Financials are for expansion per FB post. First there is to be a "new phase," apparently known more about on IHUB than at FB(?). Now that is underway, than positive cash flow and financials can be reported. Then it's off to find low-cost financing in an interest-rate increasing environment.
Banks have apps. Sites have UBA Emailmoni signs and descriptions, so including for instant credibility! The regulated and government sites explain it. That doesn't even happen in the United States, at the payment sites. Advancing commerce in Africa is so far: Now different and appropriate to Africa.
Bet9ja: UBA Emailmoni is universal! If maybe 15 mil. Nigerians access Bet9ja monthly, they can see just how accessible UBA Emailmoni has become. It is integrated into UBA apps, and can be accessed from debit cards. Now in State of Lagos they can see it in the online payments tab. too. It is even in writing(?). Anyone can see how it works right there in Africa(?)!
_______________________________________
"This deposit method is available for everyone; UBA account holders can link their bank account while non-UBA customers can pay with their debit card."
"EmailMoni is also available via UBA internet banking and mobile banking app."
Revs, Share fraud, Africa, news included, usually, with the financials and any progress on the new funding expansion. The African news is now impressive, easily to be included in "Subsequent Developments" in any Financials: Posted Worldwide.
Likely FB Update & Fins, given IHUB news posts.
No 15 filing likely: The "Or" Word. To get the stop removed, then "Delinquent filers either become current in their filings with the SEC or. . . ."
Defamation defender had no data already(?)! The defendant defamer would usually be said to have already had any information in hand regarding any alleged defamations. Making a request for further information exposes the matter that defamer had no such information to create the original defamation. Any allegations against plaintiff, of defender, were based on no data already known, so likely intended as a defamation already. Now defender wants to claim that it had insufficient information, after all(?). No further data needs to be shown to defender, in usual reasoning. Any lawsuit has basis in what defender alleges it already knew! Defendant discovery appears to show that it had no information, and so instead chose to defame the plaintiff.
Lawsuits expecting zero income(?), even posts that expected income makes all stocks of no value on that basis(?)
"IGR" is What Nigerian states call it! "Internally Generated Revenue," and there is accounting for it(?). There are 35 states beside Lagos. The proliferation of "Official Payments," types of websites is likely a next step. Universal acceptance of the key cashless payment app, UBA Emailmoni: Likely explains the less than exuberant first announcement of the online payments at the Lagos payments site. There are other banks in Nigeria, one fifth of all the branches in just State of Lagos, with about 10% of the population.
"Subsequent Events" parts may be updated.
Financials Ready, But UBA won just today. The larger bank got the announcement from the governor, and the key personnel at that bank featured their partnership with Lagos IRS in all the press releases.
The subject of the online payments capability was not at all featured. Only the larger bank partnership, and the noting of enlisted any banks(?).
The public unknown for the UBA Emailmoni, until yesterday, had been whether or not the payments web teller was also included. Google shows it seems to be.
So at minimum, there are now likely other states ready to be included.
Financials for required expansion per FB. So the new "Phase" providing the "Positive Cash Flow" is clear and able to be followed along online. Lagos is an African Financial center, but there are more Nigerian state governments, likely to follow State of Lagos example. Then there are 19 more nations, in Africa. Then it becomes a major international development model.
So Lots of Acceptance in Lagos, Likely. That has not general been the apparent case for U. S. projects from MECINCORP.
UBA Emailmoni Wins, including payments. The lasg-ebs-rcm.com website includes payments to all kinds of Lagosian public services--expected 8.0 tax payments alone: A potential 160 mil. or more monthly transactions. Google Play shows UBA Emailmoni now up for taxes, and the payments too! Then there is the new betting site. Betting sites often employ sub-contractors--possibly using UBA Emailmoni for all kinds of services. Then there is the general business climate, easily freed from standing in lines, able to do actual business transactions.
Lagos bank branches 1150, 8.0 mil. taxpayers(?). The enlisted banks for LAIRS payments are 21, with about 1,163 locations listed on the internet, including all 21. World Famous Citibank as 4 State of Lagos branches, for example.
That adds however many minutes or hours for 7000 people per location--just for the paying of the taxes. Then if all the utility bills, traffic fines, registrations, court fees and on and on are included: What is less corrupt is still likely suddenly time-consuming.
