Slouray -- We had a great conversation at my workplace. I knew you would like AQUI because the entry point is rock bottom and because I know you would want to hold your shares until we see multiples of our current price. The more you read about Aquagold, the more you will understand their marketing strategy and their connections in China.
I did start to look over your other stock pick, but it seems as if shareholders have lost some confidence in the Company's management so I will keep it on my radar and follow it from here.
Of course, let's stay in touch and share a doughnut from time to time. I'm there every Friday afternoon.
Sooner or later, this thing is going to explode. With contracts in place, product shipped and delivered to Shanghai, expanding sales force, Bank of China guaranteeing an irrevocabe letter of credit, sponsorship of US - China Foundation festivities, Face of 2009 Aqaugold sponsored competition....
What are we doing below .01? I'm holding all of my shares until we see the results
of 4th Qtr sales. Should be in the millions. So say good-bye to the days of $900 in cash on the balance sheet. If they continue to execute the business plan as they have been doing for several months now, we will be sitting on a gold mine --Aquagold, that is.
I especially like that the Company is thinking of issuing a cash dividend somewhere down the road.
"Spread the wealth around, boys."
Confirmation of Letter of Credit guaranteeing payment, expansion of sales force, shipment clearing customs, more containers en route to China... excellent signs of progress.
That's ridiculous! York Tang and Marco Hassoun were in China and had no involvement in Manuel De Silva's shennanigans. D. Sauve had no idea what De Silva was up to. As soon as it was understood that de Silva was cheating, the others took steps to have him removed as president. If anyone else were culpable, they would have been removed as well.
Get your facts straight and stop trying to create doubt about the integrity of Aquagold's current management team. Just look at what they have accomplished since Domingo Silvas became CEO!
The Company is keeping the website updated with each new PR. Also, I see some progress on the photo galleries. More to come.
Very thoughtful. I like having a CEO with vision.
Buyout? Oh, maybe an offer will come in for $500M two or three years from now. That's .50/share, or 1000 times the share price at the beginning of 2009. But I don't think they're selling.
One of us is looking forwards, and one of us is looking backwards.
That was one ugly three month chart... until today, that is.
People are now realizing the demand for this product will be unstoppable. When the results of 4th Quarter sales and total sales for 2009 are published, it will be obvious that revenues are headed into the tens of millions for 2010, and share price will appreciate accordingly.
AQUI is a great story stock. If the Company can produce audited financials within six weeks after the end of the 4th Quarter, we could be looking at one of the greatest turnarounds in a long time. In early 2009, AQUI was priced at .0005. One year later, it could easily be selling at .05. Doing the math, that's a 100 bagger. And this is only our first year of production.
Aquagold is going to attract a lot of attention and generate market buzz for a long time to come. Stay long, be strong, for investment success via AQUI is knocking at your door.
I hope the translation is in well-spoken English.
Your denial of the event is ridiculously pathetic. Of course the event will take place. Why do you doubt it? Check out this link:
http://www.uscfinfo.org/ywb/share/look.asp?id=672
You will see the head of the USCF meeting with Henry Kissinger in NYC in July, asking him to accept the lifetime achievement award.
The organizer of the event is the United States and China Foundation. It will take place in Avery Fisher Hall at the Lincoln Center in New York City from October 3-5. Henry Kissinger is also the honorary chairman of the event.
As for the former presidents, they are also going to receive awards but as is customary, if they do not attend, someone will accept the awards on their behalf.
I can't explain this week's drop in pps with certainty, although it would probably be due to a combination of factors -- emotional selling, profit taking, short selling (I hear that is possible from Canada), MM manipulation and so on. I think though that if we look through the wrong end of the telescope, we won't get the full picture of where this company is headed.
I trust the integrity of management. I believe that we have signed contracts with payment guaranteed by an irrevocable Letter of Credit. The Company is showing healthy signs of growth and we have great support in China in terms of marketing and distribution. I am very confident the present fluctuations in pps are just growing pains. This is a buy and hold for me. Of course, every investment requires that one keep an eye of caution open in case of unforeseen problems
and shifts in the economic environment. But as a pinksheet investment, Aquagold has great promise.
