Nice breakout today! The chart is a beauty. Should be a nice run over the coming weeks.
It may not be the most flashy but there is plenty of information there with a pretty solid group of employees with plenty of experience. Between owning Digital-Clarity and BMC and the joint venture with IFS, I don't think some are seeing the value here. That's fine because I'm still looking to add a few more shares.
It'll likely start when the next Q comes out because then people will realize there is already a few million dollars built into what we own. And then over the next few quarters after that we'll start to see the result of our business plan start to come to fruition. I-hub people give themselves way too much credit for moving a stock. It will come from real investors seeing value and buying as they see fit. Wake me in 2012 or later.
I think we need a few more people DDing what we have here. Look just at Digital Clarity's client list. They're the ones that are building our new website (in final test mode as we speak).

I posted this also a few weeks back and got very little comment.
Look at the revenue that BMC posted recently (in pounds).

Click on BMC and see how much money they make annually. Now convert that to U.S. dollars.
For newbies, RTGV owns both Digital Clarity and BMC.
If we must
What happened to our sleepy stock. Who are all these people? LOL! I wasn't done buying yet. I guess the word is finally getting out. We tried to tell everyone.

even if they are on the up and up, it would take years to get any value out of this imo. Reverse split or not, it's just a numbers game. It doesn't change the valuation calculation. One business in Sturgis would never do enough revs to create much valuation based on 744M shares (or 8.7M after any R/S). However, a reverse split would certainly make it even easier to issue even more shares down the road.
I agree that they will likely just slowly sell shares when they become free trading and like you said make a tidy sum while saying they are busting their butt to get the business plan up and running. No hurry though when you can make millions while doing very little. Sad but usually true.
Rapidly growing sector. Now all we have to do is put this all together.
Sounds very interesting. Another positive development.

Well we know the R/S did not happen as of May 3rd yet because the latest 10K showed the O/S was still 744,648,634 shares as of May 3rd. I don't think they're in any hurry because the longer this drags out the sooner it will be before all those shares will be free trading. I'm sure they'll be plenty of pump over the next few months talking about all their great plans. And then those shares can be dumped.
I think in the long run it won't matter. I'm here for dimes in the next 6-12 months and dollars over the next 2-4 years.
I did buy some in the 3s a long time ago. But I never buy all into a stock. I buy a little and if as I do more DD, I see more to like, I'll add a little more. It's better to be wanting more shares when it takes off than to be over-weighted and underwater early on. I think it's a lot easier to make money that way.
???
Most of my buys were around .02.
I'm sure some longs are even lower with all those .01s that were available last year.
My average is lot lower than that!

Must be nice to go public and grant your "team" 683M shares! One little restaurant and 744M outstanding shares.

Do your own DD and then tell us what you think. We've got the widest ranging opinions of any stock I've ever been in. I've leaned more toward this being a big winner over the next 12-36 months but others do not. There seems to be value in the current acquisitions and the business plan certainly has merit. I think for many investors they just want to see more of this plan put into action. The next couple months could be very interesting, especially if more pieces of this puzzle start coming together. Look at the companies RTGV has recently acquired and let us know what you think. I've recently added quite a few shares at .02. I'll be hanging onto those for a while now. GL!
Well we know the O/S isn't 89M because Dent himself has over 433M shares! He recently issued himself over 380M shares!
http://knobias.10kwizard.com/filing.php?param=&ipage=6816149&DSEQ=1&SEQ=&SQDESC=SECTION_BODY&exp=
I think we can be sure the O/S is at least 740M+.
Back to even now! Glad I doubled down in the low 80s!
Where did you get that info from? I know iPayu has been around several years. No one has ever used it? I know RTGV doesn't start using it until May 31st.
Our JV Partner:

iPayu: (we have a license to use their technology already)
Contrary to what at least one person said on the board, iPayu is an operating payment system right now. It may not debut with RTGV until May 31st but it's been around a while.
http://www.ipayu.co.uk/
I thought this was interesting because it talks about Digital Clarity Consulting LLP (one of Digital Clarity's subsidiaries) making possible acquisitions. For anyone new stopping by, RTGV recently acquired Digital Clarity and its subsidiaries.
http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=99722458
Added a few more shares today. DD just points to some serious potential with time.
I'm definitely buying but I'm waiting to see if I can get more shares on the bid. I also doubled down in the past couple weeks. I'm really starting to see what RTGV is building here. A little DD on the companies we just acquired points strongly to this being a huge winner. Digital Clarity (along with Digital Clarity Media and Digital Clarity Consulting LLP) seems very top notch and BMC was doing sales of nearly $2.5M U.S dollars annually (1.6M British pounds). I can see why RTGV is forecasting revenues of over 5M in the first year. I'm not even taking into account our recent joint venture with IFS and our use of iPayu or future acquisitions.

He can start by selling me some more shares. I'm sitting on the bid right now. I'm liking more and more of what I'm seeing here.
He seems very sharp. He knows the business. Hopefully we'll hear more from him down the road. I think once more investors put 2 and 2 together, they'll see what RTGV is putting together here. I don't think Digital Clarity would have come on board without total faith in our team. They seemed to be doing fine on their own. That says a lot to me.
The more I dig the more I'm impressed.
A little about Reggie James. Founder of Digital Clarity. The company RTGV owns now.

And that's $2.45M in U.S. dollars at the current exchange rate. Just for BMC!
Some just like to complain and play games. RTGV is building a business here but some aren't taking the time to do their DD.
http://www.digital-clarity.com/clients
And here's some critical DD that no one has posted that I'm aware of.

Click on BMC and see how much money they make annually. Now convert that to U.S. dollars.
For newbies, RTGV owns both Digital Clarity and BMC.
Anyone live in NJ?
Thanks for doing that dgsion! A real company manufacturing real products. Imagine that! At a bargain basement price.
Once again, please do not misquote me. As I've already stated, CMCA has become a dilution pig with nearly 750M shares outstanding. At one time when it was expected to have only 89M shares it had a chance of providing a return to investors. It does not anymore imo.
Good luck to all the CMCAE insiders here. What a joke.
If you're going to quote an old post of mine, get it right!
You know as well as I do I posted that when the expected O/S was 89M.
Now it's at least 744M!
Unfortunately with over 8 times the issued shares this has become a dilution pig (great if you're Dent).
All issued shares have to go into any valuation calculations. Whether they're restricted for a few months or not does not affect fundamental calculations.
If you think there's value in a company with no revs and a 744M O/S of which over 400M have been issued to the CEO, then have at it. I'm just posting facts so others can make an informed decision.
It can't do anything but help. Go EVG!
For the couple people that might actually stop by here to read the board, don't forget that John Dent recently issued himself 383.5M shares. He's now got 433.5M as of the last filing. That's what happened when he diluted the old shareholders and increased the O/S to nearly 750M. And then he introduced a 1 to 85 reverse split. And currently, CMCA is late on it's 10K and thus the E at the end of the ticker symbol. No revenue and 744M shares issued. Ridiculous.