Google Play Emailmoni at Lagos State! Betting site approval is also noted. The date is 2/28, per HSK post, with the link.

What's New
- Lagos State Taxes & Levies Payment
- Deposit to BetKing
- Chinese Language included
- Balance display on Prepaid Card
- Fixes for bugs
HSK post 288075, Emailmoni first listed, as an UBA Bank new product. There is a certain "Top Tier" ambience to the tech, anymore. UBA Emailmoni is at the State of Lagos, IRS, even.
(Likely UBA Emailmoni needed now, more than just yesterday, starting tomorrow!)

"Apart from the latest e-banking product from the stable of the bank which is said to be the first by any financial institution in Nigeria or Africa, the bank has over the years churned out array of products to the banking public in its over 70 years of banking operation.
The roll call includes, UBA Email Moni, UBA Video Banking, UBA Secure Pass, UBA Internet Banking, UBA Mobile Banking, U-Mobile, the country’s first mobile money services which enables a customer operates account with mobile phone and UBA Magic Banking, a full- fledged banking platform which is enabled by dialing *919# within Nigeria
5000 Nigerian v. 80,000 U. S. branches for banking. USA has 330 mil. people, Nigeria maybe 195.0 mil. people. 8 mil. of the adults pay taxes in Lagos. Anyone can compute that long lines likely may happen.
U.S. banks are not the local IRS office. Starting tomorrow in Lagos, the Nigerian branches in Lagos have new service, tax collection, obligations. Nigerian bank traffic at any rate is said to increase toward the weekends.
In that context there now appears UBA Emailmoni. "Word of Mouth" advertising of the product could be in a new "viral," or contagion mode. Instead of long lines, in a madhouse cast of thousands--not even hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. . . .anyone sees the UBA Emailmoni advertising advantage.
Anymore, anyone can likely do more banking a bathroom at any rate. The U. S. White House appears to do "Morning Business" on twitter, even(?). In the United States, that even gets widely reported(?). Even hand-washing hopefully happens. The United States is said to be advanced.
US Branches have wait(?) problems, too! Brick and Mortar is in decline all over in the United States. So Tomorrow, when State of Lagos commences using bank branches for tax payment centers: Then anyone can guess that something worse than can happen in U. S. branches will be experienced in Nigeria. Hence the likely focus on the UBA Emailmoni payment methods at the lasg-ebs-rcm.com website. In the U. S. banking services can take upwards of 30 minutes. Reports of Nigerian branch, two hour times are credible. Now in Nigeria there is Emailmoni. Soon in the USA FRB may support something similar, or equivalent, too.
https://www.bankrate.com/financing/banking/wait-times-at-bank-branches-worsen/
Long line waits studied in many links. IBM created a sales pitch noting that the typical wait for service in an emerging nation bank was 30 minutes. UBA Facebook shows occasional complaints about waiting times. Mostly, there are many studies of various Nigerian banks, trying to fix the long waiting times.
So March 1, tomorrow, maybe lines get longer--except for the UBA Emailmoni users. Online refers specifically, at lasg-ebs-rcm.com, to UBA Emailmoni. The official announcement of the new cashless program was made in a competitor bank. There are 21 enlisted banks were people go to pay. UBA is one of them, but there is that online alternative, and UBA now has the artificial intelligence customer service to probably help with UBA Emailmoni for those payments. All the other payments that can be made through the State government are likely included.
UBA Emailmoni now elmininating queues in Nigerian banks, the long lines legendary all over the internet. Lasg-ebs-rcm.com shows UBA Emailmoni an online alternative to going to the 21 enlisted banks, standing in line for the mucho minutes, to pay the various taxes recorded, apparently, through Lasg-ebs-rcm.com. Nigerians in State of Lagos can on online, through UBA Emailmoni.
The baseless OC suit even harms babies, there is so little money in California(?). Rather than allowing some law-firm in San Diego to roll up make-work clock-time--at the expense of the Orange County Superior Court: Any settlement basis, pennies on the dollar, is likely the more efficient outcome in that matter. So far, the Court finds no basis to even support a writ of attachment, there being no basis of claim--last I looked, or anyone posted anything about it. In Orange County, there are likely real Superior Court cases to resolve.
In California, there are actually people who text, while walking! Municipalities do have their legal problems! The problem affects the young, no longer looking both ways--too busy texting.
