1-23152A VC not written standard DUI. The El Dorado Court jury trial is not a 1-23152B VC DUI, where a written standard more or less provides a "fast track" to the prosecution. Even any time lapse between any lawful arrest and the trial may get considered. A favorable outcome is maybe more likely. Even an appeal could be likely. I am not an attorney, but I don't drink or puff, snort or inject, vape or even hump(?) will driving. . . .apparently(?). So many things can go wrong, anymore(?)!
