Based upon our current expense forecast, we estimate that our current available capital is sufficient to fund Wave into April 2008. In addition to our efforts to begin to generate revenue sufficient to fund our operations, or complete one or more commercial or strategic transactions, Wave is evaluating additional financing options to generate additional capital in order to continue as a going concern, to capitalize on business opportunities and market conditions and to insure the continued development of our technology, products and services. We estimate, based upon current forecasts, we will need to generate approximately $2,700,000 from a combination of revenue growth, commercial or strategic transactions and/or additional financings, to continue as a going concern for the twelve-months ending June 30, 2008. We expect we will be required to generate a portion of this cash through additional financings in the form of sales of securities pursuant to a shelf registration statement filed with the SEC on March 20, 2007, which was declared effective on April 27, 2007

Alea....this implies, that you don´t expect Wave to be cashflow breakeven in Q1/08. Am I correct on this?
We´ve enough cash without increasing revenues to carry us through the hole year. (10.6 + 2x1.4 = 13.4 for 2 Quarters)
Assuming that revenues (and of course cross profits) will rise, I think we can cover at least the half of the 1Q/08. So we have to be BE by February. No further financing would be needed except for growing purposes, to handle new OEMs and markets....

Unix....doubling revenues.
"Doubling revenue is no trivial feat"....exactly! But think about, right now, we have to ship 4M units to reach 1.4M. Say we get 0.3 per copy.
Think about FDEs via Dell and the resulting ERAS seats. We need about additional 4.5M to reach BE, assuming an FDE via Dell with an ERAS seat brings about 50$ we have to sell 90K seats per Q. Not to speak about the additional ERAS seats for TPM equipped machines without FDEs, since companies realise, that they can manage FDEs and TPM PCs with one server tool!
And thats FDE and ERAS alone, what about ETS, KTM, EEE....

Kailito, Genz2....here it is WINTEL.
Put a dollar bet on the day that Microsoft and Intel made each of the technology standard and see how much you made in return: USB, Ethernet, multimedia, CD-ROMs, just to pick a few little ones. You know, obviously, I've got to throw infrared in; it's the one that didn't work. A dollar bet on infrared returned you nothing; you lost your dollar.
So, it's not a perfect record, but boy, it's a 95% of the technologies that they made and put on 1 billion machines killed whatever was there before and have become the dominant technology in the marketplace for the thing they've done, and have become multi-hundred billion dollar markets.
And thats why we are all here, to be THE LEADER in a MULTI-HUNDRET-BILLION DOLLAR MARKET!

Ilikebarrels....I would say 100x7 + 100x50 = 5700 bucks for 100 drives.

Kailito...didn´t hear this, but probably I missed it. In the end he described that WINTEL defines standards of the PC world and that MOST (95%) generated MULTI-HUNDRET_BILLION markets, except infrared, where he said if you had invested in infrared you´d have ZERO bucks...

Genz, Kailito...what SKS said is that Microsoft and Intel are DEFINING STANDARDS in the PC world. When WINTEL (Windows/Intel) decide to push TPMs it´s a 95% chance they generate a MULTI-HUNDRET-BILLION market, like we SAW in multimedia, Ethernet, USB before! (driven by WINTEL)
TPMs are here and not only pushed by WINTEL, remember the other 150 companies of the TCG!LOL

TC.....IF you have been fooled then by Wave and not the board. The board members discover things long before the market knows and speculate over these things. Everybody makes his own decision, what to do after reading the board. Without the board you´d have to do your own DD and TRUST, you wouldn´t know 1% of what you know now about the technology and Wave.
I only believe what I see...
- Wave is shipping on millions of platforms, like McAfee before they got profitable.
- Wave is one of THREE companies in this market
- The market is forming, every OEM delivers it´s business platforms with TPMs
- The main players in Chip, Mobo and harddisc manufacturing are using our tech
- Wave has NOT enough revenues to live right now (things will change)
This is only my take, don´t get fooled by this post!

Micro, Genz...it´s ERAS and EKMS, plus 1 day training...
The EMBASSY® Remote Administration Server Pilot Software package from Wave® Systems includes the full version of the EMBASSY Trust Suite, the EMBASSY Remote Administration Server (ERAS), the EMBASSY Key Management Server (EKMS), and 1 day of onsite training. ERAS offers an enterprise server solution for remote administration of Dell TPM-enabled PCs and Dell PCs containing Seagate Momentus® 5400 FDE.2 hard drives. In addition, it aids in deployment, activation, and management of TPM-enabled systems. ERAS also aids in initialization, pre-boot authentication setup, user management, password recovery and repurposing of Seagate Trusted Drives.

