The reason PPHM is not going down today is because Double U Master / B&W Equities is off for Rosh Hashanah, Jewish New Year. Their office is smack in the middle of Borough Park Brooklyn.

Probably the reason the earnings are being released tonight as well.

We trade up today and most likely tomorrow.
