in the car before he could get the motor started. 30k vol wow

Rising Tide some real winners in the Pot stocks today some up 90% We haven't seen a sector move like this since the Dot.com era. This truly is the Next Dotbong move in the market. Pot stocks will run hard all of 2013. Some will be several dollars a share by then. PHOT has a great chance at that my 250k shares are looking nice green. It's low float competitor was up 90% today. The sleeper play will come in slowly at first. Great place to be
Here's a candle glance. If anyone knows of anyothers let us know about them
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/candleglance.html?PHOT,MWIP,MDBX,HEMP,GRNH,MJNA,CBIS,AVT,TRTC,ERBB,SRER,hscc|B|F
Pot stocks update MJNA .48 +59% PHOT .082+30% CBIS +40% HEMP +36% HSCC +0% dead in the water and it's own shareholders don't even have a clue what HSCC is doing. Dave Shade's leadership is pathetic. The best thing that could happen is he steps down and lets someone with fire in his belly run this company and put Gary William talent to work.
Sup its not only they need security they required by law to have 24/7 surveillance of every aspect from the seed to the sale. What this means is the pot industry has the strictest requirements of surveillance systems of any industry in the world. Don't comply and you are out of business. Gary Williams worked directly with company in Colorado for the last 3 years. Growers producers distributors dispensaries are all required to have 21 days of video footage of every thing that goes on in their facilities. This video is available to law enforcement at anytime. 21 days of storage. Do we know a company that makes a video compression that is in a joint venture with HSCC? One guess starts with O N Y X. HSCC not only worked with all these companies ensuring they were compliant and designed engineered and built these systems just for this industry. They reported all the information to the State of CO enforcement division and the lawmakers. These reports helped to shape the requirements and laws in CO. CO is the first state. WA is next. The crappy HSC face book page talked about bidding contract in WA. Not to hard to dd WA state Pot contract bidding. Let me know what you find.
Inspection of the Grow and Dispensary Facilities for adherence to DOR Bill 1284 Regulations for Medical Marijuana. This Bill put into place the rules and regulations the Grow facilities and Dispensary facilities had to live by. There are obviously very stringent areas these facilities needed to live by and some needed to get into these places and advise them of how to proceed in rule adherence. Our job was to inspect and provide detailed reports to these facilities so they could be in compliance or at least on their way to compliance when the MMED came out for State inspections. many facilities were closed based on their inability to adhere to the rules, all of our customers facilities passed inspection if they implemented our plan.
The above paragraph on the HSC website is to vague needs to be specific on what that means to HSCC. What it means is lots and lots of surveillance systems sold to every single facet of this industry and taking the model you developed and learned in CO and applying it to the state of WA that is clueless about how to go about this process. HSCC has 3 very solid years under their belt. working with the state of CO agencies and the smallest of grower to the largest producer and dispensaries.
There is no publically traded MMJ compliance company except for HSCC. Everyone in this industry is a customer to HSCC and the states are as well.
This is a good place to be.
true statement MJNA .41 +35% HEMP .06+34% PHOT .077+21%% HSCC .015 Dead in the water
Pot stocks PHOT .074 +17% MJNA .38 +25% and the morning is young Major volume going into these stocks HSCC 500 shares traded nite on bid ask with 50% spread. Don't like the looks of the endless 10k blk.
rbd317 did you read what the core business of compliance is? From your post I'd say no you didn't. Or perhaps the HSC website is not clear enough.
1. When you saw the web page for HSC did you read the test?
2. Were you confused by the web page
3. Did it present information clearly
4. Did you understand HSC's role in the MJ market?
5. Does the website make a clear connection between HSC-Homeland Security Corporation and HSCC the stock or does it give the a impression of a different company?
6. Anything else you or anyone can think of or lets critique the hezz out the HSC site and send the suggestion to them to fix.
Personally I would think a new investor would not draw the connection between HSC and HSCC the stock from this site.
rbd317 HSCC core business is Alcoa they are profitable on Alcoa alone. I don't think you guys get the significance of this. Here's some clues

just curious what you think this means for HSCC? Connect the dots
Compliance What if there was a pot stock that there function was to help all the pot companies from seed to sale be totally compliant and legal. That way they could focus on growing their weed. What if that same company worked closely thru specialized consultants with the states setting up drafting their compliance laws and regulations. What if that company took that same model they developed working in one state and tailored it to another state then another and another.
What if it was low float, profitable, No Dilution and cheap?
