I called. I was told that they (SVFC) should have been downgraded to limited. If they don't file today (and that would only be as a courtesy... I guess it's a hassle), they will be downgraded.

Clearly they (OTC) are getting called. The person who answered the phone knew what I was talking about when I called from the outset.

Now... plainly speaking ... aside from Roche rumour (which I don't believe) and Merck (which would make more sense - but I still don't buy since either company would have to absorb the legal liabilities too - unless they could make them go away pre hoc), do you or anyone else have genuine info on a buy out? I'm guessing probably we're all just speculating at this point.
