If it hasn't closed, don't you find the following press release a bit misleading?
KENNESAW, Ga., Aug 20, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Conversion Solutions Holdings Corp (OTC Bulletin Board: CSHD), a Delaware Corporation would like to announce that our Chief Executive Officer, Rufus Paul Harris was the recipient of the 2006 Georgia Republican of the Year Award from the Business Advisory Counsel (BAC) a project of the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC).
Rufus was never the CEO of the FHAL shell. But he's apparently the CEO of CSHD. If the merger hasn't closed, why is Rufus Paul called the CEO?
And the corporate description at the end sure implies that CSHD as currently traded is the old CVSU. No hedging here--nothing about a merger pending.