Perceived Value and the GURU pump As Pot stocks go up in price so will the number of GURU's pumping them. Wallstreet experts will be putting $'s a share targets on a few of these stocks before we know it. Think about that before you unload. The big winners will be the lower float, products, profitable, NO DILUTION. PHOT has an advantage as being the only Known pot stock that is 100% legal.

For those that don't know what compliance is here's a bone.
http://www.mmjcomplianceservices.com/
gr8investment your right and wrong THEY BOTH HAVE GREAT PRODUCTS THAT ARE READY FOR THE MARKET RIGHT NOW. MJN* ALREADY HAD ITS MONSTER RUN. I MOVED ALMOST ALL MY MJN* FUNDS TO PHOT OVER THE PAST FEW DAYS BECAUSE I KNEW PHOT HAD TO FOLLOW.
flipping out of MJ into PHOT was a great move. As MJ trading topped PHOT was breaking out above .04. It is following the leader.
This is like getting on the Screaming Eagle Coaster and riding it to the top of peak stepping off and jumping on the Boss Coaster and riding it to a peak.
MJ is by no means done it will consolidate a bit but the concept of perceived value is in play here. A handful of investors saw the value of MJ when it was .011 in late 2011. When it based at .025 a lot more saw the value and it spiked to .11. As the price moves higher so does the perceived value and volume. Most people won't touch a stock that is pennys a share. More people will want to buy it at .30 then at .01. When it clears 50 cents that number will increase because it's headed for $1. The herd mentality is very strong. Everyone wants to own a winner.
You got off the Eagle and now your on the Boss. There are some other plays in that list that haven't had much of a run yet. If you ride the BOSS to .20 and get off you will have more money to put into some of the smaller coasters while you get back on the Eagle with an even larger number of shares.
This is a great place to be in the market for 2013. Take a good hard look at that list there are a couple of real sleepers on it. On that has been in the MMJ industry for over 3 years is a way that no one has thought about on these boards. Compliance.
This is much bigger than the next pr. Wallstreet is looking for a few winners in this sector. A small stock/company they can wrap their arms around and take to much higher level and exchange. Those stocks are the selection. There are very few. When was the last time you heard anyone on CNBC, Wallstreet Journal, The Street, all major media talk about penny stocks in a positive way? In a word NEVER. Pot stocks are all over all major news feeds almost daily. This is the beginning of the next Dotbong rally. A lot of the traders here will flip out off PHOT thinking it will crash to the ground. This is like it was for the Indians kill one settler 10 more are just over the hill. More and more people will be buying these stocks as they go up in value. Its Momentum and Perceived Value all rolled into one. Any stock that gets on that list and becomes known as a pot play has a chance at greatness. The ones that won't make it will be the dilution Turds. After all who wants to wrap their arems around a Turd.
pot stocks at a candle glance great week breakout after consolidation for the last couple months http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/candleglance.html?PHOT,MWIP,MDBX,HEMP,GRNH,MJNA,CBIS,AVT,TRTC,ERBB,SRER,hscc|B|F
Time to call the transfer agent Ill get back with update ASAP
FWIW 100k AON was filled and the ask still .015 nite. Someone has more shares available than they are letting on. 10k available 110k bought 10k still available. smoke and mirrors bid never moved up. These mm games kill this stock everytime.
FWIW the best bid is 50% lower than what it really is .01 is reflected actual 100k AON .015
anyone want that 10k blk at .015. Bozy club is going to take it, you have about 15-30 seconds if you want it.
did anyone see that 2.5 mil share just go thru impressive
PHOT -1% rest of MMJ up up up, can't seem to keep their hands out of the dilution cookie jar. PHOT has a chance of greatness but if the don't stop the dilution they will blow it. I own PHOT but I despise dilution. Dilution kills everything. Look for another pot stock player with low float, no dilution, profitable, very low priced. My dd tells me it will be thrust into the spotlight very soon.
Looks like the buyer of a million shares is back. FWIW he is with etrade down low at .0069 1000k. I went into my Etrade account and put a buy for 10k at .018. Level II shows best bid .013. Well its not its .018. Etrade is reflecting the 1000k instead of the measly 10k.
kantano MDBX has a float of 1.9mil What is MJNA's 200 times that? Divide 215 by the float of MJNA for a more realistic price target.
someone wanting to buy up John777 shares, cause they know two things 1. its impossible to buy a million shares at the current price(s). Can't imagine what trying to buy millions of share would do to the pps.
2. Something is going to happen and this stock is going to skyrocket.
I've been in PHOT for a while bought during the basing around .04. This thing has a chance at greatness if management would keep their hands out of the dilution cookie jar. Why sell at .05 when if you were patient sell well over a $1? The chart, the Pick and shovel aspect 100% legal, and real product that works are why I bought it.
