>> Skinvisible Licensee Announces Agreement With Walgreens
9:05a ET January 13, 2010 (GlobeNewswire)
Skinvisible, Inc.'s (OTCBB:SKVI) licensee JD Nelson and Associates LLC. (www.Safe4Hours.com) announced today they have entered into a distribution agreement with Walgreens Company (NYSE:WAG) the nation's largest retail drug store chain, for their new product, Safe4Hours(R) First Aid Antiseptic Skin Protectant. JD Nelson currently licenses Safe4Hours Hand Sanitizer from Skinvisible. This new product, which represents the first of JD Nelson's product line extensions, was developed by Skinvisible using its patented Invisicare(R) technology which binds products to the skin, resisting both wash off and perspiration and provides a controlled release of the active ingredient.
Walgreens, with over 7,000 retail drugstore locations in the United States, will launch Safe4Hours(R) First Aid Antiseptic Skin Protectant on January 15, 2010. The product, available in both a one and two ounce size, promotes healing of minor cuts, scrapes and burns as well as preventing the spread of bacteria including the super bug MRSA, a real health issue in hospitals, schools and for participants in sports. The product also protects and helps relieve chafed, chapped or cracked skin (dermatitis) as well as prevents and protects from the drying effects of wind and cold weather. Walgreens will feature the product both in the first aid section of their stores as well as at the pharmacy counter.
"We are excited to have Walgreens exclusively launch our new first aid antiseptic product. Having an agreement with the largest drug store chain in the United States allows our product to be immediately available to consumers nationwide. This will be important as we launch our $1 million advertising campaign to create awareness of the advantages of our product," said Mr. Doug Nelson, President and CEO of JD Nelson.
"The Safe4Hours First Aid Antiseptic Skin Protectant is a new product developed by Skinvisible and licensed to JD Nelson for North America. The first aid market is estimated to be over $500 million in annual retail sales in the United States," said Terry Howlett, President and CEO of Skinvisible. "We are confident that the plans they are implementing for advertising and promotion will produce immediate results for both JD Nelson and Skinvisible."
Skinvisible continues to focus on negotiating licensing agreements worldwide for its patent protected formulations made with Invisicare, for which it receives research and development fees, upfront license fees, and ongoing royalties for the life of the patents. CBTE showing high of $1.43, almost 1 million shares. I think the major new owner wants to maintain the nasdaq listing, he has 12 days left to get it up. (I think that is right but don't know for sure)
Nice to own them pre-pop, as opposed to pop-over
ADMP.50 acquiring (LJPC) and CBTE.65 are being rediscovered and with zest.
GNVC out of the gate quick. $1.61 PM, is showing increasing vigor and earning some new momo players. Hope you are holding this one tightly. May spread over to ISCO ($.75)too. Market is lusting for new plays like dear old HGSI ($31)that some bought under $1.00 a year ago.

ISCO nice call, news due?
CBTE, Some number crunchers are coming up with 38 million shares and see potential $100 mil plus in sales in a year or two. I hope they are right, I also added last week.
Thanks Catfish for all work you do to keep us up to date on what happening. This is always my first stop on IHUB. Keep up the good work! Happy New Year!
Here is my vote for the one of the top 5 stocks mentioned on this board in 2009. Thanks for JBII Rawnoc.
I bought some from your earlier post when it was trading between $1 and $1.25 and it couldn't seem to get going. The CEO announced agreed to a recapitalization around Dec 1 and BOOM $4.95 asked this morning.
Come back often Rawnoc and Happy New Year!!

DCGN is also rising, perhaps they could also find a way to fight another day.
LJPC deal sounds better than just liquidating the company. All those years of research and development of a Lupus drug should be worth something. Been bag-holding this one since $6 so the South may rise again.
I must confess I thought DDRX was totally done at $16.50 and to see this bidding was at $35 proves again there are diamond mines right here in our backyard waiting to be discovered.

FDSM .09, Last I heard they moved to Cuba but no other explanation or other news since. Was over $1 for awhile.
Eternal Energy (EERG .07) mentioned in this report along with SNVP. EERG has $3 mil mkt cap and recently won land claims plus damages and sold some property for $1 mil while retaining working interests. Seems pretty cheap oil play with possibilities. My brother got me interested and now I own a few.

All the way back to $20! NICE!
GNVC, My second biggest position so lets do another HGSI. Did you also see the news about Cobroxin (XCHO and NPHC) pain reliever now available in independent drug stores.
Swamp, your Franklin Wireless doing extremely well? Where did all those earnings materialize from. I have tried to understand the longer term game plan for these telephone plays like VG, T and VZ and then I read about "magic jack" and I am totally lost.
NVD post from another board:
Ongoing performance payments of seventeen percent (17%) of net sales on a market of $200mm assuming a 30% market share is about $10mm annually in NVD revenue, but most important feature is that Akrimax Pharmaceuticals, LLC will receive the exclusive right to manufacture, distribute, market and sell NitroMist(R) in North America, thus not cost of sales for NVD, it all shld drop to bottom line excluding impact of ongoing R&D for pipeline. Assuming 50% is reinvested and $5mm drops to net income times a 10x P/E multiple, enterprise value of nitro deal alone should be about $50mm or about $0.75-$0.80 per share

As that free cash keeps building they could buy something that would add investor sex appeal or they could do a buy back.
But I think/hope something else is cooking.
I read a very convincing post relating to just one of their potential drugs in the pipeline that made me forget about flipping.
I passed up several chances but that last spike over .90 looked like a new beginning of something substantial.
