Firestream, they sent their crews there before labor day. Why can't they have already started proving fights. They filed AUDITED financial statements on September 10, 2015 for their 2014 Annual report. That was $12,000 dollars.
Obviously they're readying for something very huge. IMO.
yaboy, page F.11 Property and Equipment Airplane $2,079,135 in the notes to financial statements which are an integral part of the financial statements. Baltia has approximately 1.5 million debt compared to Delta's 11.8 Billion in debt. Delta's debt is much more than our OS.
Better a large OS where Baltia is in charge then TOXIC DEBT FINANCING where the convertible debenture holders can manipulate stock price and try to NSS it into bankruptcy and get assets for pennies on the dollar.
Plus there are restricted shares in that OS number, we don't know the float.
The OS is not the float.
And the very next day, 9.10.15 Baltia files amended annual 10K with AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS....obviously something huge is happening or about to happen.
pps like a coiled spring and ready to explode to the upside.
StockDuh, yes a top shelf company and they audited their yearly or 10K financials and not just the 10Q.
Audited financials for the 10K (Annual report)
I feel very fortunate to own stock in Baltia's international air lines.
Absolutely Carsmax177 didn't you say Freight a few weeks ago.. I am agreeing and a whole lot of it. Somebody said biggest cargo hold and next biggest is in the military planes like a C-130
"1ST AMENDMENT SUBMITTING AUDITED FINANCIALS" 9.10.15 go to SEC website and that is the title of filing in quotes. IMO, they are soooo doing proving flights and successfully completed mini like the pros have been telling us. They just filed their 10Q August 18th and it hasn't even been one month and they're filing AUDITED FINANCIALS for the FIRST TIME! Baltia is awesome!
Baltia filed the AUDITED financial statements yesterday, September 10, 2015!!! NO TOXIC DEBT OR CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES (Bonds). This IS huge...who files financial statements and then a few weeks later does an amended filing with AUDITED financial statements.
thanks carsmax117, I knew I remembered they have to fly around for 100 hours...sounds much easier than this mini.
lol robodog and thank you. eom
WE DON'T HAVE TOXIC DEBT!! NO CONVERTIBLE DEBENTURES!! THE DOOM OF ALL COMPANIES ......BALTIA is wise to get capital with shares!!!
Baltia's pps is like a coiled spring waiting to explode to the upside with a huge PR...even successful proving flights would do it.
Russia needs Baltia too according to that article. Russia will want Baltia to get its FAA certification too. IMO
Does the FAA require AUDITED financial statements prior to issuing a certificate for a new air lines? Because if that is a requirement, then Baltia certainly succeeded in their mini and now they just have to fly around for 100 hours.
AKthisistheone, filing audited financial statements is bigger than huge. Something super is happening, it could even be a merger or something; but Baltia is the company best positioned for growth with minimal debt and great fuel prices.
the longer it takes, the odds are in Baltia's favor and proving flights are getting ready to begin. 100 hours of proving flights. How many days does that take.
Firestream, all we have to do is get to our proving flights for 100 hours and the rest is just details. We'll earn our FAA certification and have an inaugural flight and Baltia is on its way to be the air lines with the least debt, no contracts with all employees (crushed united air lines) and profitable cargo (freight) business.
Baltia cannot be denied that it is a real air line to compete with the debt-laden others.
The upside pps is vast.
position: long (strong buy)
MM NITE IS ON BID FOR 999,999 SHARES AT .0049, Baltia's low of the day is .0049. Yesterdays' low was .0047. Somebody knows something certain and I presume it's the upcoming proving flights which are done after the mini is successful, according to the check list.
That is good Robodog. Way better than debt and toxic financing. Didn't somebody post Delta's DEBT at 11.8 BILLION. that is more than our shares.
MacFly, this isn't complicated. The shares outstanding are not the float, the shares we trade every day. Among that 5.6 (estimate) billion are a certain amount of restricted shares pursuant to Baltia's filing its 10Q. What Baltia hasn't told us is how many shares are restricted! What if it says 5.6 billion OS and a billion of them are restricted (an example), then there are 4.6 billion in the float.
IMO Baltia has no intention to do a reverse split. There have been some successful RS's but usually, the shorters just short them again and shares get devalued.
There is no reason to do an RS. We don't know the float. We don't know the short interest. We do know that Baltia cares about its shareholders who've provided the equity or paid-in-capital for them to make the corporation a success. If anything, I would bet they begin buying back shares at some point when they have revenue...IMO.
Hey MacFly, do you prefer debt and toxic financing for NSS or do you prefer raising capital the way it's supposed to be done, in the market with shares of stock.
I like Baltia and they came to the "Third Market" to raise capital instead of giving too much ownership to outsiders.
There is no need of RS because we don't even know how many shares are restricted...but we know there are restricted shares. We do not know the "float".
Who brought up the word RS... that is the question.
position: long and strong buy.
