I like your thought process… If I were an advisor to the Apple attorneys, I’d let all on infinity loop know that best thing to do is to buy out VPLM right now $3 - $5 bucks a share (make an offer for $2) and monetize the assets and then the Apple attorneys can go after everybody else in the world...a better use of energy and might!
One last comment to you… You consider going from one cent to .25 and then to $.40 and then a slight consolidation, NO ACTION...am I missing something here!?
Please note this is in your erroneous opinion. You try to make it sound factual. $2 -$5 coming!

I guess you never heard of David and Goliath? And just because someone’s large doesn’t mean they’re Smart. In my opinion their stupid, Apple is for doing what they’re doing...they’re just going to have to pay more... TickTock each day, each iPhone Will generate 4+ bucks a pop and imo will going to the VPLM coffers if they don’t get their s&@t together quick!
That’s delusional thinking at its best....$2-4 dollars per share coming soon in 2018 IMHO!
Glad to have had the opportunity to scoop up a few more cheapies at closing bell!
Exactly!
I’ve ruled your analysis invalid and pay no attention to your far reaching attempts To discredit a well-known fact that we’re on our way to $2-$4 dollars a share easy!
You sound like one of the Apple Patent attorneys now.

BELLEVUE, Wash., Dec. 05, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voip-Pal.com Inc. (“Voip-Pal”, “Company”) (OTCQB:VPLM) is pleased to provide shareholders an update of the Company’s progress following their recent patent validation from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
Currently, the Company is completely free of debt, having paid off all financial obligations in full, including the extensive legal bills incurred for the defense of eight Inter Partes Review (IPR) challenges.
Voip-Pal has a court date of January 26, 2018, in Federal District Court in Nevada where the Company’s legal counsel will ask the court to lift the stay of legal proceedings which was agreed to by the parties pending the outcome of the IPR’s.
Voip-Pal is currently preparing an updated damages model, based upon the actual damages awarded in recent patent infringement cases in Federal District Courts and the Federal Circuit court of Appeals. While there are many models for calculating damages, the most current cases have awarded damages to the patent owner based upon an apportioned percentage of the patent infringer’s net operating profits derived from the infringement of the patent including revenue from the sale of devices and services. The apportioned percentage is based upon a calculation of the relative importance of the patent in the functionality of the device and the portion of the sales of the device that can be tied to the features facilitated by the patent. Some of the recent cases being considered in the damage model being used by VoIP-Pal are:
Case No. Plaintiff Defendant
14-CV-62 WARF Apple
08-C-78-C WARF Intel
09-CV-00290-NBF Carnegie Mellon University Marvel Technology Group Ltd.
10-CV-0248 Active Video Networks Verizon Communications
11-CV-01846-LHK Apple Samsung Electronics Ltd.
12-CV-00630-LHK Apple Samsung Electronics Ltd.
11-CV-0367 Summit 6, LLC Samsung Electronics Ltd. Inc
07CV113 i4i Microsoft
Apple has sold 1.16 Billion iPhones since 2010 when the infringement began. The iPhones have contributed significantly to Apple’s several hundred billions of dollars in profits over that period.
Emil Malak CEO of Voip-Pal stated, “We believe that our patents are utilized in each iPhone voice call and iMessage routed through legacy telephony or the internet. Our preference is to settle all litigation amicably through a negotiated outcome. However, we recognize the potential for further legal action, so we are finalizing our updated infringement and damage projections in the event a court battle is unavoidable.”

Hope you held onto a nice chunk… And this is unlike any other out there.
Thanks for all your great DD and endurance through the years there you’re quite ballsy LOL… Although I feel two dollars with a licensing deal easy and then five dollars with buyout news possibly...spiking to $7-10...that’s my Christmas time prediction
This is a steal at these prices...any whiff of aapl settlement and we’ll be sitting at $5 pps imo..just for starters
Great day, picked a few more up last few days.
Apple iPhone sales per hour: “On average, that translates to over 34,000 iPhones sold every hour, every day of the quarter. Analysts expected numbers around 65 million, and the previous record, 51 million iPhone sales in the first quarter of last year, seems paltry by comparison.Jan 27, 2015.”
$34,000 x’s $4 = $136,000
In a 6.5 hour trading session, that’s $884,000 of potential damages added to VPLM’s bottom line
$$$VPLM$$$ - Apple has long been known for its large profit margins, which help the company generate billions of dollars in cash each quarter. That doesn’t appear to be changing with the iPhone X, regardless of its higher-priced components like a bigger display and glass design.

