Sorry to disappoint you all the professional pumpers have moved to YFRM, this weeks pump. Check it out, same posters same bs. Newsletter push on GMEC is over thus the near zero volume and will continue to decline. Opening 45 minutes up then down the rest of the day with maybe an exception at the end of the day to keep interest for tomorrow. But this one is dying the slow P&D death.
Years of history???:
Can you actually chart what this company has done in the past? Not a chance, but the current years chart shows continued decline, nothing to be made here. Good luck in convincing others this is a legitimate investment. But can you really follow the chart with this history??:
We were incorporated on July 8, 1983, in the business of providing specialty printing services to the commercial printing industry. Until consummation of the Share Exchange, our revenue was derived from providing printing services to other printing businesses.
On March 10, 2008, we entered into a Share Exchange Agreement (the “Share Exchange Agreement”) with Great East Bottles & Drinks (BVI) Inc. (“GEBD BVI”) and Guy A-Tsan Chung (formerly known as Chung A. San Guy), the sole shareholder of GEBD BVI (the “Shareholder”) to acquire 100% of the outstanding equity of GEBD BVI from the Shareholder in consideration for 32,460,000 shares of our common stock (the “Share Exchange”). The Share Exchange was consummated on March 10, 2008.
Subsequent to the completion of the Share Exchange Agreement, GEBD BVI’s business became our major business and the Shareholder became our majority shareholder. Our operating entities produced beverage bottles which mainly are made of PET, a type of plastic with desirable characteristic for packaging including a clear and wide range of colors and shapes and tough resistance to heat, moisture and dilute acid. The operating entities manufacture and sell beverage bottles in China for bottling of Carbonated Soft Drinks (“CSD”) for world brands including Coca-Cola and Pepsi.
In December 2009, we restructured our group so that our subsidiary, HGEP, held our operating entities GEPNJ and GEPXA. As a result, any operations that we had were either conducted by HGEP or by its subsidiaries. In December 2009, HGEP through its subsidiary acquired a 99.99% interest in three new operating entities from a company controlled by Mr. Guy Chung. These entities were United Joy International Limited (“United Joy”), Upjoy Holdings Limited (“Upjoy”) and Greatgrand Global Limited (“Greatgrand”).
In exchange for these new operating entities, we transferred shares in a wholly-owned subsidiary that holds a 15% interest in HGEP to a company controlled by Mr. Guy Chung. Additionally, we granted another company controlled by Mr. Guy Chung an option exercisable at $1 to purchase 60% of our subsidiary GEPI whose sole assets are an 84% interest in HGEP.
We have assumed for the purposes of this annual report and the financial statements included herein that the option to acquire a 60% interest in GEPI has been exercised. As a result, our only assets are our 33.6% interests in the operating entities described herein.
On October 26, 2010, the Company entered into an Acquisition Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Water Scientific Holdings Limited (“Water Scientific”) and the shareholder of Water Scientific whereby the Company acquired 100% of Water Scientific in exchange for 500,000 shares of common stock of the Company. Water Scientific was subsequently sold on March 31, 2011.
On December 30, 2010, the Company entered into, and completed, an Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement with Chung A. Tsan Guy whereby the Company sold its subsidiary GEBD BVI in exchange for Mr. Chung surrendering 31,498,000 shares of common stock of the Company.
Up until the completion of the Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement on December 30, 2010, the Company commenced and maintained its operations as discussed below and represented in the financial statements of this Form 10-K/A. In order to diversify the Company’s operations, several new subsidiaries have been formed and are now operating within the Company. From October 26, 2010 to March 31, 2011, Water Scientific functioned as a subsidiary of the Company. In February, three new subsidiaries of the Company were formed and have since maintained operations. These subsidiaries, GME Holdings Limited, Great China Games Limited and Great China Media Limited are further described herein under the “Description of our Business from January 1, 2011, to the Date of this Filing and Onward” heading of this Item 1.
I already posted that when this tanks it will be blamed on the "shorts". There are no shorts, period. Its the sellers dumping their shares causing it to drop. Next week begins the gradual decline of volume going back to prepump levels. Chart only confirms the pump and continuing dump.
That's IF they publish anything at all, may be another budget cut by not hiring an auditor, will be interesting to see if they publish the annual report to shareholders and if its audited. If either is true, shows directly the problem, lack of funds.
Easy, its Friday, the last day of the one month promotion, the few remaining "third party" shares are being dumped for whatever they can get. After today, PR's and volume will dissipate to where it was before the pump began. Chartologists are only fooling themselves as the charts mean nothing in the manipulated, and pumped penny market. Amazing how many fall for such drivel.

What's left for GMEC: Nothing, there never was anything for them other than the representing fee they recieved. Interesting article about the two key players fighting for the revenue from this movie.
OUCH, all these unsubstantiated PR's and yet the stock continues to decline. Last newsletter's contract ending this week, then no more push, no more pr's, volume dries up, stock price tanks. Good luck on the next pump.
Read the newsletter disclaimers either a one week or two week promotion, once the promotions are over this stock is done. Your choice and I wish you well. Cya
No hits on .82 so back to .75, low volume, the interest is gone so the dump starts, first 45 minutes a test to see if any buyers out there.
No because they all include the "forward looking statement" disclaimer, you know things change and what we say may not happen. As an example go through the history of CPOW. PR after PR and none of it has happened. Unless you can prove in person, lookout below.
