Im not loading the boat but long term this looks promising ill hold till the 8k with contracts and assets audited are disclosured. The revenue could be much higher if they expand production but basically as everyone world wide already knew it will take decades to upgrade the existing transmission lines so electric vehicles are dead in the water without a stop gap solution.

He said its 6 month restricted and 83% is owned by insiders. He also mentioned manufacturing capabilities to produce a 100 units a year with possibilities of expending capabilities to many more units and stated its about 1.3 milloon each unit so next 12 months is potentially 130 million in revenue give or take and a few years out several hundred millions a year in revenue and their working with large fortune 50 companies who will be placing orders.

100 MILLION/283 MILLION is rough 1/3rd or 0.34 per share and multiply that by 20 and maybe in a year this is $6 and in 2 years maybe $20.

Guys check out $REII a possible example of what PSPW might do as a large rich group of investors are taking 93% control and issuing 283 million shares and there is a 6 million fliat i believe and potentially could be billions in business contracts for a renewable hydrogen recharge company with plans to roll out an alternative for charging electric cars. It went from 0.0097 to $4 down to 0.50 back to $1.40 and tomorrow is the big conference call and possibly asset disclosures. Rumors are 50 plus maybe 100 when its all said and done and a great parallel of what could happen here.

I own a second stock been waiting for 8 years but no luck yet is potentially in a similar scenario as REII or $SPEA just waiting on filings and audits and the assets merged into $PSPW but it remains to be seen as its been dark for 5 years but they did own between 75% to 92% of the total shares by a billionaire group out of Dubai.

This is almost an identical situation except REII can be much bigger. Is REII a billionaire group stepping into the shell. im very interested in the 8k and assets merged into this entity REII and watching history unfold. If its a billionaire group this will pop big and be a great example of some of the greatest stock runs in otc market history.
