good question, I would think a simple update would not violate any rule/law. Being muzzled or lack of willingness to update...however you want to word it does not seem positive to me.

what debt could this co. have ? they have no office, no lab, no phone, no payroll. The CFO must somehow be paying his personal expenses via printing new shares. For any new investors who have not yet heard the term stinky pinky, TCEL is a prime example of the term.

everyday more and more impatient sellers drop out, read the posts and look at the dwindling PPS. Today is another example, there is no reason the company can not update shareholders S-1 or not.

it would be nice to keep it at or around .008 but with all the impatient selling I think we will see a steady decline in PPS.

when a company I worked for filed chpt 11 we quickly found out no other organization would touch us with a ten foot pole- the risk was too great, as VIICQ will discover. The chances of emerging from bankruptcy are extremely remote at best, you also need to determine if your shares will even be honored if they should be able to emerge from BK. You are defiantly not "good here", if you are able to get out you should do so before you have nothing. Just my humble opinion, take it as you will.

was wondering the same thing, seems like they have had plenty of time. The worst thing about holding these stocks is not knowing what will become of them. At the end of the day its still a penny and a penny that has not updated shareholders in almost 60 days.

I can confirm its higher that 257 million, between myself and several others we have over 60 million locked. Several days last week traded between 100-200 million per day, it would appear the actual number is somewhere between 1.5 to 2.5 billion.

I thought the whole point to the $1.5mil regular financing was due to having paid off most if not all toxic debt, does anyone know what notes are still existing other than the 1.5 mil ?

From all the DD I did what you have here is a shell run by Meredith who at one time was involved with a group which included Casey attempting to run clinical trials. Currently TCEL is doing nothing more than selling shares to fund whatever debt Meredith has himself in. Those that think this ticker is connected with the actual NZ company Therapy Cells need to wake up.
