The Harbinger report- bottom link in my previous post.
Very well stated. Long and strong here also, and I will add that people should visit these links
https://www.potnetworkholding.com/media/press

and read about the real progress and revenue generating strategies that have been occurring in the past year to increase share value to dollars in 2019. Q1 2019 earnings coming within weeks and will be amazing.
And powerful politicians in farm states will push legalization through.
Has anyone seen DiamondCBD advertise for cancer or alzerheimers treatment? I haven't seen anything like that by them. I always felt that they were very conservative in their claims.
If you have a minute, click on this link:

and you will understand that very few of these 545 CBD and/or THC trials have been completed and analyzed- there is great need for the FDA to keep up. I feel confident that positive data will be cause to completely legalize CBD in the next year, and the list of indications will be clarified by these trial results over time.
You must be looking for 100% return on your investment. In POTN, I am expecting at least 1000% increase this year. The CVSI run is over IMO.
I run a supplement and pharmaceutical research lab and we test on human cells. FDA allows food components and botanical extracts that are already being sold on the commercial market, we search that first when deciding whether to study a new compound for development. The labeling (claims of therapeutic efficacy) and product integrity/purity are their main concerns. Diamond is careful and thorough about both and has been working with the FDA for some time. There are 544 clinical trials currently underway for CBD- see link below, and many many published results. The letter went out to ALL CBD product producers. I am absolutely not worried.

At least we know that the results of an FDA clinical trial comparing CBD to addictive substances showed little to no abuse potential.

Anybody here a member of National Institute for Cannabis Investors? They recommended Charlotte's web yesterday if you wondered what the stimulus is today. I look forward to the day they recommend POTN after they are uplisted, booking increases in earnings of over 50% per year and fully audited and reporting.
I would like to see unaudited Q4 earnings this week, wishful thinking.
Based on press releases, the revenues should be amazing, so the delay could be for a very good reason such as a large bolus in holiday season sales in storefronts that haven't all reported back yet, waiting for a judge's decision in lawsuit (which I fully expect to come down for POTN), finalizing details for an announcement for a collaboration with a stakeholder or national pharmacy.
By April 15, Hagan should be able to give a very close projection of Q1 2019 revenues.
There has been little buying this year for the most part, and IMO buying will begin with the earnings news. Also, photos of the DiamondCBD vans were posted on fb by the big investor Charles Vaccaro.
This is the question we all have- does the PR come out when audited earnings are completed, submitted or accepted?
Going up- anybody see news anywhere?
A paid promotion by the company to suggest that CVS will be selling Diamond products and discussions are underway with Tilray to collaborate? Pretty exciting if either happens.
VERY interesting that they specifically mention Tilray for acquisitions in this article. I have always thought that Tilray would be the top Canadian candidate for taking a stake in POTN and collaborating in product production and US distribution. Also interesting that they mention CVS.
My big question is the same- and taking it a step further, could the next PR or earnings release include the announcement that POTN is now SEC registered fully reporting and uplist is underway? One can hope....
Projections are educated guesses and therefore cannot be true or false, but requirements for SEC registration are listed on the SEC site. I would hope though that the quotes from CEO Hagan are true.
It will take a slight increase in Q4 revs, say 7-8 million vs 6 in earlier Qs and news of corrected SEC application to make POTN start flying IMO. I also expect a larger increase in Q1 2019 to drive it to dollar range with uplist application.
The rules you just posted are for OTCQB- listed companies following uplisting? Prior to uplisting they must be SEC registered, which I have read on the SEC website requires 2 years of audited financials, and this is the only requirement they are missing it seems to me. I really am wondering why the Harbinger report said they will need 3 years of audited fins, I wonder if anybody can explain whether this is true for POTN.
Although I was hoping that POTN would report a few days early for a nice change, I still feel confident that we will see earnings in the next few days like last year's on April 3 2018. And now I will have to be a Duke fan for the rest of the season lol.
Time for some basketball- go LSU go UNC! See you Sunday for earnings.
I can't imagine that they will file for an extension since the first 9 months of 2018 were already audited. And they can always release unaudited Q4 earnings with an earnings estimate for Q1 2019- which will be blowout IMO.
POTN releases news at 830am since CEO Hagan took over. I think that it would look better to have the earnings release today rather than Sunday or later as far as instilling confidence in the new CEO- we can only watch and wait.
True, in the case that you can potentially invest it and have 2-5x more in a year if there is sector blowing up like CBD.
Charlottes Web just reported good, rapidly growing earnings.
I'm there with you. I even had my college kids buy some shares when it hit .10 so they can put down payments on cars when it hits $1
Most likely your other brands are lower quality. Diamond imports high purity CBD (obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction) and has all of the analytical data for each product available on their web site. Most brands do not.
So a question for you- when do you think FRLF revenues will reach $1 million per quarter?
I talked to a national broker at Schwab about a year ago and at the end of our conversation I asked him if he had heard of POTN. He said they wouldn't officially recommend it (of course since it's OTCPINK), but several colleagues owned shares in their personal accounts. I was impressed...
In light of the question many here have asked about a collaboration between RSHN and POTN, today's news makes this seem unlikely:

It is not repeatable because there is no information about the sample other than a brand. There is no concentration of the contaminant, it could very well be so low as to be at safe levels. Could this qualify as slander in light of these facts?
It is not worth the cost of a law suit. There is no data in this write up either about the amount of the contaminant- one molecule from the air or someone's hand?- or about the sample tested. For some reason they think it came from Diamond even though some person handed it to the people who tested it. Peer-reviewed journals require details about catalog numbers and lot numbers of materials tested and those used for assays. The source person may have had a cough. It is so shoddy that it discredits the authors.
And a sign that earnings will be announced tomorrow after the bell (my guess).
Again, this is not a peer reviewed scientific journal, it is a rag that will publish any piece of garbage submitted by anyone.
Have you read this garbage? There is a table full of X's- no numbers no data, and have you read the information about the product tested?
I am a research scientist and I have been unable to confirm that these authors of this article (which is in a crappy publication that is NOT a peer reviewed journal, has zero data and has NO information about the sample that they made unsubstantiated claims about having a chemical in cough medicine in an unknown amount) are even employed at a University.
Based on article in below link, POTN earnings were audited through June 2018. Therefore they had to audit the final 6 months of 2018 for audited full year earnings. Seems to me like they could get this done by this week.

Everything that I have read on the OTC web site says that 2 years of audited earnings is sufficient for uplisting, so I am not sure what to make of that line in the Harbinger report. If that is true, maybe that is why they plan to list on the CSE. I believe I saw that listing on the CSE can replace the 2 year requirement for audited earnings for uplisting on the OTC- anybody here know if this is the case?
Last Q, POTN reported revs of $6 million. POTN market cap is $88 million. Cronos just reported quarterly revs of 5.6 million and their market cap is 4.6 BILLION. I expect a jump in Q4 revs to at least 7 million for POTN and higher for Q1 2019. If revs are indeed increasing for POTN, $1 per share is not unreasonable, especially if they retire some shares or get a partner or stakeholder that provides low cost high quality CBD in return for access to US markets. All possibilities, but unknown until the upcoming earnings report.
