I am not advocating taking it easy on who committed these possible violations rather interested in wether the SEC is looking out for the victims "shareholders" in this case assuming that this is a real company with real products and real potential...one would think the SEC hopefully wil take these into considerations...

I think that no one knows here for sure...to me this entire issue is in the hands of the SEC and what it would do..I can only wish that the role of the SEC is NOT to punish the shareholders who are innocent here. Assuming that this company does have a good product that works,It also has enough sales and potentail then it will be my expectations to see the SEC salvage this thing if possible. Such as allowing Murph. to run the company meanwhile trying to either build the business or find a buyer such as Wowgreen maybe.Just my thoughts in a perfectly running SEC

I would think that the SEC role here is to punish the wrong doers and not necessarily punish the shareholders.It may be possible IMO that someone at wow may have pointed this out to drop the value down in order to take over this company?
What makes me think so that is the fact that EESO does have a good product that works and may be Jared is wanting too much for this company.

So do I.I will wait it out and have the confidence that even if the SEC finds someone who conducted theselves unethically here the SEC you would think will go after them and not try to harm the shareholders who have already suffered enough. Reading through your analysis it seems to me that there are alot of things the SEC have to prove such as did Jared actually get a kick back?How much was it? Do jared have an explanation as why he did go this route?

May be EESO should learn fron that and even try to become better like an HPO organization..

It may not be news but it can confirm some things particluarly when bashers TRY to instill doubt about say the nature of the relationship with Wowgreen for example.So I say this is defiately a good thing for shareholders.

If as you say they've never mentioned them in any of their calls / PRs as a supplier and now all of a sudden they're bringing them in? I deductive logic would have they are bringing them in not as a supplier but as someone they've just aquired/bought maybe?
