Months...maybe years of data overwhelmingly support your hypothesis.
You should get those...if you're not asking for 15 mil more
It was a psychological ploy on my part. As I said..."giving it away. ". At 20....it would almost be free.
I'm tucked into one of those big orders at .002 . If they will give shares away, I will take some.
Nooooooooo volume today
Right. Meaningless.
All of which takes money. Revenues to apply for and defend patents. I think SVFC could probably command a bit more...with some reasonable PR coupled with better mgt/10-Q. Who wouldn't want to see them strong enough to sustain above 0.01 for 30 days?
VentureCap for CFO!!!!!
Isn't this the April 15th PR?
That's investment! If you're in over $100K into this stock, you should be on the board! You and LJ!
I contacted someone at InVentiv Health to inquire as to the status of the relationship (between Intellicell and Inventiv). They said that the relationship was "ongoing" and that someone was going to be contacting me later today with more details.
Very helpful information. Thank you.
Now that I think about it, you are probably correct. If the company gets on good footing, a buy back is more likely.
It's very difficult for the average trader to dismiss the charts. The charts on this stock are horrible and I think reading too much into the chart and ignoring the technology/fundamental will would cause a doubting trader to just sell. However, the corporation does have some reasonable duty to keep the shareholder informed, so the lack of information is getting translated into "this means X." (Insert your dream or nightmare into the equation.) This is exactly what a 10-q is intended to avoid.
Just to clarify, I meant down the road. After the these small debts are paid that you mentioned are paid, I do think a reverse split is likely. I just threw a dart at 1:50. Furthermore, if it's in the long term best interest of the corporation, then I don't really have a problem w it if it's just a matter of reasonable math. I could be wrong.
Right now...we don't even have a 10-Q and as has been pointed out, the 10-Q is pretty simple compared to the 10K (for which they "bared their soul"). I agree that latter was a really good point.
I see the reverse split as pretty likely if this stock really does vault. Say 1:50. I hate the idea, but it's probably realistic.
Let's see:
Shorts. Lack of Communication from corporate leadership. Late filings. Lack of revenue. Litigation. Debt. PR insufficient to raise PPS. Do we need more info?
All of this is fixable without having to destroy the stock.
You and I are making the same point. Both circumstances point to a pre-hoc agreement. Furthermore, if the entity to whom a debt is owed agrees to waive a penalty before a novel sale, then they have that right. I presume SVFC *could* be sold in that circumstance. I think that there are players in the market that are interested in the technology, but there are (a bunch of) problems (many of which BBW points out) that have to be overcome to make a sale possible.
Wait a minute... That's not altogether true. A sale can be made if there is an agreement made between all parties (including those to whom a debt is owed)in advance of the closing. The same would be true in re: to litigation (I'm 99% certain that this is true on a federal level). Therefore, any company taking on SVFC, would take on their litigation liability and this would have to be factored into such a sale. I suspect that *IF* any sales are being discussed, attorneys from the current lawsuit will be privy to the details.
Which might be just as much in vain, I realized.
That's why I replied with the question "if?"
I emailed Clayton Parker and requested the status of the 10-Q. He said, "...The 10-Q will be available for all shareholders as soon as it is filed." I replied with a request to know if one would ever be filed? I have not heard back.
Has anyone seen evidence of a 10-Q yet?
NITE with nearly 5.5 million on the ASK.... just sitting there at 0027... not getting filled???
I called. I was told that they (SVFC) should have been downgraded to limited. If they don't file today (and that would only be as a courtesy... I guess it's a hassle), they will be downgraded.
Clearly they (OTC) are getting called. The person who answered the phone knew what I was talking about when I called from the outset.
Now... plainly speaking ... aside from Roche rumour (which I don't believe) and Merck (which would make more sense - but I still don't buy since either company would have to absorb the legal liabilities too - unless they could make them go away pre hoc), do you or anyone else have genuine info on a buy out? I'm guessing probably we're all just speculating at this point.
I apologize for sounding, well, dense:
Are you saying specifically that the OTC reported to you in so many words that Intellicell Biosciences was being bought out by another company? If so, did you get any other details? If you have other details, are you at liberty to state them here?
Thank you.
I'm long on the technology. I am not ok with irresponsibility. I know, SVFC is a subpenny stock; some version of the old west. The rules apply...and then there are the "little rules." The ones about how stocks get played, what happens when the rules are broken...people are manipulated....etc.
If SVFC goes on to huge gains, clearly I and a lot of others will be thrilled. I will not be happy ( in retrospect ) with the lack of communication and the failure to report in a timely manner and that sort of irresponsibility shouldn't be tolerated in a company expected to financially vault. That's not just Dr. V problem, but issues that have to be laid at the feet of the BOD.
IMO
I doubt it. When I spoke with Dr. V earlier this month, he said that the lab in Florida hadn't been built yet. So unless it's magic, they aren't SVFC's.
Hard to disagree with the last thing you said here.
or the subject quarterly report of transition report on Form 10-Q or subject distribution report on Form 10-D, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date
Using basic math...that's today.
Okay... I'm really excited about the jump to 0032 and all.... but
WHERE IS THE 10-Q????
I don't like to watch balloons burst. I like to watch helium filled balloons.
Losing less. :)
I knew you knew.
SVFC posts sometimes get lost.
I don't recall seeing the term "Slic Vic" in the filings.
It wasn't in the filings.
No need to interpret as I used Steven "Ask Wipe Out" Victor's own words...I'll leave any interpretation up to the investing public as when a CEO uses public company funds for personal gain/private practice now that's Ole little man, himself, Steven "Slick Vic" Victor but
maybe this will help clarify to the investing public wink quite simple to understand actually, Public Company funds used for Vic's personal gain/private practice wink
Want to make sure that this was carefully read.
Tired of the noise. Let's get to the 10-Q, information about a CFO, etc. Facts about SVFC are needed and the rest will fall into place.
Where is the fastest place to go to find out if/when the 10-Q is filed?
Call Clayton Parker and complain.
I have already described it. The offices were clearly separate. I saw the clean/ sterile area where the stromal cells were collected and processed. I spoke w Dr. v for about 30'. I did not make an appt. I went on a Friday around 4:30. They were very pleasant. Met Stephanie. I have written about my experience in some detail here before.
Yes. I did
A drug is defined as:
A substance recognized by an official pharmacopoeia or formulary.
A substance intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease.
A substance (other than food) intended to affect the structure or any function of the body.
A substance intended for use as a component of a medicine but not a device or a component, part or accessory of a device.
Biological products are included within this definition and are generally covered by the same laws and regulations, but differences exist regarding their manufacturing processes (chemical process versus biological process.)
I've been. What would you like to know?