Chart is perfect for a major run Looks like it was brand new out of the box back in 2011 ran to $1.1 on very light volume then slowly lower over the next couple years. Huge volume increases in the fall spiked it to .06. two solid months of consolidation around 3-4 cents. Everybody could get onboard that wanted to, still plenty of time. This with the momentum coming into the POT stocks that will continue for a long long time. Only a few states legal many more to come. PHOT is a good place to have some money parked.

ONYX is in WA state HSCC and ONYX have a joint venture. What was the name of the guy working with HSCC and ONYX. I remember someone posting a linkedIn profile on him.
oreo Level II has 2million on the bid at .0067 Got to BOYZ CLUB Players wanting membership before the annual meeting in Vegas. Would you want to sell them some shares? They will take them off your hands TODAY GOOD DEAL FOR YOU!
Nah Oreo its only worth .0067 today lol
Prospective Boyz club member at .0067 Oreoman time to check out of the Hotel California and take that tax loss you been dreaming of. Boyz Club is here to help the bagholders relieve their pain.
Just heard Boyz Club is going to take a day off today looking for cheaper shares
Good points on your posts "I do believe ff we can break through .07 on heavy volume than we could see $1 but that will take some very good PR, constant PR. The company can not disappear months at a time and expect this stock to jump on its own."
That is the key level once above there its all blue sky.
PR's are needed but let's make a list of what else is needed
1Low float
2No Dilution
3Share structure update
4Financials
6Up date on Crane cam
7Website fixed or paid for lol cheapo Dave
8What's new in the world of HSCC
The first two we already have, the third I will get but I can tell you from watching it trade and looking at the chart the numbers are the same.
Which brings up the point I was trying to get you to see. What do you see looking at the chart.
"You can throw all charts and patterns out the window because none of them apply to these types of low float stocks."
take another look at the chart
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=HSCC&p=D&yr=2&mn=6&dy=0&id=p06638139011
You missed two very important indicators the OBV and accumulation.
The price is all over the place due to the low volume and the majority shareholders that own 10k shares or less buying and selling on the huge bid ask spread.
During the whole time the price is bleeding down. I would like to take a moment to thank the mm's that bleed this over the last almost 2 years. Thanks guys you did a great job! This is where the accumulation and OBV really took off and has been firewall pushed to the top of the chart.
As stupid as The HSCC BOYZ CLUB may sound to many people it is the reason for that massive accumulation and OBV push. It is why on minimal volume the price is now at .02. That 45k blk that was just bought was a prospective member trying to fill a 70k blk. We have two guys trying to get to 1.5 million shares so they can go to the annual meeting in Las Vegas that is coming up soon.
There will always be guys that have lots of money that want to belong to something and like.
1. To Drink Beer or liquor
2. Like to hang out with naked women
3. Like the feel and sound of a jet
What does a jet have to do with this? The guy that started the club is a former military pilot/pilot. It's his club he can do what he wants.
There are only 2 guys that I know of on this board that meet the share requirements of 2 million shares. I am one of them and most can guess who the other is. 1.5 million shares will get you a 12 month membership. During that time you must either get your share count to 2 million or get someone else to reach 1.5 million shares thus granting you the next 12 months. To maintain membership you must maintain share count. Your shares must be bought on the open market which means Dave and Gary can't even be members without buying shares.
Simple supply and demand so the higher the membership goes the higher the price goes. The longer you wait to buy the required shares the more expensive the membership.
"I was duped into purchasing this stock and became one of the same bagholders"
Oreo we like to think of it as having an extended free stay at the Hotel California.
"Realistically I believe this investment will end up being a 25k write off for me but I will hold on and enjoy the ride. Life is about learning from your mistakes and I will move on."
Oreo you only need 500k more shares to get a membership. It could be the ride of your life you were looking for. Annual Vegas meeting coming up sooner than later. Lock in those 500k shares before the price goes to .04. Level II shows 110 available at .021 and 401k available at .028.
2310+10920= $13230 is what it will take to get your HSCC BOYZ CLUB MEMBERSHIP TODAY!
Not many simple things in life are better than a cold beer in one hand and a naked woman in the other.
oriolemagic how much do you want for those 996k shares? You have a pretty good size blk. Had you ever considered buying another 500k shares to get your HSCC BOYZ CLUB membership? I get the feeling that pr's are the most important thing in your view. To be honest IMO most people that trade or own pennies only read the first line of the pr, then they are saying when's the next pr. Can you read a chart?