This stock is just screaming today isn't it?? And yes your investment will tank by the end of the week, do not be greedy.
because they are orders filtered to them as instructed and they must follow those instructions. Another Nite hater??
Typical ploy by you all, raise the price in the first hour, dump during the day, give it a bit of hope the last hour. Then lookout. You must have a two week contract instead of just the normal 7 day.
Nasdaq??, NYSE??, NO otcbb-otcqb Pump and Dump
Just read the newsletters disclaimers they are hired by "unrelated" third party. Company has nothing to do with this, TIMBERRRRRRR
www.pumpsanddumps.com. 14 different touts, pumping for a week, you can't rely on PR's either. Head to the company headquarters and talk to executives, then you'll have your DD
DD shows this is another pump and dump
ah the short conspiracy?? not a chance, but when the stock tanks the newsletters will either suddenly move on to another stock or continue to claim last weeks increase as their proof they are legit. Or they will blame the nonexistant "shorts" that the stock is being manipulated as opposed to the "third party" that hired the newsletters who are now dumping their shares. Single digits within 2 weeks.
Then why did mr lenfest stop supporting this company...because continuing was a waste of money, 30 million and nothing to show for it. Obviously had other plans for his money that would do some good. And all you list the company as yet to prove even one cent profitable. Read the first 500 posts here and you'll see the wishful thinking that has plagued some for years.
What a crock, before he was asking for volunteers and now asking complete strangers for "where do I get money". So a well respected, at least at one time, business leader and upstanding guy, now doesn't know where to look for funds? Guess banks already told him to pound sand. A pump and dump gone bad facilitated by the company which has backfired, he has lost all credibility; and no mention of the lawsuits? Cease Trade Order? This is DOA. He should have stuck with real estate.
What are you talking about? Post that level 2, and there are no shorts. So if your investment strategy is based on that, good luck.
Oh how attitudes change:
So True QTIP and very interesting:
Now this is just funny. Reminiscing that is. Check out all the original posts.
and now 6 and a half years later...........
September 6 2006:
Must be a short movie if there is only one kungfu scene, and the casts are practicing??? What kind of BS PR is this and what amateurs are in this movie. And what are they practicing if the storyline is only sketched? The PR alone should make you run away from this stock. The quote from Roy, a little racist don't you say and definitely not based on fact. Kungfu is the most popular movie genre world wide??? Don't think so.
You believe correct, it doesn't matter, but where you're wrong, again, is relying on the fact that there is a "short" entity out there just nervous as hell wondering what they will do next. There is no evidence of any current shorts or legitimate FTD's. The hope should be based on the financial strength of the company, not a misperceived "short" conspiracy. But good luck, the rest of the market is climbing and TEVE since its 90 percent decline is stagnant. Now where will I put my money??????
Why do you insist on saying Telvue-Neon Alley, they did not merge, the subscribers do not belong to TEVE, there is no relationship between subscribers and TEVE's charged services. Don't believe me, Call them!! The attempt at deception is pointless.
NO chart can discuss the effects of a pump and dump, until its over this stock has no leg to stand on and you know that. Promotion is over, interest has moved on and even that stock is tanking, now its time for a new promotion to suck in the greedy and uniformed.
That is incorrect, promoters get paid in cash, read their disclaimers, and usually paid by a "third party" some related to the company and others just manipulating the greedy to make their millions. If this company would be able to stand on its own, it wouldn't need promotion, it wouldn't be on the pinks. Live and learn this stock is dead.
just wait til Tuesday!!
pumpers are gone, they've moved on to the next stock being released on Monday, most are employees of the newsletters. See GMEC and SITS, same pumpers. BUYER BEWARE
they will only get what the contract states for hardware and customer support, that's it. If 7 out of 10 of top providers do not make TEVE profitable, what makes you think this will.
But the question is how much and if the cost of obtaining that revenue outpaces the revenue itself, as it has in the past years, its not profitable. That's what matters. M&A is all the rage today, TEVE will be next if not privatized.
Show the relationship between those 175,177 and TEVE's Revenue. It's like comparing the Deep Fryer manufacturer getting paid per Mcdonalds French Fry Customer. Doesn't happen. And get in touch with one of those teenagers watching those cartoons and see if they've even heard of TEVE. Neonalley 6.99 per customer and you think they have money to pay TEVE more than a fraction of a cent?? I'm sure standard contract here for hardware and maybe a little support. Still revenue costs outweigh revenue. Don't believe me, wait til you get the annual report, if you get it.
Who cares? Where's the revenue??, I'll take notice with the management starts to purchase shares, until they do they are not putting their money where their PR is. If they aren't buying why the heck should anyone else? If they think they can make millions on their stock like you claim you will make you'd think they'd be buying everything available, but nope not a single share. Will be interesting to find out if and when they make available the annual report. Then all the future millionaires here will get that dose of reality that the cost of revenue still outpaces any additional revenue created.
The dump continues, sorry to say if anyone purchased during the pump they WILL lose money. Sorry state of affairs that so much fraud is taking place. Buyer beware
Look at GMEC the same people posting here are the same posting there saying the same thing about that pump, its a scam and a sad day that so many people are desperate they throw common sense out the window. Very possible spambots in use. Buyer beware!!!
Just like you were for GMEC, sad day when this happens over and over.
Very doubtful there will be another release, go to the SITS board and see the same posters there saying great things about that stock, P&D Lessons learned. Hope the word gets out to others not to fall for the hype, and that's being nice.