I appreciate your concern. The Form D is like adding bridge investors. Shares are issued and the cash inflow allows the company to expand its operations and get its product to market. There are more total shares but the pie (earnings) is much bigger, making each share actually worth more.
Personally, I believe in giving a second chance, especially in this case where the management has changed, production and sales are underway, top-rated legal counsel is in place (I visited their NYC offices), compliance issues are resolved, product placement and branding are well underway,
multi-million dollar contracts are signed, so what's not to like?
So you're saying everyone should sell, because we're all being taken advantage of?
Great DD, SirWilson!
The foundation is the start-up capital already invested. Why are you so bitter? All companies have expenses before they have revenues: research and development, legal fees, purchase of inventory and equipment, salaries, etc.
Do you have any experience starting and running a business?
I'm fully loaded, just waiting for the video now. Thanks for keeping us up to date, DOS.
PP - What are you so bitter about? Aquagold is just getting started building a business that has great potential in China and elsewhere. Before you build a skyscraper you dig a foundation. Aquagold has a deficit of $2M in retained earnings because they were building a foundation for a skyscraper building that is finally rising above ground level.
Your bitterness is keeping you from seeing the potential here.
That is perfectly true, pizza man. The Company is raising money to pay back Mr. York Tang $100,000 for marketing expenses. Above and beyond that amount, we don't know how much cash the Company intends to raise over the course of a year through the 504 placement. They could stop at $100,000 or go as high as $1M.
Seen from a different perspective, how much faith must York Tang have in this company if he is willing to prepay $100,000 for Aquagold's marketing expenses from his own pocket with the expectation of being repaid in due course?
Sorry, I hadn't see that information posted earlier. Actually,
I was out of the country and not following this board for several days. I have gotten an invitation from friends to visit Russia at the end of the tax season next spring.
I hope my capital gains from AURC will pay for the trip.
Wow! That came from out of nowhere. I just noticed that
the website for Zoloto Ventures (www.zolotoventures.com) is down for "maintenance." This is the company that claimed to have a 98% working interest in the same property held by Krong.
I bought some shares this afternoon at .008, but I didn't seen the CEO statement until now. It really adds to the transparency of this company. I will definitely attend the shareholders meeting in the Fall. I wonder if it will take place in NYC around the time of the US-China event they are sponsoring?
"It is up to the company to report revenue. I also expect this report to have been audited by an outside accounting firm."
You know when the first container was shipped. You also know when the second part of the first order was shipped. So when would you expect revenues to be reported by the Company in an audited financial statement? How long will that take?
Until then, you shouldn't be casting negative aspersions
against this company under new management. At least wait until they fail to report income according to the schedule you yourself consider reasonable.
"Yes, we know Aquagold is really good at spending money, when will they actually start making it?"
Aquagold is already making money. All shipments to fill existing orders are backed by irrevocable LOC. You know that, so why state something so negative and baseless as if they have no revenues?
Do you know how much Aquagold will receive in payment for the first order of five containers already delivered to China and when? Please do a little DD and let us know the answer to those questions when you find out. That will be a lot more helpful than mere speculation.
Yes, the issuance of shares does dilute the value of each share previously issued. Rule 504 allows for the issuance of shares over the course of one year to raise up to $1M. The Company has received $65,000 thus far, and this was used to reimburse York Tang for marketing expenses already incurred. I think we will find out soon enough how many shares were issued for $65,000.
Great companies have public offerings of shares to raise capital for expansion. This is done in the normal course of running a business. Shareholders generally realize that this cash inflow will come back in the form of increased earnings
which raises the value of all common shares.
In the case of a 504 placement, the amount received from individual investors is generally $30,000 or more. It is not looked upon as a public offering because the total amount to be raised is limited to $1M and may be even less than that, and the number of investors participating is similarly limited.
