Sorhay posted on Ihub that he called and PWC said they were going to put a PR out afterhours. He posted this about 11:41 on Ihub and then about 11:50 ish, outdoorliving twitted a recap.
Thanks!
I went to ADM investors page under filings and it doesn’t list the lastest one showing on your link. I’m not able to open the one from nasdag either. Very curious now to know what’s on it.
He posted daily on OWCP and it still went up
How much do you think location adds to the bid
Agreed
50/1 share swap about 1.00 pps
25/1 2.00
10/1 5.00
A/S shares is 250,000,000
O/S shares about 135,000,000
The difference between them would go to creditors with some left over?
Or maybe they do a buyout and pay debt and then do share exchange?
They've never answered when I called. The deal must be finalized.
For ADM to be on the solicitation for bids list, and the timing of this filing along with the flight from Chicago to Sarnia after the board resigned, it's looking like solid basis for speculation.
What's your thought on share exchange:
50/1 25/1 15/1
Keep an eye on ADM today.
Scenario 1, the assets bid as a whole, say bid is 150,000,000, - pay off debt and shareholders would divide remainder.
Scenario 3, bid $2.00 per share and use proceeds to pay off debt and have extra to expand facility. I'm really liking scenario 3 especially if winning bidder has purchased some shares already sub penny.
Speculation will soon be over.
Recapitalization only applies to commons and is a stipulation for a qualified bidder in any scenario.
With 8 million insiders and grants, IMO we get.50+ pps.
Commons were mentioned about 5 times in the 5th report and seem to be a stipulation of a qualified bid.
IMO the morning of Eno's announcement of no bidder, pps dropped to sub penny, bidder may have bought a ton of shares below .01 enabling to submit winning bid, by buying some shares at sub penny, only have to cover remaining shares at winning bid price.
Covering commons was a stipulation for a qualified bid.
And will no longer operate as BioAmber.
ADM of Sarnia
PTT of Sarnia
IMO
No one should be selling now, the commons are getting paid, the only question is how much.
QUALIFIED BID shall only consider bids who meet the following conditions:
(e) subscriber to the Common Shares and the purchase price/subscription price offered for the Common Shares
My take is they are no longer a business and had phone and number discontinued. There is no longer a phone number for the Sarnia location. New business, new number.
I like this scenario best because we don't have to guess our exit.
5th report, Appendix B, pg 2,
7. QUALIFIED BID shall only consider bids who meet the following conditions:
(e) subscriber to the Common Shares and the purchase price/subscription price offered for the Common Shares
On BioAmber web page the phone number for the Sarnia location is no longer listed.
It looks like BioAmber would be a perfect fit
I can’t find how much ADM is paying for the oilseed company- would be good to know
ADM is acquiring a Brazilian oilseed company- I believe they are due to close on the deal before years end

“ It is part of PTT’s policy to diversify into other businesses to offset risks it faces from volatile oil prices and that could lend support to the company in the long run, analysts say.”
From article on recent acquisition
IMO we get more than .05
ADM
Cargill
PTT
KKR
Greenfield
IMO one of these companies submitted the winning bid
Just days away at most to finding out who had the winning bid. As you pointed out in your dd:
PURCHASE price is under seal
BINDING offer(s) under seal
Board has resigned
We have a buyer. Shareholders were mentioned numerous times in the 5th report. Should be an outstanding week ahead of us.
Someone put it out there last week - out of nowhere.
I researched it and posted on it and got a good scolding
All speculation at this point. But yes,, the timing and departure of the jet along with the filings. Google KKR acquires to find more about KKR
What about your 2nd - 5th choices
My guesses:
NUMBER 1: ADM (filing and private jet)
2. Cargill (the wording for the recapitalization in the monitors report)
3. PTT (pulled bid as a going concern)
4. KKR (wants notable position in North America , build 2nd plant in US, KKR is rapidly acquiring companies all over the globe)
5. Greenfield (pulled bid as going concern)
Definitely
Bankrupt stock - shares are worthless -ALWAYS get canceled
( that should do it)
(Learned this from Bruce)
"others" popped up on the 5 report. I still don't know who would qualify as others since the categories were financial, strategic and liquidators in the other monitors reports.
Nothing we post here makes the pps go up or down. If what we post mattered, we'd be at a dollar already.
Not putting out fake news. No one knows who submitted the winning bid. The only thing relevant is how much. Someone posted to look into KKR and I did. You nor I nor anyone here knows what the outcome is. Scenarios have been posted for months and will continue to be posted until we know.
(2)Strategic bidders and I think (9) liquidators/others, had binding offers. Maybe KKR is classified as others and we had 3 great bids, 2 from the strategic bidders and 1 from "others". Or maybe KKR was a strategic bidder.
Who knows. Everything is speculation at this point. They could pay cash or not.
