If the wheels come fully off the hemp biz ... support prior to the summer Hemp pump = .004 to .0065 ...

Looks like that'll take quite awhile yet when selling off on a retail basis, like another year, imo.
2018 was recent ... and .0007 was a massive discount to 2018 retail prices .... going to be difficult to make any money here with hundreds of millions of .0007 shares overhanging that need to be unloaded in the future, imo.
From page 21 of the APRU Annual Report that was posted today ...
* QUOTE; "On October 1, 2018 the Company issued 42,000,000 shares of its common stock to non-related parties for service rendered. The shares were issued at $0.0007 per share, for a total value of $42,000."
* QUOTE; "On October 3, 2018, the Company issued 536,044,638 shares of its common stock to non-related parties in exchange for subscription receivable. The shares were issued at $0.0007 per share, for a total value of $375,231"
* QUOTE; "On December 31, 2018, the Company issued 100,000,000 shares of its common stock to non-related parties in exchange for subscription receivable. The shares were issued at $0.0007 per share, for a total value of $70,000"

Company has been selling "a lot" of shares recently around .0007 .... why buy at retail for 10x the wholesale amount.
A contract for a Acquisition or JV typically has multiple time periods, IE:
* Draft period,
* Offer & Counter-offers,
* Acceptance,
* Subject Condition(s) Period,
* Removal of Subject Condition(s) = Firm & Binding,
* Amendments if deal goes sideways,
* Closing = Done deal.
........... my guess is; judging by the selling; they have not closed the deal yet.
If they weren't able to execute - I suspect they blame it on delays caused by the FDA.
Waiting until a company officially tells you they weren't able to execute their business plan - can sometimes lead too bag-holder status.
Agree; silence is not golden ... imo; mngmt will panic when the S.P. gets into the .01's - then they'll drum up some type of PR out of desperation to try & prevent a drop into double zero's.
Who's this Peter Brandt guy?....
Either from Dec '18 low or from retest of same (circa analog dbl bottom in 2015) it would not surprise me if $BTC enters a new parabolic phase. $btcusd pic.twitter.com/XV89Qz7P4n

If you don't know how RG is connected to WRSC - you need to brush up on your DD.
It means Goulding lost his role as the Captain of one of the largest CBD retailers in North America ...... what ever happened to the $2 million CBD order announced last summer? - think about it.
Do you not think that when Goulding was CEO of POTN; that he wasn't able to pull alot of strings.
Imo, you can trace the fundamental break point to here (which lines up with the news going silent) ...
"Former CEO, Dr. Richard Goulding, assumes the new role of Chief Medical Officer, spearheading new product development and clinical testing of new proprietary products. Dr. Goulding will devote his time solely to this role, terminating any involvement with other entrepreneurial initiatives and affiliations, private or public, in the CBD industry. Dr. Goulding will focus on product development, in an effort to expand and enhance the Company’s offerings"...

Bidders should just pull support and let it go .... and buy volume at .01 .... because if you like it at .042/.05 .... you should really, really like it at .01
On the bright side; Longs who want to exit have a small bid to fade/sell into.
What ever happened to the $2 mil. in orders? ....
"Existing orders for product now top $2,000,000.00 and are currently in the fulfillment stage, which is generating demand and increasing the number of orders in queue for summer/fall of 2018 delivery and into winter/spring 2019." .........

...... my guess is; when Goulding lost his CEO position at POTN; the orders went poof ......

Goulding lost his mojo when he lost his CEO position at POTN late last year.... volume/liquidity in this stock has gone anemic.
Looks like wholesaling the CBD oil (as originally planned) would have been a much better idea - now that the FDA is clamping down on CBD in the food supply; and may cause a delay for CDB food/drink sales...

Any revenue guidance?
So they only own 50% of the farm now?
ok... fair enough.
Everyone can see that WCFI is real ... the questions is;
* Is the WCFI acquisition deal dead or alive?
Maybe my complaining will motivate them to start keeping shareholders informed on a reasonable time-frame.
I wouldn't put much stock into what Rick Goulding says ... he lost his CEO position at POTN last October - right around the same time that news releases from WSRC went dark ... read the POTN CEO PR carefully, especially the 2nd paragraph ... I think it subtly provides the reason why we haven't heard anything further about the $2 million order from last year ....

Link for CEO R.J. real estate project;
https://www.steamboatpilot.com/explore-steamboat/lake-village-owners-tangled-in-lawsuits-bankruptcies/
I hope your right about them working hard ... however, with the CEO/news-flow going completely dark for over 5 months it's not a good sign.
CEO Roger Johnson has a failed/bankrupt Colorado real estate development with lawsuits under his belt .... with CEO R.J. & news-flow going completely dark for over 5 months now; it's beginning to appear that his Hemp farm deal may also be another failed project under his belt.
CEO and news being MIA for over 5 months does raise some serious questions ..... maybe the acquisition deal for the WCFI Hemp Farm has collapsed - can't see any other reason for the CEO/News too go completely dark for over 5 months ... the last filing still showed the acquisition of WCFI was a "subject" deal.
WSRC is a strange one; CEO & news have been MIA for over 5 months now ... really surprised this thing hasn't gone back to .01
If we had a shareholder friendly CEO who knew how to build value and was updating shareholders on a monthly basis; aggressive buying at the ask would occur much more regularly ..... lack of aggressive buying on the ask is largely due to a lack of leadership, IE; an absentee CEO - which results in a lack of confidence.... the big question is; How much longer are the Olsens going to put up with a deadbeat CEO.
What do you expect when you have an absentee CEO.
If your only happy with 10 to 14 cents ... then the quality of the CEO wouldn't matter, because it'll hit 10 to 14 cents on the next industry hype catalyst, IE; FDA approval.
But when small quality Hemp/CBD/Extraction co's are being acquired for the $400 mil ballpark ... expectations here should be much much higher than 10 to 14 cents.
The Olesens' property, their award winning organic products, and Judith's integrity have alot of the ingredients to attract a major for an acquisition ... the problem here is the CEO; we have an irresponsible CEO who can't fully execute ... who isn't shareholder equity friendly ... who doesn't know how to build upon momentum ... who doesn't know how to position the company for an acquisition.
WSRC weakest link is the CEO ... Roger Johnson is dead weight who's in over his head - and needs to be thrown overboard asap ... I suggest shareholders should soon begin a campaign to replace him - which is much easier to do these days with the ease of collaboration via the internet.
If your okay with 10 to 14 cents; then carry on and just wait for the FDA approval to lift all boats ... but if you want a $400 mil valuation/acquisition; replace Johnson asap with a capable CEO.
CEO Roger Johnson = dead weight ... he needs to be replaced, asap ... anyone shareholder with more than 2 brain cells can see he needs to go, asap .... VP Judith Olesen is 10 times more qualified to be CEO than Johnson ... Judith has a stellar reputation - Johnson, not so much.
The largest shareholders need to start making noise - WSRC should be north of a $100 mil market cap right now and growing.
Johnson is dead weight; he's had more than enough opportunity & time to prove himself - and he's failed ... time to throw him overboard.
I think it's safe to say the company needs a new CEO ... the big shareholders should band together and get rid of him, asap.
Temp's going way up to around 15C (60F) in the great white north up here in Vancouver Canada this weekend ...
