AFAP $714 + $607.50 again proves there is great value in some of these obscure otc stocks. All you need is lots of patience. I don't own any, but thought it might be inspirational to some who like to turn over lots of rocks.

DYNR $2.40, nice find otc. (eom)
SCX $10.43 + $1.58, Nice action today. I guess that's what happens when you finally issue an earnings PR to let the world know how well your company is doing.

SCX - This quote from the CEO in the earnings PR sounds promising:
"Fiscal 2021 was a strong year for Starrett, and our Company’s resiliency was on full display and rewarding on many fronts,” said Douglas A. Starrett, Chairman and CEO. “Our team accomplished our goals, while successfully navigating the pandemic. We strengthened our financial profile and successfully completed our strategic initiatives with results exceeding our expectations, all setting us up for a strong future.”
SCX - They just issued an 8-k with the press release inside. They just need to release it.

TVPC - Yahoo understated the shares outstanding in a big way. This undermines the investment thesis.

I'm sure many people have taken some horrific losses on the short side in the recent past. The game has changed in the past year and a half. Risk management is more important than ever.
Short sellers get a bad rap, but they do help keep prices in check. After crazy runs like GME and AMC had, you can't blame them for staying away or at least lowering their position sizes.
SQBG - Halted at $7.86 up $2.73 on the day. I sold earlier this morning at $5.05. What timing! The pending de-listing is obviously great news!
This just goes to show how unpredictable these low floaters can be especially when they have declared bankruptcy. Shorting them can be a suicide mission.
SQBG - Nasdaq decided to de-list the company effective September 9. I closed out my position this morning. I was looking forward to trading this for a few weeks, but this definitely changes the risk/reward for me.
I still wouldn't be surprised if it gets a big spike at some point.
Here's an interesting article about NYSE and Nasdaq rules regarding de-listing companies that have declared bankruptcy.

Back in the black.
SQBG - I ended up getting a buy order filled at $4.76 when it opened after the halt. This should be a good trading stock.
SQBG Chapter 11 - This should be interesting. It is a bankruptcy play plus it is low float. Recently low float ACY declared bankruptcy, and its stock subsequently rose significantly. No telling how it is going to trade, but it should be extremely volatile.

Is it possible for this portfolio to get back in the black and stay there? Or is that a pipe dream?
Looking back as far as 2018, I do see that $38 mandatory reorganization fee popping up in my Ameritrade account. I've definitely had the pleasure of being assessed that fee by different brokers over the years, but I was surprised to see it was up to $38 these days. So it was at that rate way before they went commission free.
I agree, those fees usually are adding insult to injury!
I just noticed that Ameritrade is now charging $38 for their mandatory reorganization fees. I just got hit with a couple of these.
In the big picture that is nothing when a person is able to trade commission free, but it looks like they are trying to recoup some of those lost commission dollars.

PDEX, I got a small short filled at the open this morning and I covered already. I agree about not going out on a limb shorting anything these days.
That was quite the buyout premium on DVCR. I bought a whopping 100 shares in the 5s yesterday and sold them in the 6s. I'll bet the person who unloaded in the 5s yesterday is not having a pleasant morning.

DVCR - $8.01 + $0.31, looks like there are some out there who believe the proposal is legitimate, though it is still trading quite a bit lower than $10.10. I traded it a couple times on Friday after reading your initial post, but I sold way lower than today's price.
This should be an interesting one to watch. If the buyout proposal doesn't materialize, it's a long way down.

It's rough out there in microland, but as DJ Khalid says, "Don't give up"!
M $19.20 - Anyone else buying this morning? Old stodgy Macy's seems to be transforming itself. Nice report this morning, and they reinstated the dividend.
Gilead, the timing definitely hasn't been optimal to say the least.
I agree with this post that you made back in February regarding a new gambling element that has entered the stock market, and believe these traders will be a continuing catalyst for lots of volatility in the lower priced, more speculative stocks.