3 Dockets same date/time, 1 later date. "Further Proceedings" of VOP may rely on the other two, same date, time, and court. The case is not over.
For my part, my inclination is to contend that the Clerk of the Court has it right. The calendar April 10 trial appears last in the sequence, even in the numbers. The "2's" precede the "10," for example: Even on the Calendar. So possibly(?) the "Further Proceedings" have basis in the motion to quash the unduly prejudicial evidence, which may then lead to a settlement of the DUI matter: That resolving the VOP.
California has no money for jails or incarcerations, and even Superior Courts are impacted by the budget problem--even in Orange County, CA. That I know something about, as a regional vendor. All the County Superior Courts are likely impacted. One outcome is likely the more efficient Calendar.
Business Goes Forward! No Imminent Cases, at least in the El Dorado Superior Court. Imminent revenue, however, is in process from Nigeria!
In El Dorado Court, 4/2 is about VOP Further Proceedings, (Case Not Over). Then there is a motion to quash irrelevant or unduly prejudicial evidence, (in Liminie). Then there is a Readiness & Settlement: Which could possibly end it all(?), possibly with basis in the other two calendars. Otherwise, 4/10 is a scheduled Jury Trial.
Mostly: Details are known to the parties involved. There is possibly only the 1-23152A VC matter of most concern, not a "Fast track" DUI like a 1-123152B VC. The lack of imminence is notable regarding the El Dorado court matters.
UBA Emailmoni, 15 mos., govt. approved! The opening of the agreement between UBA and MECINCORP was Nov. 2016. only last week has State of Lagos accepted the bank's "Convenience Banking" policy, in making the agreement, in concert with CBN cashless policy. The online feature is new, and so contrasted below.
The Lagos, Nigeria, payments site is lasg-ebs-rcm.com. Mostly it gets used in bank branches, where lines are often reported to be long and hour plus waits are reported. To pay online, then the UBA Emailmoni comes up--and so officially a new bank branch appears to have been created: With all those services accepting payments without the presence required in branches. The statewide PR is below, the governor's announcement, made at a competitor bank. No more government officials, "accepting" payments. (Government Corruption has been common in Nigeria.)
______________________________________
"In order to ensure that the government improves on the quality of service delivery to our people, effective from 1st March, 2018, no payment or taxes will be made by cash henceforth across the State.
'Tax payers should be able to pay all legitimate bills through all payment channels at their own time and convenience. The transaction process is now going to be every day, anytime and no weekends.
'We should be able to pay our taxes from any bank, any branch using webpay, paypoint and USSD, thereby encouraging mobile money without any contact with government officials. I repeat, every kobo counts; do not pay into wrong hands anymore,” Governor Ambode said.

As some might put it, "No More Nigerian Prices(?), Sad(?)!"
The UBA Emailmoni now major accepted! Especially for a business user, it is maybe getting set up to pay public utilities, traffic fines, vehicle registration fees, court fees and fines--all cashless. The Lagos IRS lasg-ebs-rcm collects billings, fees, fines, costs and lots of public requirements.
http://www.lasg-ebs-rcm.com/WebTeller/WebTellerIndividualPayTo
300 mil. transaction revs starts 3/1, the potential getting closer with Lagos State IRS online collections--UBA Emailmoni specified--getting more widely known. "Widely known," explains that other problem certain. That is only in Nigeria. The Betting sites volume is not widely known to OTC either, nor is the various UBA Bank apps integrated volume, up to 5.0 mil. downloads, multiple devices likely, multiple transactions monthly.
There is something to mention, even on Facebook: Even in "Subsequent Developments" sections of various financial filings, filing after filing.
PR's and favorable news and articles become more likely. . .when there is reporting of any of the above.
565 FB followers, brokers and investors likely have pages too, waiting for some news. Someone like me checks in. I am likely on record a shareholder, but not as a page follower. If the company needs a vote, then I get that, and let the broker/market maker know what to do with it(?). They tend to be FINRA registered.
SEC counts company record shareholders. So selling off everything further limits the SEC threshold for reporting requirements. So when there is a count of shareholders, that is the SEC important count. When there aren't enough, requirement gone, with further basis in asset determinations.
