SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION Washington, D.C.
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 RELEASE NO. 55237 / February 5, 2007
The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act"), of trading of the securities of CyberKey Solutions, Inc. ("CyberKey”), of St. George, Utah at 9:30
a.m. EST on February 5, 2007 and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 16, 2007.
Thursdays "used to be" popular PR Days.
That doesn't really mean anything and we can't count on it. Just an observation. There is nothing yet.
CKYS MarkeWire PRs: http://search.marketwire.com/search/searchsimple.do?keywords=ckys&newsearch=Y&sortby=date
We are suspended until midnite (11:59pm) Friday nite (2/16), then there is the weekend, then Monday 2/19 is Presidents Day, so IMHO the earliest we will trade is Tuesday 2/20. Not everybody agrees.
ima: i dont understand when you say you "cant read me".....
jeff = thanks.
IMHO, I believe that the fact that CKYS had business dealings with the US Government (especially the Dept of Homeland Security!) seperated them from other Pinkies and put them under closer scrutiny. IMHO!
http://sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2007/34-55237.pdf
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of CyberKey because of questions that have been raised concerning the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things, (1) the company’s purported contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies,
(2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and (3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts.
gtel: Apology accepted = no problem.
Final Post .......
Nite all. Thursdays have PR Days recently.
No news is good news?
No news is bad news?
No news is..... no news.
In this age of information, I find it EXTREMELY frustrating that I can't find out a damn thing about a company in which I own stock, an ongoing SEC investigation of said company, and the lack of information on the internet, investopedia etc about "Grey Sheets"!!!!!!!!
roadie: am i correct in that in order for us to trade in the pinks, or anywhere other than greys, an MM MUST file a 211?
i read that should the economy/us treasury fail that insurance companies would be the next in line to provide funds, maybe not word for word but something to that effect.
hi jab. would that include filing the 211? did i read somewhere that when sec suspends trading, all MMs are removed from the stock? (or whatever the proper terminology is).

Burp: I'm a newbie investor that has a position in CKYS. I'm trying to remain objective and make decisions based on reality. My problem is that I am not sure what reality is, as the last thing I expected was a trading suspension. I spend hours daily trying to discover reality.
You assume that everyone is aware of the info that I post. How could you possibly know?
I see that you are a free member with 0 People Marks. Not very impressive.
The mods here let me know when I'm posting well and when I'm not. Don't see you name up there.
Disagree. Bye. Good riddance.
gtel: proof please? review my posts.
This is a new post as it contains a link to the rule under which trading was suspended. I try to self educate and perform DD. I share results with others. 90% of my posts are factual to the best of my ability and 10% are IMHO. Facts are not necessarily positive or negative. They are what they are.
"Therefore, it is ordered, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, that trading in the above-listed company is suspended for the period from 9:30

Factors to motivate MM to file 211 for CKYS?
Does anyone know what pieces have to be in place for an MM to file a 211 for CKYS?
"Shareholder email list?????
Has anyone received any e-mails from CKYS? I have not......

How big is the delivery failure problem?
Try $63 billion as of Q2, 2006, for just NYSE member firms - and that is at today's mark to market value, not the price at which the sales were made - likely 5-10X or more higher. See the totals for yourself in the Securities Industry Association's own summary of NYSE member firm financial performance, and contrast that to the DTCC/SEC's $6 billion fairy tale. Lines 69 and 103. And read Bobo's blog explaining why the money is now gone, taken from investors and exchanged for nothing but lies.

Why CKYS Trading "Suspended" (NOT Halted!)

Trading Suspensions!
When the SEC Suspends Trading in a Stock
http://www.sec.gov/answers/tradingsuspension.htm
Why would the SEC take such action when it knows it will hurt current shareholders?
Because a suspension often causes a dramatic decline in the price of the security, the SEC suspends trading only when it believes the public may be making investment decisions based on false or misleading information. Suspensions give notice to current and potential investors that we have serious concerns about a company. A suspension may prevent potential investors from being victimized by a fraud.

Hi DC! I dunno. Just Self-educating/sharing.
How can I get the short interest for a Pink Sheet stock?
NASD rules do not require that market participants report their short interest in non-Nasdaq OTC securities. This is required only for Nasdaq (and exchange) listed securities, thus short interest information is not available for Pink Sheet securities.
http://www.pinksheets.com/faq.jsp#2b
What happens when trading in a Pink Sheet security is suspended by the SEC?
SEC suspensions last 10 days for OTC securities. When a security is suspended, Pink Sheets removes all market makers and their quotes from the system and displays a "Halted/Suspended" message. After 10 days, market makers may re-enter the stock if they comply with Rule 15c2-11, which requires filing a new From 211, which must include the issuers' current financial information.
