For those that don't frequent the RB. Mailman is a very reliable source. Message from Tim.

I emailed Tim the article and asked him for a response .
TIM's Response:
XXXXXX,
He is a hack and has done no due diligence on the matters that he writes about.
I have had at least 20 emails from Seth and it is becoming clear that he has an agenda.
Why would he not take us up on the offer to interview us professionally or come in and talk to our people directly?
He seeks out issues that are related to events before the current management became involved or he finds a kernel of truth and spins a totally false story on that single basis. The best way to beat these guys is to perform.
Our Colombia deal involves the President of the Country, he doesn’t mention that, the CGI issue was before our involvement and ultimately the company was found to have broken no rules.
It was a single individual that was in question in Australia and had nothing to do with us nor the current management of CGI.
The fact that we are doing the network in Russia instead of other large companies, well we have what no one else has, the DECT, Wimax and WiFi in one box.
Show me someone that does and I will shut up. At the end of the day he is one guy who seems to want to write without researching all the facts. Here is an email from Seth showing his background and other issues raised. Seth has no financial background, no telecommunication background and holds an Art History Degree. He even says that GlobeTel sure sounds like the real thing but has done no real due diligence to prove the outlandish claims and far reaches that he has printed.
I have included his email below. This email came after his first article was released. I offered him to come in and do his research and then write his story but he continues to dig up issues that he totally spins out of the context that they are in to prove a point that he hasn’t professionally researched. Let him be and in a very short timeframe, we will show who we are and what we can do.

Sure, I'm an individual investor who's always on the lookout for great investment ideas, and also on the lookout for things to avoid. I write for the Motley Fool, have been doing so for a couple of years. I watch networking at telecom a lot, though I don't often find great ideas there. Tends to be, as you know, a lot of promise without much reward.
That's why I hope to find out if GlobeTel is the real thing or not. Sure sounds like it from your press releases, but it's really tough to square the promises with reality when basic information on the overseas partners is lacking.
Is there a name for this Luxembourg joint venture company?

How is it possible for this unheard-of Florida company, with little track record, to suddenly vault past established equipment makers like Qualcomm (Nasdaq: QCOM), Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO), Nokia (NYSE: NOK), and Motorola (NYSE: MOT), not to mention powerful multinational telecoms?
Exactly... Now he's getting it.
By the way folks... if you need to read the MF article, read the copied versions. Please don't click on any link to the Fool site.
Thanks.
If it shakes, then I buy more.
I know enough about the company from my own personal research, and I am confident in my investment. I can't help what the others do, and to be honest … I really don't care. The more I have, the better I am in the long run.
Anyway, the MF has already shown its hand and are no longer credible in my book. I believe we all know their true intentions and the people raising concerns about this recent article are playing along to try and create a panic. Why? So they can cover. Why would the MF put out an article about this company anyway? Why is it so important? Are we a threat to them?
The MF is obviously involved in one of America’s growing problems as this is an obvious attempt to manipulate the pps or hurt the company. Anyone wonder why so many American companies fail? Look no further than the corrupted foundation of the American Market. Within that corruption, I believe you'll find the fool.
Called the Golden Cross, it can be positive or negative, but without the appropriate volume and interest from the MM's. It really doesn't mean jack IMO.
Spence...get a hold of yourself! Everything is going to be OK! Shake Shake Shake... Slap Slap. Who's next?
Read the board... SB-2 for up-list has already been filed. SEC questions to SB-2 were minimal.
shhhhhh. quiet period.
Looks like it might have its target audience, but the difference is obviously night and day. No real time, no warning alarm set up, camera, gps, 2-way com.
Looks like their item is set-up for past reference, with inability to locate a missing vehicle, employees, shipments, etc… Have to find the vehicle in order to download the information.
Might be good to track the history of a cheating spouse, or a family member’s driving style, but that's about it. No specs on the unit.
As a parent I would rather pay the extra money to find my kid if there was ever an emergency.
Either way… Thank you… I appreciate the post.
Their loss if they don't get it.
Got it. I misread Orlander's post too. Asking if that was the military test. Duh!
Didn't mean to imply anything else, other than the design of the model in the wind-tunnel testing video is similar to the design of the commercial vehicle. That's all. I meant to erase the sarchastic LOL comment on my reply, but it was too late. Sorry, I know you know better. ;)
Watching football while reading/and replying to posts. Difficult to do.
By the way... NO! That was not the Military test!
Military prototype looks nothing like the commercial vehicle.
Just adding 1+1. IMO, the wind tunnel testing video is similar to the design of the commercial prototype. I think it's safe to say that.
Do you think it looks like the Skydragon? LOL.
IMO...Commercial vehicle. Look at the design of the model compared to the video of the sim taken at the telecom conference.
http://media.putfile.com/GTE-sim1 their site is a little slow.
Corazon de oro? Or is it Corazon de lodo?
Good… I wanted to post this earlier, but I decided to wait until the company confirmed the clip. If you look back at my report from Telecom 05, I reported that I saw a video clip of wind tunnel testing. I will post my report again… Read paragraph #6.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=8279979
Also, this is my impression, “my opinion”… The clip that most of you saw is older than the one I saw at the conference. The clip I saw was way more impressive than the clip that was posted on Friday.
It’s obvious that a basher posted the clip to imply something negative. Obviously, he hasn’t got a clue… I also hope he gets what he deserves.
Yeah...pretty interesting, huh.
This was a post from stolemyname0 over at the RB. Just wanted to share...

