I would think that the SEC role here is to punish the wrong doers and not necessarily punish the shareholders.It may be possible IMO that someone at wow may have pointed this out to drop the value down in order to take over this company?
What makes me think so that is the fact that EESO does have a good product that works and may be Jared is wanting too much for this company.
