Thanks for the reassurance DD....I appreciate it...
Happy Holidays!

I suppose there's no real point in contacting the company's public relations department for an explanation--or to request that the CEO address this issue briefly via Twitter?
I have naked no idea...Utterly baffling--and maddening...
C
Fine...whatever labels apply to formal agreements forged between the two entities--let's hope it culminates in money---and a lot of it---enough that the most difficult decision any of us will have to make on any given day after Cyberlux bears fruit is whether to have our pastrami on rye or on wheat...

What you're saying doesn't make much sense in at least one way: If Dennis O'Leary is the charlatan you allege him to be, then how did that fact escape scrutiny by a federal agency like the California Department of Transportation and businesses like the Bachner Group as well as international Telecom conglomerate Siemens? If Mr. O'Leary doesn't have any technical expertise and he's as stupid as you're implying, surely that would have come out during the vetting process with those three companies before they forged partnerships with Darkpulse, no? Either that or the CEO's of those companies are equally incompetent and dumb, frankly, themselves...I'm not saying that's impossible--just highly improbable...
C
Sales drive everything...Cash-poor companies in their incipient stages of growth frequently have the exact same problem whenever sales are slow or stagnant.
Darkpulse is clearly a gamble, although afore-mentioned affiliations with Siemens, the Bachner Group and CalTrans, et al, are at least mildly encouraging...In view of the risk(s), though, as long as I don't use the money that I'd set aside for my wife's heart transplant to finance stock purchases I should be okay whatever the eventual outcome...Ditto for other investors who are equally circumspect about the money they put into pink sheet stocks...
C
The thing is, for those who'd like to REALLY load up, this stock hasn't dropped below ten cents in quite some time...That kind of price stability is a really good thing from my point of view--particularly with Jerome Powell's aggressive interest rate hikes and general market volatility as backdrops...On the other hand, being able to load up to an extent that facilitates transformative wealth if an uplist occurs anytime soon would be nice too...
C
I have my own reservations and concerns about Darkpulse's prospects for long term success...Most of us in this forum do...But for the record, your constant reference to DO as a former tour guide--and not a technician--is seriously misguided and needs some balance:
Dennis O’Leary is an Ambassador for the Province of New Brunswick, Canada, and a Research Member of the NATO Science and Technology Organization. He served as a member of the Board at Arizona State University’s School of Engineering, Global Resolve and as Chair of the Impact Committee there.
By the way, his previous employment also includes the NYPD where he worked as a member of the Manhattan North Tactical Narcotics Team, which prosecuted establishments involved in the illegal distribution of drugs. He was a member of a joint taskforce working with the DEA and USINS in the execution of warrants related to narcotics trafficking. While at the NYPD, he was assigned to the Department of Justice as a member of the FBI’s investigative team with internal designation C14. He is a licensed private pilot with turbine certification.
Just sayin'--

News from the California Department of Transportation about how well the infrastructure monitoring tech we've embedded in the Loma Rica Honcut Creek bridge would be as much of a boon to our future success in landing major contracts as anything else that comes to mind
C
From your lips to God's ears...
The concerning thing to me is their margin...ILUS' revenues may be high (allegedly), but so are their expenditures--so much so that despite the gaudy earnings they're barely over $1 Million dollars in the green at last look...That may be good, or at least respectable, for the average pink sheet company. But it's mediocre, and even a bit disappointing, for a company looking to become a vertically integrated global powerhouse across multiple sectors--a goal JP Blackwell has expressed many times in his interviews and shareholder updates...That said, ILUS is still in its infancy...And I've said all along that in view of their long range plans I really don't see this stock taking off--and remaining price stable--for another twelve to eighteen months...I hope I'm dead wrong about the timeline, but somehow I doubt it...
C
But in terms of Van Noy's legitimacy, what do you make of the article below?
https://www.seattletimes.com/business/trump-campaign-chief-lends-name-to-penny-stock-tied-to-felon-3/
I'd prefer to think that it signifies inked contracts and not just an MOU but who knows?
Time will tell....it always does...
C
No...at least not in my opinion...There are exceptions, but with pink sheet stocks, as a rule, news like that might generate a brief price spike, but nothing short of meaningful contracts with industry giants will propel this company to the heights that were once envisioned for it a couple of years ago...
My three cents,
C
After I've booked one million shares (minimum)...and not one moment sooner...
C
Even so, there have been a number of individuals in this forum of late who think--or at least wonder aloud--whether we're all being taken for a ride by CEO Mark Schmidt due in part to the length of time it's taking to get the Yield sign removed and at the same time have our status upgraded to pink current...or have either of those things been taken care of while I was sleeping?
C
...
In view of the aforementioned contracts with the Department of Transportation here in California as well as the partnership with German telecommunications giant Siemens, et al, how would you rate this company's long range prospects for success--and stock price appreciation?
Just wondering...
C
When does the S-4 come out?
Personally I find it hard to believe that someone of his stature would join the board of a company that's a naked scam, but time will tell...It always does...
C
Right Said, Fred...
Can he help remove a "YIELD" sign or get this company pink current?
Just wondering...
C
You cross your fingers while I cross my toes
C
If it's a "SCAM, SCAM, SCAM" are you still holding shares?
Just curious,
C
Tee hee! AGREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED!!!!!!!!!!
Agreed on both counts--kind of bittersweet...You take advantage of the opportunity to pad your stock totals, yet it's maddening that the stock hasn't bloomed yet in view of their enviably good financials...
Those were some great observations...
Thx,
C
That begs the obvious question: When will audited financials be posted?
Bunda Buddy was right, except the run was in the wrong direction--as usual--following a "big" announcement
C
At this point I'm willing to concede that my optimism was misplaced, but I took it as an encouraging sign either way...I mean, when was the last time that a pink sheet company was mentioned in prime time on network news in any favorable context that you can recall?
C
Liberals haven't cornered the market on twisting facts--far from it...From what I've seen, Conservatives lie regularly, and over time come to believe their own lies enough to codify them in law and propagate them through opinion molding agencies under their control:

Truth Bombs: Confronting the Lies Conservatives Believe (To Our Own Demise)
by Steve Deace
That's more or less my fear as well...My hope--and I'm guessing most everyone else's in this forum--is that Darkpulse, through the strength of its technology and partnerships, will eventually succeed in spite of Dennis O'Leary or, preferably, get bought out by a competent group of investors who really understand how to bring a company along and expand its global footprint
Fingers and Toes Crossed,
C
If it ever came out that a news anchor accepted under the table payments from a potential sponsor or a private corporation logic suggests that he'd risk blacklisting and career suicide along with it
If it ever came out that a news anchor accepted under the table payments from a potential sponsor or a private corporation logic suggests that he'd risk blacklisting and career suicide along with it
I find it hard to believe that the agencies who've shown interest in Darkpulse's technology (CalTrans, the Bachner Group and Siemens Telecommunications, among others) would be sooooo blind as to not see DO as a jackass if he really IS one...That's why I hesitate to portray this company as a scam even though its owner sometimes comes across like a buffoon in his interviews...
Thoughts, anyone?? And please be logical and include the companies I mentioned above in your response...
C
Which is why I dumped 25% of my holdings before the market closed today
Good to know
So the Darkpulse technology is fake and incapable of delivering what O'Leary says it can?
That explains a lot
I'm inclined to agree that selling this company--to an industry whale, preferably--may be the best thing for everyone concerned...
But my impression of Dennis O'Leary leads me to suspect that he'd have to have a gun put to his head before he considered handing the reigns of control over to someone else
