Scottrade just updated my shares now too.
Probably waiting until after July 1st (tomorrow) to release any news since the Investor Relations company will be back on contract then.
One day we'll have our week just like NCEY is currently having.
Just spoke to Scottrade. Shares should be updated after closing today (exactly what I was told on Friday).
Yes, $15 trading day so far.
100 share just sent through at $0.15
Scottrade still hasn't adjusted the new shares yet.
Reverse stock split..see recent news/posts. 50 of your old shares equals one of the new shares. Stock price adjusted to same amount though.
Looks like trading will be very slow until these brokers get the new shares.
Scottrade still hasn't received the shares yet from the transfer agent. Did anyone get them yet other then Etrade?
Guys, just ignore him if you don't want to listen to it.
It's got a great shot at it.
OT- That's neat. Small world.
I was telling Little Feet that I was up there from like Jan. - June in 2007 for many weeks implementing a new pharmacy system at McKenzie-Willamette Medical Center (in Eugene/Springfield) and at Willamette Valley Medical Center (across from the Spruce Goose).

OT: I was at Willamette Valley for several months in early 2007. Is that close to you?

Anytime littlefeet. Anything I can do to help out.
The WallSt.net video will be available to the public for free this coming Wednesday.
Just stating you can short it that's all. I didn't say it would make a difference.
Yes, you can short GLCC (Good Life China Corporation).
Here is a website that proves there are shares available for shorting of this stock through NITE:

He's speaking of the Cybersquatting law to prevent one from buying a domain site name related to a trademark name then reselling it at an inflated price.

I contacted the owner of domain Zevotek.com and asked if it was for sale. The agent for the owner responded stating he would be willing to sell it just make an offer. Anyone want to pool together $100 to make him an offer? If we could get like 10 of us to pitch in $10 each we could buy Zevotek.com and offer it to Adam as an early Christmas gift?
I went to a Walgreens store in my area and finally found the "As Seen on TV" section (couldn't find it before). It was on the end cap facing the pharmacy (pretty good traffic flow). They only had like 12 different items and the Ionic Bulb was one of them. They had none on the shelf, but interesting enough I noticed the price tag was $13.99 when it's $12.99 at another Walgreens just a few miles away.
Anyone else notice the bulbs selling for $13.99?

Yes, ZVTK just did not want to release any new products under the Diet Coffee name. I can understand that. Why waste the PR expenses.
Still, I want a clear explanation on the A/S increase.

If you have Facebook...go to Applications and search for the YouTube application - add the application. Then go to ADD VIDEO and paste what Soapy had in his post. Worked just fine for me.
Ok will do - having some issues recording it..first go around didn't work. Trying again.
New and exciting contracts, a few overseas (can't be specific), new product overhead light for offices. Really excited to be rid of old name, Diet Coffee. Repeated what IR said, RS was to raise price to get new investors.

06-27-08 WallSt.net - interview with ZVTK CEO, Adam Engel
I just noticed this today. Seems to be from Friday. I can't view it because I don't have a WallSt.net premium subscription. Does anyone else?
I'm not sure if this is a new interview or not: http://tv.wallst.net/3-minute-press/136/625/ZVTK/adam-engel/zevotek-inc/

The stock has 3.6 million OS and 1 Billion AS
Currently he could dilute 964 million shares on the stock to raise funds if needed. At the current price that would be $144 million. Obviously, if he diluted several million shares of stock the price would fall.
The RS it seems was to raise the price to a certain point to attract financing. If he RS'd the stock to get to that point he SHOULD have a gameplan to keep it/raise the price or else the RS would have been a failure.
The RS I can swallow (just barely), but the increase in AS is much more unsettling to me.

I'm assuming it's a way just in case if he cannot find the financing he wants within a period of time then he can issue stock to raise money. Again, nothing to back this up but just an idea.
This is sort of like a brand new stock/company now, but with a product already selling and generating very good revenue. I would like for him to lower the A/S if he does receive the financing he believes we need, although this usually doesn't happen unless the company is swimming in revenue.

Thanks for all of your DD and posts shmolton. You've earned another people mark!
Nice update thanks shmolton!
I still cannot trade my shares with Scottrade at this time.
Has your shares been switched yet by your broker? Which broker do you use?
Nice sell.
Scottrade called and said there is a small chance these shares could be transferred over this afternoon.
Just called Scottrade again to ask that and their response is "We use to do that but we don't do it anymore as we ran into too many issues, so until we get the shares those shares cannot be traded".
