For $ENZC to be responsive to emails and posting an 8k shortly afterward tells me they do indeed plan on moving forward with their initiatives. They not once AFAIK mentioned COVID-19 to their benefit; and have provided up to date info for communications. Any hemming and hawing being done now is simply getting the newbies and inpatient. Flippers may want to hold or wind up chasing. I feel this may be a good long term hold as well.

I have heard of this individual.

He is NOT to be trusted.

Based on his wild predictions he would be the last person to trust anything with IMO.

I saw the screenshot of him lying about someone's health when the person clearly was not suffering from that ailment.

It's very possible; only Mr. Costello knows for sure.

That being said the civil suit opens himself to a trial and discovery; and if he has not been up to snuff on his business dealings then he may be looking at criminal charges. As I have stated before the past two weeks have been a series of missteps; one after another IMO.

Until things are brought to light one way or another the stock is going to be hammered mercilessly.

Problem with the civil is that JC's shares may become unrestricted by that time, in which he will more likely dump to pay for his legal woes. That's being speculative. The civil court may be aware of this and have the court case proceed. It's unclear what will happen.

I didn't like some of the posts in regard to reporting ENZC to the SEC; there is no merit. A likely ploy to scare newcomers of their shares. Management is aware and will deal with it appropiately.

The fact thqt this precedes COVID-19 and its possible applications is very promising for those afflicted.

More so the effect that it will have on the PPS if used to its fullest extent.

The civil case or the criminal case?

All I did was email the CEO; he responded.

That's what shareholders (or potential shareholders) need to do.

Nothing special.

It is apparent that they are playing for time.

Time GRNF no longer has.

The shorts need to bury this ticker once and for all; bring it to no bid.

Still we will need a PR to truly get this moving.

My understanding that in the past ENZC hardly answered their emails.

And now they almost answer immediately. A good sign.

Also the last PR and the update of the web site.

All pointing to major news.
