there is a song " Who knows ? " from Jimmy Hendrix - listen it many time but still " Who knows - I don't know , you don't know ... " and so on ...
there is no exact numbers on FLOAT, but made same calculations and found out that float should not exceeded some
1.800.000 - 2.400.000 shares - very tinny in fact ....
xxxxtrader - what was the SPEA exactly share

Legit message post or not ?
Hard to gauge in this fog, but I pesonally believe that it is/was for real.
Why ?
Shellstockreview.com is highly focused website dedicated to the shells and shells only ( so to speak - boring to the death ... )
and participants in forum are not people willing to waste their
time with writing poetry and SF, but just strict all about facts ... ( after all you can go to the site ,register yourself and check the forum yourself ), so I see no idea why to make any such statements otherwise than in manner to express their own very real frustrations how Dan (mis)handled their requests ...
By the way, there was another website dedicated to shells ( which is now shut down ) and somewhen in start of 2002 ( so I believed )there were some remarks on Mr. Wettrich ( RM with his shell NVNW in 1999 ) and as far as I remember the attitude against his handling of bussines was pretty hostile too ...
In that time it didn't get my attention , but now when we're starting the pieces of puzzle together it might point us to certain conclusions what and who we're dealing with ...
Be as it may be, where is smoke there is fire.
Just my two nickels to the discussion ...
Interesning statements at least, specially this one :

I've tried contacting him over the years and he has never returned a call. I've been told that he only likes to do a large deal every few years. It looks like the last deal he did with one of his shells was in 1999 with NVNW.

CAML - some volume today , anybody has L2 ?
BSOI - what's up with this one ?
Very clean shell , no debts , pending law suits etc., extremely low float ( on 04/30/2006 just 888,180 outstanding ) , in past 5 years former CEO Mr. Martin flatly refused several RM candidates
( " you should have at least 100M$ bussines" ) and still -
NOTHING happened !
Do everybody have any fresh info on this one - if this is the case let us know ...
Yes , that's the point ...
TIME !
when playing with shells, you should consider time of absolutly no importance ( except if you play with shells / bullets from companies like Keating and other RM specialists ) and one can expect K-8 litteraly almost every minute / day ...
So in the case of CAML ( if I switch position with owner Mr. Weetrich ), the main question is :
For hell, why should I sell this gem for nickel if it's worth at least 7 M$ ?
So, I'm not surprised that 8 years are over , but in the case of CAML I'm more than willing to wait 4 years more ...
This beauty is a little H-bomb , and so to speak, would not like to miss and hear her explosion ...
So if I may advise :
PATIENCE, PATIENCE,PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE .....
Dates, speculations, predications , analaysis and other stuff are absolutly out of question in this game ...
Playing shells for some three years, made very solid money in some 30 cases, lost few bucks in some 5 cases ...
The recipie :
PATIENCE, PATIENCE,PATIENCE, PATIENCE, PATIENCE .....
Good luck to all ...
4 more years - any idea xxxx ?
what low-float real entity - give us numbers if you have any ...
agree ...
OK - guys you have numbers - do your math homework now ...

Hestehman,
first follow the link
http://www.rrc.state.tx.us/divisions/og/gatherers/x.html
and then in your browser ( IE , Netscape ) go to menu
"Edit" and select "Find" then in box type Baulch and you'll find
several leaseses/properties ( gas,oil ) under name "Baulch unit" ...
So that's it - I have no assurance that this is the guy we're talking about but quit high probability what's all about ...
By the way I checked every posibble lead referencing to the name in question and the only usefull one I dig out is this one ...
Baulch is connected with OIL&GAS !
Check the link below and enter "Find Baulch":
http://www.rrc.state.tx.us/divisions/og/gatherers/x.html
Agree. It seems that T. Baulch is just a stray man , maybe there is a way to find out who the real owner of POB ( of his adress ) is.
How to do this is another question .
If anybody has an idea let us know ...
0.09x0.11 ... is this your point Churak ?
Jizz, man cool it down ....
I agree with your DD and conclusions, but in any case would not take for granted that the deal will be closed in next 86.400 seconds ...
It seems that this whale is like Moby Dick , and captain Ahab is still hunting it ...
And the saga continues ...
eh, what to say ... - CAML 0.04 - 50% ....
OGAM - 0.028 , +50% .
Do anybody have any info what's going on whit this one ?
I believe that this is one of the Keating shells ...
CAML - low OS, tinny float - some action in last days ...
I believe it's still early - hey guys see sales projections for their Opticon - 250M $ in three years ...

Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
Effective September 21, 2005, Qorus.com, Inc., a Florida corporation
("Qorus") terminated the Exchange Agreement (the "Agreement") dated as of August
11, 2005, by and among Qorus, Keating Reverse Merger Fund, LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company ("KRM Fund"), Elwin Group Limited, an International
Business Company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands ("Elwin"), and each
of the Members of Elwin. Qorus terminated the Agreement due to the failure of
the transactions contemplated thereunder to have been consummated by September
15, 2005.
Under the terms of the Agreement, at the closing, Qorus was to have
acquired all of the outstanding capital stock and ownership interests of Elwin
from the Elwin Members and, in exchange, Qorus was to have issued to the Elwin
Members shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, which would have
represented 91% of the outstanding shares of Qorus' common stock immediately
following the exchange transaction, on a fully diluted and as-converted basis.
The Agreement does not provide for the payment of any termination
penalties or fees as a result of the termination.
Reference is hereby made to the Current Report on Form 8-K dated August
11, 2005 filed by Qorus on August 18, 2005 announcing the execution of the
Agreement, which is hereby incorporated by reference. On August 24, 2005, Qorus
also filed with the SEC and mailed to its stockholders an Information Statement
pursuant to Section 14(f) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 14f-1
promulgated thereunder ("Information Statement") informing them of the proposed
change of control of Qorus which would result upon the closing of the
transactions under the Agreement. Due to the termination of the Agreement, the
Information Statement is hereby superceded by this Current Report on Form 8-K.
Qorus is a "shell company" with nominal assets, whose sole business will
be to identify, evaluate and investigate various companies with the intent that,
if such investigation warrants, a reverse merger transaction be negotiated and
completed pursuant to which Qorus would acquire a target company with an
operating business, with the intent of continuing the acquired company's
business as a publicly held entity.
