CVSI was red only once after several green days. They are up for the week and up for the month. Considering that we are already GRAS self-affirmed and located in 2300 stores including on Swanson (CW is not), I imagine that we will be a formidable opponent to anyone entering the industry. —Not to mention that Plus CBD is a top-seller, and we are already establishing brand loyalty, which is extremely important. Please stop cherry picking information that fits your agenda, and present the whole picture.
They could... But they won't... Because the international scheduling considerations impact their final recommendation. So, the WHO's new stance is highly welcomed.
It's not meaningless, because the FDA stated that international regulations are preventing them from treating CBD like the non-toxic, non-addictive substance that it is.
The FDA claimed in their April 2018 CBD briefing document:
FDA April 2018 Briefing Document
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Shortly after, they stated in their May 16th, 2018 memo:
The federal agency's 27-page memo
According to my DD, the WHO recommendation is huge to the FDA, and it can make all the difference in the world with how they treat CBD.
Exactly. International regulations were the hold-up, so when the WHO's recommendation gets put in ink, I expect the FDA to follow suit with their CBD regulations.

I feel that CVSI and CWBHF are both undervalued; however, CVSI is much more undervalued when you run the numbers.
Beware that inaccurate and carefully conjured stories are circulating CVSI ihub in an attempt to lower the share price. The author of the Seeking Alpha article is one of the manipulators that’s making up bogus stories. Nothing said by this author should be trusted. The SA author and his possie that trolls the CVSI ihub board have a long history of spreading complete lies. Keep on the look-out and fact-check everything. The SA author is desperately trying to protect his CWEB investment by weakening ours. BTW, we still have less than 1/3rd the market cap of CWEB, similar revenue, better NI last quarter, and higher profit margins. We are quickly catching up to CWEB, and it won’t be long until we surpass them altogether. GRAS self affirmation is huge; CWEB doesn’t have that.
I predict Quarterly revenue of $14,500,000 with a 2350 store count. However, I feel that Q2 2019 will reach $20,000,000.
Prior to passage of the Farm Bill, CVSI was only able to legally source full spectrum hemp extract from the sticks, stalks, and seeds. Now that the Farm Bill has been passed, the whole plant can be used. If CVSI can now use the whole plant legally, profit margins should increase significantly since there is far more CBD in the budding parts of the hemp plant, and less will go to waste. I think this is what "whole plant hemp extract" means.
Notice how the author didn’t mention that CVSI has a market cap at 1/3rd the value of CWEB’s. Why would he leave that out? —Bias? —Cherry picking? He is using old and irrelevant information in an attempt to weaken sentiment. Mona Jr is gone dude; get over it.
The numbers are actually great considering that the US sales launch didn't technically start until January. We're holding on to $30 million in cash, and the sales team of seasoned professionals is now working hard to land more sales at more US burn centers. In the not too distant future, the expansion into the aesthetics and other various segments will create new sources of revenue aside from the already lucrative burns segment. I'm truly looking forward to the next quarterly --most likely at the end of April. I am also looking forward to filing for uplist to NASDAQ, which will certainly bring more volume and access to capital.
I am proud too that Avita Medical made the OTCQX Best 50 list:
Here
and it was rated as the #1 Life Science Company on the OTCQX:

Keep up the amazing work Avita Medical. I am proud of you. Dr. Fiona Woods is an angel that is going to change the lives of millions of people.
It literally says right on the Plus CBD Gold bottle that it’s “full spectrum hemp extract.” That’s the opposite of an isolate.
Been there, done that. I was taking Plus CBD oil daily, and I passed my VA drug test with flying colors in November.
We have less than 1/3rd the market cap of CWEB and better net income. It’s only a matter of time before the market figures this out.

My gut tells me that CVSI will indeed uplist soon. My gut has been responsible for doubling up on 4 separate stocks in the last year while losing nothing. My gut won’t be wrong here either. Give up naysayers; you’ve already lost; you just don’t know it yet.
Have you ever heard of anti-dumping duties?
Anti-Dumping Duty
If Instadose is real, what makes you think that their product won't be subject to anti-dumping tariffs?
Protectionist policies will protect USA CBD companies, and there's no book-length post of yours that would suggest to me otherwise.
Agreed.
I agree that an uplisting is just the beginning, and if it can get CVSI off of the heavilly unregulated OTC, it will serve as a fantastic step in the right direction.
I wouldn't be surprised if CVSI was gearing up to make full use of other legal cannabinoids obtained from hemp. That would be a great way to stay ahead of the game.
The accountant. The retiring of Mona Jr (whom shortsellers continually used as ammunition against CVSI). The GRAS self-affirmation. The US Hemp Authority Seal. Dr. Joseph Maroon. I could go on, but to me, it looks like CVSI has their ducks lined up in a row for the one-shot kill (the uplisting).
Mona Jr. dumping is probably the next step in his departure, but that would only create a temporary dip in share price since uplisting would most likely follow shortly after.
I cannot think of any reason Mona Jr. would retire other than for a NASDAQ uplisting or for a partnership of some kind.
Keep in mind that CVSI will now be able to utilize the entire hemp plant to make full spectrum hemp extract. Before the FB, they were only allowed to use sticks, stems, and seeds. Since more of the plant can now be utilized legally, I expect even higher profit ratios in the future.
If Instadose Pharma were to sell their CBD at an extreme discount in the US someday, they could be charged with dumping, which is what happens when a foreign company sells their product at such an extreme discount in America that they hurt American businesses. When a US company takes advantage of anti-dumping laws against another foreign company, the US company wins 95% of the time by US judges. Instadose is not a threat, and they don't even sell hemp extract like CVSI; they sell CBD and THC isolates.
Yeah I realized that I was putting in the wrong code. I was doing "GIFT 18" rather than "GIFT18." It works now. Thanks.
I did it with a space as I saw it posted here somewhere. Well that was the screw up. It works now.
I tried "GIFT 18" and "INVESTORS15" today. Neither worked for me since the entire online store is already 15% off.
Unfortunately for your argument, Instadose is selling 97% Isolate CBD oil which is like comparing apples to oranges when comparing it with CVSI's product, which is full spectrum hemp extract. Also, Instadose may not have taken into consideration the entourage effect of cannabis. CBD is more effective when all of its sister cannabinoids work together --not when the cannabinoids are isolated.
"Worldwide" is a big place with many countries. You would think that the US would have been specifically mentioned as one of the markets they will sell to, but it wasn't.
Are they selling their CBD in the US?
You can't combine discounts.