Ramsey...good thought, I don´t know, but I tend to the assumption, that they have to AVOID preboot authentication, so the drive can be accessed...
Just a guess
BR
ISPRO
Ramsey...right! ALL PC OEMs who deliver products to China have their TPMs DEACTIVATED, sometimes the OEMs have to make special setups and hardware configurations for China. The other way around, of course each chinese manufacturer shipping machines to the rest of the world can use whatever TPMs he wants. HP for example writes in their handbook, that TPMs have to be disabled in Russia and China...
FWIW
BR
ISPRO
FloridaWave........since the FDEs work without TPMs too, it is possible, but makes no sense. The FDEs could be managed with ETDM, including preboot and the Sinosun TPM could be managed with their proprietary solution.
Centralized key management has to be done with Wave and in this case the root of trust would be the FDE and not the TPM.
BR
ISPRO
Weby....correct, but as far as I know Utimaco has no FDE.2 support at the moment.
China is a market hard to adress. I guess they mandate the Sinosun TPM with the Sinosun software, IF TPMs are involved here...

China is a different story....
gift.kisti.re.kr/techtrend/download.jsp?sno=158506&down_url=/upload/kyn/Trusted%20Network%20Connect.doc
From the word doc...
"TPM hardware itself is rapidly becoming ubiquitous. “The TPM is standard across 100% of our product line,” says Clain Anderson, director of wireless and security at Lenovo. “We make a few low-end machines without them, but only for foreign governments that have their own specific requirements.” He cites China and Israel as examples.
Even these low-end machines aren’t without a security chip. “Lenovo ships a lot of PCs inside China with a Chinese government chip instead of the TPM,” he says. “We don’t know what it does.”
The obvious fear is that the chip gives the Chinese government the ability to access any encrypted communications, something that seems particularly sinister in light of the recent allegations that American technology companies (in particular Yahoo) have helped the Chinese government locate dissidents. But Anderson emphasizes that these machines are only sold within China. “They’re completely unsuitable for the American market,” he says. "
And this is on all specifications of HP machines..
Security management
1.2 TPM Embedded Security Chip (TPM module disabled where use is restricted by law); HP ProtectTools Security Software Suite with BIOS Configuration (Serial, Parallel, USB Enable/Disable) Credential Manager, Smart Card Manager; HP Desktop Security lock kit (lock and cable); Security cable with Kensington lock

ISPRO
FloridaWave.......remember the 8Ks with ALL bundling deals say "...are ALLOWED to ship..."
All partners CAN ship our software with their devices, but they need not. For example, when BRCM delivers TPMs to HP, there is NO ESC bundled, since HP has their ProtectTools. Same for Winbond with Lenovo.
Our software is shipped with these devices ON DEMAND, so...
1. NO we are NOT in all FDEs.
2. The Seagate FDEs provides onthefly encryption without any performance penalty. The real security issue is the ACCESS to the drive. You need to have some authentication mechanism otherwise the system boots and you can read all the data without any PIN or biometric. It´s all about ACCESS here....
Without a preboot authentication the drive is nearby worthless, not to say it has to be necessarily Wave, but I guess its the choice number one, since we are the only provider with a BUNDLING arrangement with Seagate.

Wireless network security in the enterprise
New webinar from Wave
A Cost-Effective Approach to Safeguarding Your Wireless Local Area Network
from Unauthorized Users.
With an increasingly mobile workforce, the demand for wireless technology has never been greater. By allowing employees to work where and when they need, wireless networking has extended the edge of the network into common areas and employees' home offices alike. But as the popularity of wireless networks grows, so have the security vulnerabilities. Enterprise networks are only as safe as their weakest link, and a non-secure wireless network can have catastrophic effects on network security. To mitigate the threat of unauthorized users gaining access to the enterprise network, firms must proactively implement strong security measures.

ETSL from DELL, GTW, INTEL: 0.4 (ESC included)
ESC from BRCM, STM, ATMEL, WINBOND: 0.1
ETSPro from DELL (Seagate FDEs): 7.5 (I´ll take the middle) NOT Q2
ESC/ETDM from Seagate on customer demand (ASI, Tarox): 1 NOT Q2
Q2 guess:
3M copies from Dell, GTW, Intel at .4: 1.2M
ESC from chip manufacturers: 0.3M
ASI, TAROX: 50K
Services: 50K
So I´m hoping for 1.6 - 2M in Q2
