emit, thank you for link to those posts, wow he seems so confident and intelligent, he should come back.

Anyways, the time frame seems a little long, so I take that as a positive, a "no" takes five minutes. An approval takes many signatures and approvals and negotiations take a little time and if it's shorted the dreded SEC has to rear it's impotent head.

IMO, BALTIA is a good to go opinion from FAA! It even sounds good the new American International Airlines...to Russia with Love.
