I'm putting myself in timeout. Sorry for my dumping my bad feelings about this this morning. I will check back in after the next MD & A and financials. Maybe we'll be in a better place by then.
Look at my record here mustang I've been very optimistic and have called out people for negativity. At a certain point you've got to stop accepting status quo or worse. Btw they just recently missed their Q2 milestones and pushed back manufacture of concurrent production units to next year so again t hey are swinging and missing That's the facts. Although good point on Jasminder. The fact that he's still here gives me some hope. Don't worry I'll put my negativity behind me but please allow a guy a day or two to emote. There's a lot of crap here whether you want to admit it or not.
I believe the way the shareholders rights plan works is it puts powers in the hands of the board to "protect" the shareholder should there be an unwarranted takeover attempt. However, if they want a deal like that to happen there isn't anything to stop it. They have unlimited authorized shares meaning they can authorize themselves shares whenever they want to affect any vote.
Roll call: Where's Lefty(GolfPro), DNdodd, Daktari and Columbiadreamhouse these days? What have you guys been up to? I always love it when Chuflas chimes and Noemotionseller
The old guard is still in place. Randall, our marketing guru, Board of Directors, etc. What has anyone new done differently that would allow you to place faith in their ability to execute? Why are you ignoring the fact that just about every relationship that they initiate, partnership, licensing technology, etc eventually goes by the wayside? We are at $.11 and they still have not disclosed publicly who the worldwide supplier is...... excuse me I believe in the 2 seconds I wrote this sentence we are down to $.09. They could only raise about $5 million dollars in this last raise. Think about that for a moment. Hey anything can happen and I hope for all our sakes that I end up with egg all over my face. For the first time since I've been in this I'm very concerned. I still think I'll make some money on this but for the risk I took I should make more than maybe breaking even or make a few bucks. My concern is they will take this private on the cheap. Then we are all screwed.
How about a little respect for their shareholders and more importantly the financial health of their company? Engaged means very little. He just told you he's talking to him. Could mean he sent him an email asking him to reconsider being on the board. Until I see something in writing I'm calling BS. I'm not shooting the messenger btw. I appreciate you sharing that. Let's take a look at their track record - Longtai - doesn't happen, Shanghai Jugu- doesn't happen, Anne Arundel - Doesn't happen, platform imaging - dead, Live data-???, Apollo Hospitals- dead, Crouse/Ohio State - gone, Adrian Park, Dutson, Woo(SAB) - no more, Am I missing anything else? They announced a reverse split vote a month and 1/2 before doing another dilution. Bad move. Should just do the reverse split when needed. Then pre announces that whole board will be participating in the offering and goes in 3 large with no press release? Bad execution and sign of support. I'm in show me mode now.
I agree with you. Put your money where your mouth is
Thanks Invest
Nice find KS.
Interesting to say the least
I have to say I'm reading all of these posts and laughing to myself at all the confusion. Isn't it a bad thing if we are this invested in a company and we have no clue what the hell is going on? No one knows who is developing this thing anymore, if we are still building production units, which engineering verification units are being used for engineering verification and which ones are being repurposed for clinical trials and if so where? We have no idea what Plexus is up to? Did I read they are producing disposable end effectors? We are told one week that they are doing an offer based on a certain amount of money and then it changes the next based off of milestones that have moved but "will not delay" the timeline. We also voted for a reverse split that may come in a week, month, year, or never? We have no idea what is going on with the star SAB member despite being given reassurances that this will be taken care of soon. We are told that Fowler would be an advisor to the company and we have not heard one thing regarding him since he left. Then you see him attending the Hamlyn symposium this week along with Vipul Patel, and Lee Swanstrom among others. I keep hearing how McNally is transparent and I am seeing everything but transparency. The only thing I'm sure of is they are intentionally confusing everyone(investors/competitors etc). We are either totally screwed or they have a BIG plan with a BIG partner who values secrecy above almost all else.
Am I the only one who is concerned with the pushing back of concurrent production units into 2018?
Baloney. Where did you get that confirmation?
Nice work Fly.
Good point
Cmon surgitech. It means that even if Titan has nothing to do with Verb, us longs have bet on the right technology. No way does this guy share this information as the future and then get with a company that isn't. If he's right(pretty damn good chance he is), there will be a lot of companies who will be interested in what Titan has to offer. He's already talked about single port being he future. I think there might be a video out there that he talked about snake like arms as well. I don't know, just one guys opinion.
Fly thank you for your contribution. Not everything is black and white. This is very significant imo
It's all in the patents
Giddyup.
I think they should only need to know my track record with my investment in Titan to know I'm an accredited investor.
Hey, glad I caught you. While you're here would you mind giving some advice on the next ECIG or MJ play that I can get rich on?
No kidding. For the record, I like this Surgitech much better. I'm not knocking you. Long and strong! Onward and upward!
Not to mention the warrants for .15
That's at the discretion of the board of directors
Here we go Titan. Won't be long now.
That would be lawsuit city
It's all in the patents
Do you think it's because they announced they are going to be doing a reverse split possibly weeks and months before they actually do it?
Here we go. Won't be long now until we are killing it. Long and strong
Agreed but perhaps they have some news to put with it. I'm sure Titan Execs and board would rather a 5:1 versus 30:1
Wrong that it's 30:1. It is 5:1 to 30:1
Wrong again
Bajo means nothing? Really? I still haven't gotten an answer on what Titan and Auris have in common.
That is a great point. No need to buy anything. Also, zero reason to not release their single port. What are they waiting for. They are obviously not concerned with Titan so what gives?
As I've come to expect No answer
I have had an order in for the last few days waiting to be filled. Let me make sure I'm understanding you correctly. Are you telling me there is no value in these patents, especially this one?
Some of the greatest investors in the world don't worry about the scoreboard (Buffett, etc) Conversly if you concerned yourself with scoreboard with a company such as Enron you would be broke. Denial of that is much more ignorant. Bunch of sheep
This patent gets granted and this is all you guys are talking about? Watch the game, not the scoreboard. This is a very big patent
It's market makers. It won't change until the announcement of design freeze and partnership and or worldwide supplier.
This one is huge as it allows the end effector tools to work independently from the arms. Of note ISRG doesn't have this on their single port. Pretty damn important when you consider working in confined "hard to access" spaces.
