dd excellent analysis. In terms of probability as we do not have certainty- there are plenty of breadcrumbs, but another in response to the question of whether management is unblinded: One of the things management has been open and express about is they all are working very hard, and calls to Les, for example, seem consistently to occur on a work or meeting break. I think it is as close to a certainty as possible to conclude that management has been and is working.
What the heck are they working on if they are not unblinded?
Dear “Beam Me Up 3371” please explain to the Board and me how share price is predictive of TLD outcome. Would u agree that if, hypothetically, people are selling based on a KNOWN poor SAP the SP would be back at the .14 where it traded for years before data lock?
Actually do not bother.
Soj and All - we (mostly) followers are in your debt. Or, I guess, very much hope to be!
Happy Holidays and Nee Year!
Many thanks BB and IronGuy.
Psgd/sukus also maybe iwas or others: isn’t the whole point that similarity of process is irrelevant and that each process or therapeutic must be approved individually
MI hello. We texted back and forth a while ago but I didn’t have private messaging yet.
Very best wishes to you with your personal situation
PM your question about NDAs being signed by, essentially, everyone, was addressed to Viking but I take the same position he does
My answer is, “yes” all of those ppl signed NDAs, or else received material inside information from and through someone who DID sign an NDA and that signer was obligated by the NDA that person signed, to disclose that information ONLY to other downstream persons who themselves were NDA-bound.
I think this because:
1. Lawyers counselling everyone in possession of material inside information, and their malpractice carriers, prefer that they not be sued for malpractice.
2. Empirically, no material inside information has apparently been disclosed over a period of 14 months since data lock
3. Insider trading would unravel NWBO management’s strategic commitment to a quiet period process, and they would never be so careless as to fail to obtain the requisite NDAs.
100% Viking. PM - your theory is that Fife, lending a lot of money, and NWBO, very and painfully obviously going to extreme measures to avoid any disclosure ABSOLUTELY and at the extreme displeasure of many, got in a room with a bunch of smart corporate lawyers (or themselves being smart corporate lawyers), disclosed material inside information to Fife, documented the loan, and consciously decided simply to trust that Fife would not breach the quiet period bc of implied fiduciary duties?
I don’t think so.
Thanks newman. Lotsa peculiar breadcrumbs with little arrows on the same path and all pointing the same direction. Nothing definitive individually or in the aggregate. But of course it has to be the case - otherwise the SP would be X0 times. Or even lower than it is unless Secure has correctly valued the IP.
Thermo I may be a bit of an excess optimist but since the first Fife loan I have judged that it is materially more likely than not that he signed an NDA. Why risk that much money for a decent but not windfall return where there is no recoverable collateral.
I believe similarly with respect to the FlaskWorks insider sellers taking equity interests.
GLTA
NWBO execs with 10s of millions of shares and warrants are gonna risk a shareholder suit regarding self-dealing when (according to your own post) they have a company based on good science implying those executives’ shares will be worth ten- or maybe even 11-figures. I disagree with my friend iwasadiver - I think your imagination is operating at warp speed.
Thanks very much
Viking Tx. If you or anyone else know, (Flip, MI Den, bio?)
1. Would it not be the case that licensing application fees would be charged at the beginning of the process not the end?
2. Assuming we’re thinking of DC-Vax Direct can anyone estimate “typical” time from fee payment to approval if that result is obtained?
Redneck, Amen.
jd no one seems to be answering u. I am very long, buying today, but credit where credit is due you stuck to your guns (whether to be part of the manipulation or out of sincerity matters not). Wish I had more cash. Good Luck to All Patients, Families and Friends, and Longs who were not part of this raid to steal shares from other investors.
JR - Or maybe - just maybe - management was planning to PR TLD when they said but on reflection a better course of action appeared.
iwas: I thought u moved back to brooklyn!
Thanks Mr Danish! Pleasant dreams!
Gary seriously doubt leak - company is too careful but more there would be more frantic pressure to buy or sell depending on leak and expectations. Just ppl are reading timing breadcrumbs
Viking nice call (it looks like right now). Thanks
Captain: is your expectation bc there is a delay in exercise and getting that info reported? TIA
Blessings and best wishes.
Actually, ATLs post earlier and that discussion. THANKS ATL and others!
Flip and Doc u raise a question I have held off asking but what the heck:
If SP reasonably promptly goes to levels that qualify for whichever exchange management prefers, and prospect is increase in SP let’s say to $8 or more reasonably soon thereafter (both within the reasonable predictions here) what would be the purpose or benefit of a reverse split?
Reminder: Consider IRA TO ROTH conversions. It’s not what u make its what u keep. (To those out of investable funds especially)
Secure if u are willing to offer insight, why is it that large investors appear to have remained comfortable waiting so long to accumulate? I am a total amateur other than what I learn on this board, I mostly bought around 1.50 and I’m ok with my position bc I believe in the end my SP won’t be material but this is a question for me and I’m sure others. Thanks either way it is very kind that u share your firm’s expertise and ur information- esp the recent that Co is not seeking funding which confirmed my reading of breadcrumbs and is IMO important
Mionaer- you mean I believe within the context of all else known. I am 100% with u there.
Bio certainly doesn’t need defending, but there are many who understand the importance of the absence of news. Just because we don’t continuously post the same thing does not mean that we have changed our view, I expect many of those ppl are buying, as I am. Also, flip, the mere passage of time is not a reason for management to change strategy. Those who are uncomfortable in the absence of news may consider selling. As Doc says, Best Wishes!
Hi Soj - I like most here I think so not have access to private expert charting so I join many other who have expressed thanks and many more who are also appreciative. I follow ur work in light of the stock/binary/manipulation and other circumstances. I REALLY hope once we have TLD u take up the analysis again I certainly understand why pre-TLD is a near impossibly. See u soon we all hope!
Actually Thermo posted about NWBO 8/25, I suspect after any loan had been made.
Good guess I’m thinking
ak - have u seen 100M shares sold since thermo’s last post?
Secure it is very generous of you to share your info. As a small retail holder with a high % of assets tied up I really appreciate what u and others here do for us. There is NO WAY I’d be so long otherwise. And if it goes down it goes down tho your worst case calculation is sort of what I intuitively see as an outcome for a patented technology “with promise” under that scenario. I have gone from a few shares to quite a few and I am treating this as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. I am fortunate to be able to invest enough that success will be life changing if that is what happens. GLTA.
OMG Secure thank u for stating the painfully obvious.
Soj- good one.
PS if not Tuesday, sooner or later.
Viking your true statement applies to many endeavors not just investing!
Thanks pphm for makin my Monday
iwas: You say pharma/fuds will”question things that other scientists and people who understand science take for granted as normal.” I just think that’s paranoid/unethical and inimical to the best interests of patient and societal welfare. Just take vaccinations for example…
Oh wait.
ilt I’m not suggesting what BP might do I’m suggesting that NWBO has a feasible path to wait for an offer on NWBO’s terms. Which without the FlaskWorks device I could not envision.
Bio what your description of the FlaskWorks device does is explain a feasible path for NWBO to meet and grow demand for DC VaxL while remaining independent and neither selling nor partnering with another company.