Tell me what this chart says, especially the last two years that you have been in it.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=HSCC&p=D&yr=2&mn=6&dy=0&id=p46470092852
"As it is now two hits on the bid and we are back down to .005 imho"
What do you base that on with all your two years of experience?
Over the last two years the price dipped down to .005. Did you ever consider buying more shares down there?
Averaged at 1-2 cents? In the big picture of HSCC I'd say your in a pretty good position.
John777 made a very good point they acknowledge their 10year relationship with ALCOA. which to me is a HUGE HUGE turning point for HSCC management. Alcoa is HSCC largest customer. On Alcoa alone they are profitable. Dave Shade is one thing for certain a cheap SOB. But with that frugalness comes no wasted spending, no fancy BS. The relationship HSCC has built with Alcoa took years. Just to get on the Alcoa mall is a huge achievement. What is the mall? It is an internal shopping cart for all Alcoa divisions world-wide. They only allow select vendors on the mall after years of extensive review of the vendors they chose.
So imagine yourself a engineer in Tennessee needing a camera for some application. You have a certain budget you can spend. You get on the mall and look at HSCC page, click the item you want and the order is sent directly to HSCC. They fill the order and ship it directly to you. If it is an item you don't see you fire them off a message and most likely Gary will have what you need within minutes or hour. If its what you want click, done. That is what it means to be on the Alcoa Mall. Alcoa has over 10,000 personnel with the power to use the Mall. But they can't go down to the local Radio Shack and pick up the camera they need they have to buy off the mall. This is why it is so significant to be on the Mall.
Do some dd and read this page there is a wealth of information http://stores.homelandsecstore.com/Page.bok?template=about
Experience and Knowledge of Alcoa Environments: HSCC, has been providing CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) technical expertise, knowledge, products/equipment, yearly new technology presentations at Alcoa Facilities, complete systems, and more importantly, support to Alcoa since April of 2003.
In addition to providing standard camera systems, DVR's (Digital Video Recorders) that are now "Best Practice at RPD Divisions", wireless long range transmitters, CCTV and LCD Monitors, and more, The Company has specialized in developing ¿PROCESS MONITORING¿ equipment and system solutions to various divisions. HSCC has delivered Hi-Resolution ruggedized Pan-Tilt-Zoom systems for use in the "Under Sheet Inspection System" and has designed a "Crane Video Safety System" for use on the Zenar 100 Ton Overhead Crane for the Warrick Operations Facility. We are also working on a ¿Super High Speed Video Recording System" to help Alcoa to resolve Production/Manufacturing issues at various facilities. Along with this system HSCC has helped design a four (4) camera High Speed System that will record at over 210 frames per second (FPS) per camera simultaneously. These systems will also be incorporated into our "Emergency Video System/Kit" which is a Mobile Stand Alone Video System set up to alleviate down-time if one of the permanently installed video systems fails. The Kit can also be used by Divisions who do not have in place or have limited capabilities for CCTV to decide if a permanent system will be required for a particular area or process. We have provided Equipment, Knowledge, Expertise, Support, and have introduced New Technology to meet many CCTV video requirements for Alcoa divisions around the World.
Everything that is in bold or quotes are things that Gary W. designed and engineer exclusively for Alcoa. "Best Practice at RPD Divisions" this is an award for outstanding product and service presented to HSCC from Alcoa. So much dd just laid out at your feet.
So how much do you think your 900k shares of HSCC are really worth?
Look at the trick surveillance system Gary designed that is on one of their websites.
http://stores.homelandsecstore.com/index.html
There is a big difference this time more of the float has been sucked up by the HSCC Boys club. They take the shares out of weak hands when they lose their patience. If you read the NOBO report most of the shares are owned by 15 people. BUT most of the shareholders own 5000 shares or less. Sounds almost unbelievable someone would buy $50 worth of stock. The 15 largest shareholders are not in the stock everyday. Most of the low volume daily trading for the last year or so is between guys that own $100 worth of stock. The price gets knocked down when those guys. What the Boys Club is designed to do is reduce the number of shares and shareholders that hold those tiny blks. This is why you see the price moving up so dramatically because the Boys Club bought all the shares that were available below a penny over the last year and half. In fact this has been going on for a long long time.
This chart was posted on another board and it does a good job of showing this thru the accum and the OBV despite what the price is doing when the 5000 share crowd is the sellers. Someone might want to replace the other one on the board with this one
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=HSCC&p=D&yr=3&mn=0&dy=0&id=p26978675179
energy wave I can't speak for anyone else but I used the slow period last year to quietly buy some more of the cheap shares.
only 90k shares available at .019 then .025. Float is locked down. The price will be above .04 before very long.
big buyer wanting shares