Instead of crying "dilution!", consider the return that will be produced for the Company by using the cash it receives from the sale of these additional shares.
I'd like to see a schedule of anticipated shipments of water to China and a schedule of payments for orders already shipped.
I don't know why you are putting out the idea that the company could be doubling its authorized shares for $1M in capital funding. Totally absurd!
The upcoming announcement of capital funding will put the naysayers in the corner with a dunce cap on their heads. All deliveries of finished product are paid for against an irrevocable letter of credit. Aquagold has a contract with St. Leger to guarantee supply of all orders from China. Everything is confirmed by third party references.
The theory that 100M shares are being dumped by the Company is sheer speculation. So is the suggestion that 100M shares would drop the pps by a factor of ten. I was lucky to get a few 100k shares today at .009 and will continue to buy as long as we are below .01. This is a golden opportunity that I just can't pass up.
I called Avery Fischer Hall and the ticket sellers are not yet aware of the convention on Oct. 3-5.
I couldn't resist buying a bunch of shares at .009, especially after today's PR. I'm going to see if it is possible to attend the event in NYC. I took part in the Chinese New Year parade two years ago in Chinatown and still have some connections from that event which may help me get tickets.
Looks like the date has not been announced yet. I'm going to call Brinen and Associates to see if they know.

Check it out. Click on more pics to see our bottled water on all of the tables.
About a year and a half ago, the original contract with China for $118M was announced. The value of the re-negotiated contract has increased, and that was the news, so I am not surprised that the announcement did not explode the pps upwards to a higher sustainable level.
What the investment world is waiting for is to see regular shipments of increasing volume being expedited to Shanghai.
Investors are most eager to see reports of increasing revenues and signs of profitability. Everyone wants to know that demand for the product is growing and that there are repeat sales and a loyal and growing customer base. When that all comes together, you will have a viable company with a great future worthy of a pps in the dollars.
Those of us who have been in AQUI are holding our position, and maybe not adding to it, although this is a spectacular buying opportunity at .01. What is needed now is volume, but I don't see it coming from longs on this board, although I would like to be proven wrong. The next significant upward move will come from new investors who will be following AQUI's quarterly reports. Aquagold will have to announce its financing arrangement if they want to move this along. A cash position of $900 isn't going to attract much interest at this point.
How do you spend $26.18 on research and development?
Retained Earnings deficit of nearly $2M. Cash balance about $900.
The next quarterly report may not be dramatically different from the first quarter, but in the report for the third quarter we will see positive cash flow from operating activities and a reduced deficit. Hopefully, there will be positive retained earnings by the end of the fourth quarter. The cash and cash equivalent balance could easily be six figures by then, too.
Go Aquagold!
I was told at the NY meeting last year that the Company hopes to become one of the world's top three sellers of premium bottled water. By the time that occurs, they said the Company would be listed on the Big Board. These guys are serious about building a mega-company, and they plan to compete with Evian for top billing in the years ahead.
Let's hope that continued market demand and a significant profit margin allow for that kind of exponential growth.
The company is aware of course that they cannot release new information to only certain shareholders at the expense of others. I would imagine the video is a gesture of gratitude to thank long term shareholders but it will not contain previously unreleased details about existing or planned operations.
We know they are working on their website so all shareholders
can be informed simultaneously of new developments.
Thanks, DOS, for being so active in establishing new communication channels with Aurus.
Pretty amazing opportunity here at .01. Looking at the signed contracts already in place with others to come in the future,
we could be trading at $1 in a couple of years if all goes as planned.
The Company has integrity and is not going to artificially pump up the share price with fluff PR's and typical pinksheet stunts.
What will move the pps, in my opinion, is consecutive quarterly reports showing revenues doubling from one quarter to the next. Their regular press releases are what is keeping the share price steady at this level, but the big move will come from their getting into compliance for an uplisting by submitting financials with verifiable data.
Even with the announcement of a contract of nearly $200M, our share price is still hovering just a little bit above .01. So what will it take to push this to another level, say .04-.05?