_________________________________________________
"Held of record” – This is the Exchange Act rules terminology for how many shareholders you have that count toward the reporting thresholds. Generally, each person or entity that is listed as a shareholder in the company’s records counts toward the reporting thresholds
So one less shareholder, just today. Market Maker numbers are not likely in the tens of thousands.
100 shareholders v. 550 FB followers! Data would suggest immediate financials, and that MECINCORP is SEC reporting exempt. More than just SEC-skilled attorneys are likely following MYEC along. I don't think I myself am a FB follower, even(?).
1-23152A VC not written standard DUI. The El Dorado Court jury trial is not a 1-23152B VC DUI, where a written standard more or less provides a "fast track" to the prosecution. Even any time lapse between any lawful arrest and the trial may get considered. A favorable outcome is maybe more likely. Even an appeal could be likely. I am not an attorney, but I don't drink or puff, snort or inject, vape or even hump(?) will driving. . . .apparently(?). So many things can go wrong, anymore(?)!
.
300 mil. mthly transaction revs, three offices, is about fintech efficiency now embraced mostly in Nigeria: Three regulated betting websites, (15 mil. or more monthly visits), UBA Emailmoni and UBA Internet Banking, (10 mil. customers, users able to download on multiple devices, do top-offs plus 20 times more transactions volume), and Lagos Internal Revenue Service online payments, cashless only starting Thursday, 8 mil. payers, multiple tax types). That exists all currently in place.
Post 287894, 300.0 mil. revenue transactions possible, just from CEO new business ventures in Africa, alone!
Crime or "gone" is revocation basis, usually. The revocation can be appealed--in more than one way. The Revocation can create a fine, jail, extension of probation, alternative service or other requirements. One thing to note is that the hearing comes first, then the sentence later--maybe the following week, or so. A bond could be in place(?), or even required(?). Mostly, in the instant matter of the CEO: There is no link.
No Fines, No Fraud, No Problem(?)! California has no incarceration space at any rate--even pays to jail real offenders out of state. Any fines for violations the local governments do use, like the state. No one is linking anything directly CEO this weekend, at any rate, (including a Facebook post(?)).
--Even detracting posters note that no court has ruled on property matters, going back to 2014 and before. A post, 287768, appears to note that.
--Nigeria revenues are likely in the FB posted new phase. Nigeria is comparable in Purchasing Power Parity to Canada, for example. Nigeria would be ranked 22, Canada at 17 among world economies. Mainly, the White House turned down the offer of the solid gold toilet, just in the recent few weeks: Maybe taking credit for the market volatility, pending rate hikes, and on and on(?).
--Nigerian national regulators have adopted the MEC product, through UBA, including Lagos IRS. There appear not be enough stockholders to require MYEC to be SEC reporting, instead being exempt. There are SEC familiar attorneys all over. The SEC goal is to encourage reporting. Even STOP sign can easily be removed.
2.5 tril. docs not all facts. Courts have processes of modification, minutes of proceedings have references, even germane in interpreting statutes. There are trusts, conveyances, transfers codicils, testimonies, wills, statutes, agreements, accounting procedures, specialty procedures, on and off-book rules and procedures. Many jurisdictions even have regulations, agencies, and reference to financing and transaction data. Then there are the banks and financial houses. 2.5 tril is only a recent count of adobe docs, even.
Documents have lots of context in which to be placed. That tends to be widely understood.
300.0 mil. mthly transactions is math. like "Exempt from SEC reporting" means "Exempt from SEC reporting," Then 8 mil. taxpayers of multiple Lagos State taxes, plus 15 mil. bettors, plus 10 mil. bank customers, times ten transactions per month is an excess of 300.0 mil. potential transactions per month. That is different from the state of likely revenues in 2015. These are all now within the MECINCORP revenues capability, just last week.
Legals With Fins at accounting, FB posted. Likely SEC made recommendations, even. Not all case law is widely public.
300 mil. mthly transactions v. top-offs a year ago! There are the 15 million betting sites viewers likely doing transactions. There are 8 mil. Lagosians paying the various tax bills, some monthly. There are the original UBA transactions of a year ago, heavily top-offs. That went up 4000% in only five months, last year. Google Play shows UBA Emailmoni and Internet Banking with tens and hundreds of thousands of downloads--possibly more than one device per download. So there is also whatever those do.
