What happen (after a long silence) for the last month?

2012 10-K, and 1-st Q 2013 10-Q out. Both showing positive net revenue, and no dilution what-so-ever. Float very low (< 100M); insiders own quite a bit more than half of the OS.

Expected future events & when:

1. CE out - EOW
2. 2-nd & 3-rd Q'rs 2013 10-Q's, showing increasing net revenues - the month of October
3. First (already announced) profitable acquisitions (up to 10/year) - October/November 2013.

Momentum is here, and each of the new events above should make the p/s move to new heights.

Opinion: DIGX goes to penny-land by the EOY.

I'm one of them; took out 1/2 of my position I loaded up yesterday @ early this morning. With a 100% gain, can't complain, and then my remaining (free) shares are there, just in case.

From the just released 10-Q: "The cosmetology industry generally works on profit margins of 25-50% for services and 50% or greater margins on retail sales. Because we will be acquiring existing, ongoing revenue producing salons, the acquisition of at least 10 salons per year for 5 years by the company would grow our profit margins exponentially to the company’s current revenues and profit margins."

Positive net revenue, shown both in the recently released 10-k, and the 1-st Q 10-Q just released. Add to this an ultra-low float. The 2-nd and 3-rd Q'rs 10-Q-s will follow in the next few weeks, and, IMO, will show even better net margins. Then, after the first news of the announced explosive business expansion becomes a reality, DIGX gross revenue, and (most important) the net revenue margin will for certain increase significantly.

Opinion: Good times ahead; one can easily assume the p/s will reach and stay into the pennies before the EOY.

After I changed 2day's small (326K) Buy order, the remaining Ask is 247K. Too bad it's all the pocket change I had.

I'm pretty sure many here have no idea what Wialan new technology is all about, and what are the realistic chances for it to become a household name within the Telecom companies.