A massive $2,836,710,031 royalty fee claim.
In the past, prior to recent ruling, their lawyers have applied a 1.25 percent royalty rate to Apple’s estimated device profit margins—55 percent for the iPhone, 35 percent for the iPad and ten percent for the Mac.

On The Move Systems Corp (OTCMKTS:OMVS) Has Futuristic Solution to Age-Old Problem
On The Move Systems Corp (OTCMKTS:OMVS) is new to our articles here on Street Register, but we’re quite interested after taking a look at what the company has going on.
On-the-ground security, be it for corporate, personal, or government applications is an ever-rising priority, but human resources can run too thin in many instances, and that’s where OMVS’s subsidiary comes into the equation with a futuristic solution for undermanned security forces everywhere.
On The Move Systems Corp (OTCMKTS:OMVS) owns Robotic Assistance Devices (RAD), which is an innovator in the delivery of artificial intelligence and robotic solutions for operational, security and monitoring needs. Its autonomous robotic guards improve the simplicity and economics of patrolling and guard services, and allow experienced personnel to focus on more strategic tasks. Customers augment the capabilities of existing staffs and gain higher levels of situational awareness, all at drastically reduced cost.
Robotic Assistance Devices customizes the SMP Robotics S5 Security Guard for the needs of corporate campuses, focusing on delivering autonomous unmanned ground vehicles that leverage advanced navigation, obstacle avoidance sensors and intelligent mechanics to support traditional manned guard services. The robotic solution offers corporate campuses a wide variety of safety and operational benefits.
The S5 Robotic Guard from Robotic Assistance Devices and SMP Robotics is a fully autonomous unmanned ground vehicle that incorporates advanced intelligence to augment traditional patrolling services by detecting outdoor activity, including humans and vehicles. It operatess up to 12 hours without recharging and continuously monitors in any weather environment, including rain, snow, gusty wind, and temperatures ranging from -7° F to 110° F.
It incorporates automatic obstacle avoidance sensors, two-way audio, panic button and on-board panoramic video surveillance to increase situational awareness. It integrates with leading video management solutions, including Milestone, and supports other business systems for special equipment, sensor integration and advanced software development. Data is captured and stored in the cloud for long-term data and video retention.
The SMP S5 Robot integrates with existing video management and communications systems for a more comprehensive security solution that fits each organization’s unique needs.
OMVS announced recently that RAD is in advanced discussions with a major distribution partner for the distribution of its autonomous robotic units in North America. RAD’s partner manages tens of thousands of security guards and has thousands of clients.
“We believe that the versatility of your security robots, particularly the all-terrain capability and advanced electronics allowing integration into our client’s existing security systems, allows us to offer supplemental security services that will significantly benefit our customers,” said a Vice President of the partner in charge of corporate security services. “Our intention is to support and team with you to offer your security robots along with our human guards through our network of locations to our existing customer base.”
RAD expects to sign a distribution agreement with this partner in approximately 30 days. The name of the potential distribution partner cannot be mentioned at this time due to confidentiality.
RAD is expected to commence proof of concepts in July and to sign on new clients. This is in addition to the existing 10 robot commitments that were signed up last month for total contract values of $1 million. OMVS is continuing its due diligence process on RAD as part of the binding LOI that was entered into on May 11 th, 2017 for the purchase of 100% of RAD by OMVS. It is anticipated that the acquisition will close before August 10, 2017.
RAD currently has a sales pipeline of over 50 Fortune 500 companies and over 25 qualified dealers and distributors that have a combined customer base of more than 35,000 end user corporations. (Source: Newsfile Corp.)