Cargo, Cargo, Cargo agree it's the moneymaker!!eom
Upon a brief review of United Air Lines filings, what did them in was the contract salaries with their employees (essentially, a union)...and they couldn't get everybody to agree to decrease their pay. Long story, lots of filings.
Baltia Air Lines does NOT have that problem. They can give stock options as incentives; but they do not have to contract union style with all employees.
The only employees they have to contract with (or should contract with) are the Pilots (not flight attendants) and the maintenance crew and the machinists.
The more we study America's New Air Lines, the better it gets, it's like they learned from all of the others with debt, derivitives, unions etc. and they will not make the same mistake....imo.
The potential for Baltia, as an international air line and the Newest American Air Line is exponential. IMO
That is why this company is so very different from other OTCBB stocks. The filings are informative, accurate (or SEC would have stepped in already) and almost perfectly filed timely. So rare in sub-penny stock choices. I look at this as an investment and not just a quick run to the pennies.
BLTA has growth potential. So much potential. Room to grow, a new airlines of all industries. I am comfortable in this investment and take the wise people's posts with much credit. And my own DD. I read and read and getting ready to study United Airlines.
The Government has had to bail more than one airline company from financial collapse and it is to the billions.
Imagine, the government finally sees an airlines that isn't debt heavy or laden with derivatives, just plenty of shares for all university, hospital and foundations and endowment funds for investing.
If the treasury is part of the executive branch then the US Treasury would love BLTA as long as it passes all physical requirements and is FAA certified.
In its 10Q, Baltia expressly states it is going to hire 50 managerial and 30 crew once the FAA certification is issued.
It's going to create jobs. It's necessary. Let the "Proving flights" commence!
If you look at the fine print on the checklist, you will see items that need to be accomplished prior to proving fights. One of those is a DOT final order which comes after the "presidential review". I don't know what a "presidential review" entails but the DOT issues a Final Order and then proving flights.
Just please read the checklist and the activities that come before the tasks. Thank you.
I think the crews are preparing for the proving flights this weekend because of the costs of sending three crews to the airfield and it is a weekend and that costs lots of money.
Deductive reasoning says they're readying for proving flights finally.
Awesome Baltia!
Presidential review had to be successful in order for proving flights because the DOT issues a final order and then proving flights.
This is big. Proving flights are a gigantic sign of upcoming success...Actually, just getting to this point is successful.
AKthisistheone, 25 years previously..I think it's only become viable as a serious penny stock for five years and more importantly maybe a penny stock as the FAA certificate is maybe a few weeks away or a month, either way, it becomes a real contender...a real New American Air Lines, a real plane with cargo and passengers going to Russia and elsewhere and back!!!
emit, thank you for link to those posts, wow he seems so confident and intelligent, he should come back.
Anyways, the time frame seems a little long, so I take that as a positive, a "no" takes five minutes. An approval takes many signatures and approvals and negotiations take a little time and if it's shorted the dreded SEC has to rear it's impotent head.
IMO, BALTIA is a good to go opinion from FAA! It even sounds good the new American International Airlines...to Russia with Love.
Where is emit and where is our news! Where does emit think our news is at.
The Baltia Montgomery Village team!!! It takes a village to build a team..don't forget Frostberg!!
"380,981 form t" on level II last trade of day, what does it mean..obviously for BLTA. Thank you in advance if anyone knows the answer.
form t trade at end of day...does anyone know what is a form t with more than 300,000 shares.
This will run on any good news into the pennies, and if Baltia can get it together, it will run in the very near future. I hope they care about their investors who are giving them the capital for their company. AND I know they read their board.
That is a lucky number, but anyways, that other smart poster said the MMs have something like quantitative logorythms (sp?) and they know how to manipulate the stock. Perhaps they are covering shorts.
Also, Baltia had to sell some shares for cash according to the 10Q; but that is what this Third Market is for, it's the purpose, we provide capital to them and we trust them to build the company.
It is why the Nasdaq's OTCBB was invented.
They haven't told us the restricted shares but there are restricted shares in Baltia's shares because they said so in the 10Q or 10K, and the price moves too easy...in my opinion
Aviation, lol, yes, a champagne toast to its success and when it runs I will be taking a flight to Russia just to say I own some of this New American International Airlines....Baltia!!
Time frame doesn't matter for flying, we just need to get approval and the International Penny stock will run...and it won't sell on the news because it will be an official international airlines bringing cargo to Russia and then passengers, IMO.
Aviation, agree, a champagne toast to its success
We also have a 10Q or 10K that states they will be hiring 50 management and 30 personell when they get approval.
How did Baltia Airlines get exclusive rights to flight routes without having a certified FAA issued certificate.
Baltia did better today and the NASDAQ 100 predicted an entry point for yesterday. As I posted reading technicals Monday night. tomorrow should be a continuing uptrend if the NASDAQ 100 has finally started its first uptrend in 3 months.