Just talked to Rodney and Jackie.
Not much to say but thought I'ld come out of lurking and post what I was told, fwiw.
First they are sticking to about 770m o/s. Won't know if there has been dumping, till the next filing. IR didn't know of any. (well at least thats there stance on any insider selling). I don't remember if that filing will be in feb or march, but Rodney said they are expected to be on time.
As to why no dollar amount was put in previous pr was because the buyer didn't want it disclosed. It might be in the next filing.
As for no debt per nov 05 pr and if we are debt free, rodney didn't know. IR hasn't been told that info.
The uplisting: This does take more time to happen then we would like. Mandatory 30 days for sec to respond to hisc about questions it has on hisc for uplisting. First round of questions has been answered and resubmitted to sec around last week. Could be 30 days before sec gets back to hisc, and if more questions are there then another 30 days etc. When all sec questions are answered we get uplisted. Will know if we have more questions to answer hopeful by mid feb-march.
There is a group of ir's for hisc, Matt, rodney and jackie. First spoke to jackie but she got rodney because he knew more on hisc because she was the newest on staff.
Asked rodney if he thought hisc was being nss'd and said he didn't know of any right now. Said there was a short back around the .02-.03 cent range but Matt got that taken care of and is gone. Said Matt kept an eye on that kind of thing.
That's about the jist of it. Not everything is word for word but is what I was told. Anyone who wishes to verify can call and ask. My name is Keith but told them I didn't want to give my last name.
Just a fwiw. Back to lurking.
Stole
ps. I'ld would like to say thanks to Kookbook for the shareholder meeting info and Sans for the CES info. Thanks.
Not from me... I don't play the pump and dump game that you play. I'm into researching good companies with a bright future and room to grow.
First things first... We need to get off the pinks.
Changed your tone, didn't ya Dump.
Serious,
Send him another response in a few months. He'll get the picture... so will his subscribers. I think we'll owe the weather balloon guy an update as well. Remember him? LOL...
They're working on it.
I use Scottrade and I love em'.
Believe me; I understand your concern... Remember, I am just an investor trying to gather information. IMO, the management team is a very good one, but you're right, these things do take time.
If you believe in something related to stocks, then you have to keep your emotions out of it. Don't spend money you can't afford to lose, and don't get greedy. Remember, pink sheet stocks are volatile and manipulated by a corrupt system. Not very many people like to invest in pinks. Not the smart ones anyway...LOL.
Anyway, I believe we're all trying to find out as much as we can... but what happens with the stock price is out of our control. If you believe the company will be a success, as I do, then hang out and have some fun. If not, maybe you should be investing in larger growth stocks. But then again…even the big boys have their problems.
OH MAN... I just sh*t my pants!
I had a very limited phone conversation with the guy. Actually, he took my call during a meeting.
Anyway, what do you mean by sales follow through? If you're reffering to the CT's. The item is brand new. At the retail level... the stores need to have them before they can sell em...
OK… just found out that there is a CT at that location, but it’s in the back. Why the individual didn’t bother to show it to you is beyond me… But, it was stated that these people are just employees and don’t know all the details of the CT just yet… Look for that to change in the near future as the CT’s start hitting the shelves. Also, along with the CT is a charger that is just now rolling out as well.
We'll all know more about the CT's soon.
No problem... At the CES convention I asked the representatives from Big Apple about the SB-2 filing. It was stated that the SEC "always" ask questions upon the initial filing of the SB-2. However, in our case the questions were minimal compared to the norm.
You're just going to have to take my word on this... Didn't tape the conversation, but wish I had... LOL.
You believe me? LOL.
Awesome...you ain't messin around, huh jerseyboy. LOL.
The SEC asks questions regarding the initial file... The company then submits the answers. Not sure if it's a true resubmit, but the answers are presented on paper.
Thanks for the update drumguy. It almost sounds like the guy is just an employee… How old was the guy tending the store? Did you get the impression that maybe he knows more than what he’s willing to share?
Don't know, but maybe you can meet up with the manager or someone who might be able to update you on CT availability at that location. Also, I wouldn't expect just anyone to know about the specifics we’re all looking for. Do you think he knows what a SB-2 is? LOL...
Anyway, I appreciate the effort and the pic. Let us know if you find out anything else. If you can't get any other details, I'll give the guys a call and see what I can find out for the retail level.
Thanks again.
We did what we needed to do last time, but it’s not worth the time any more. Funny how he never followed through with his promise of updating his report.
Not only is he a bad journalist, but a dishonest one at that. I unsubscribed to they're service today.
What a Loser.
Probably, but we'll average at a higher price... so either way.
I met Big Apple president Marc Jablon at CES. He seemed like an honest person and is very aware of the stock price... He did state that the company is in its quiet period and is in the transition of making the switch over to the BB. He was the one that told me that the questions from the SEC regarding the SB-2 were very minimal, and was excited about the future.
Just sharing...
I know what you mean... probably best left unsaid.
Also... this is from my previous report back in November.
FAA? They are working with them as we speak. Not kidding, either. They will be using a COA (certificate of authorization) permit to get the ship to a location. From there, the ship goes up. Currently, there is no need for an FAA permit above 60,000 ft. This is what they are working on and they are very confident that they’ll get what is needed to move forward.
Nice +DI on the ADX 3. Also, confirms no negativity on the ADX 14. Should go up.

I know what you mean... I thought I had it all figured out too, then I got killed on the short swing at the end of the year. I know for a fact that Huff knows his stock gets shorted. Look for another JAB when you least expect it.
