There was an old Far Side Cartoon where two spiders have a web along the bottom of a play ground slide, down which a Child is to slide. The Caption is "If this works, we eat like Kings." If Cobi makes this work, we "Eat Like Kings."
I figured April. But maybe next week. (Doubt Fri.)
People get nervous. Understandably so. Losing $ is no fun. And more. There will be money made in this area and the Penny World has a bigger chance than usual to participate because of the Federal Gov't Position. So we are in the right Church. But did we pick the right pew? I think so. Time will tell. But when I read "in the Pipeline" I reset my clock on this one.
A Chicago-based marijuana company formed just last year is fetching an $850 million price tag
One of Chicago’s newest cannabis operators, Verano Holdings, is being sold to a marijuana company based in Phoenix for $850 million. The move comes as the nation’s marijuana industry heats up. Illinois pot companies, in particular, are making big moves to establish themselves. Last year, two companies debuted on a Canadian stock exchange, and another firm is set to be acquired for nearly $700 million.
A lot of websites pushing investors to get into the marijuana revolution. Many will be called, few chosen. But the crush into the successful ones maybe amazing. Cobi is my biggest ticket to ride. Good luck.
The use of "in the Pipeline" for company developments in the Company statement would indicate (to me) that there is a wait period. Probably not long in normal time but in PennyLand time, some will get antsy.
I am not surprised as Land issues never go as fast as people think they should.
But I like what they are proposing so I will buy as $ becomes available. I have no idea if they are going to do what they say they are going to do. But it is a heck of a proposal. Hope it works (and we make $).
I really, really like this page
https://www.bangistock.com/sale-leaseback
Nice.
Targeted: Good. Owned: Better. Making Money: Priceless (or at least a heck of a lot better than .0003)
Thanks
I tried to buy some.
If you are talking about Treehouse Real Estate Investment Trust, that what I have been looking at. Not that I haven't gulped a few times with the number of shares going through. Let's hope.
Mortgage taker for pot growers. Feel like the last Season of the FX series Justified. Very Interesting.
Day Traders look like they have departed for Greener Volatility. Now we find out which side is right, I guess
Friday on a half week. Hope not.
Those who bought (including me) see hope. But, I don't think it will go up, until direction is actually made clear.
A post on this Board. Been two years I think
No guarantees but good answers.
Thanks
I do like the Cannabis Christmas Tree.
Just hoping smoke isn't just smoke. But it is the Penny World.
Bought two stocks tangentially associated with Cannabis, this and COBI. They both lit up over the last week. But smoke so far, not fire. Guess we will see.
Do like the Vape Pens idea.
Got in over the last couple days.
One reason and one reason only, I'm wondering if that E-Cig will work. The idea just appeals to me. But in the Penny World sometimes that's enough.
Good Luck
I wonder if this tech could get the Flying Car the lift it needs

I want my flying car!
Take it back, Network Solutions says www.unionmilk.com is still under Tritent. My apologies.
I noticed a link on the website a while ago to something called Trikes. At that time I figured the owner might be a dilettante with serial good ideas. But no end game on any them. Now the Union Site down and the name doesn't seem to registered anymore. And your right-- what would ship via the delivery service. It would be descent to give some sort of shout-out but it is the pinks.
Bob
Wasn't the company also working with a delivery service in China?
Haven't check in for quite awhile. So I stopped by the website. No change except I noticed a link to Trikes. Has that been on the website for awhile and I missed it? Or is it something new?
Thanks
Bob
Time Line.
I haven't tuned into UNMK for a while because I assumed the new location pushed us back to Aug/Sept. That's assuming the timeline is the same for both locations. But it wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong.
I did e-mail head of Cascade's Economic Advisory Commission. But he did not respond one way to the other.
Bob
Oh sure. Do it the easy way, Mr Walk in the Park. What do you think-- this is a publicly traded company? LOL.
Lot Nine is at the southeast corner of platted lots so you could be right. But food preparation sites tend to have special needs and that's what I'd be looking for in the minutes. Wish I could get at the Plan Commission minutes. That might tell the tale.
Bob
Beck Construction has a mention in the City minutes seeking approval of a water main along Industrial Street at the end of February (going to the east). Maybe right time frame, right direction. But no end-user mentioned.
The City doesn't post Planning Commission agendas or minutes. If Beck is making requests specific to Union Milk's needs that is where the discussion would take place. I'm assuming Beck would do most of the preliminary work on site preparation. It would be typical as they would have the best relationship with the City.
Now I remember. Been I while since I looked at the stock.
Thanks
Bob
Tritent Int'l Agriculture (TRIAGRA), a Pennsylvania-based company registered to conduct business in the states of Iowa and Illinois, has started the construction of an infant formula plant in Cascade, Iowa.
TRIAGRA president Nathaniel Hsieh said that the company targets to complete the construction of the plant by May 2013.
Once completed and fully certified, it will become the fifth infant formula plant in the US.
The company intends to produce and ship infant formula, children growth formula, all-age formula and colostrums supplement to China.
TRIAGRA has reached a tentative agreement for the supply of its fresh milk from Swiss Valley, a Midwest dairy co-op, and is setting up distribution network in China as its main targeted market.
The company has just completed the acquisition of a ten-acre land at the Cascade Industrial Park. Construction of a 20,000ft² plant is now underway with 100t daily milk processing capacity.
_______________
See if the firm makes the May 2013 deadline
Got a lump of Cheese in my stocking-- is that a good or bad omen? Hope all have had a great day and let's hope that 2013 gives us good news.
Does it mean to sell off 75% of domestic operations while keeping control of the Chinese market? If so, to who?
The first site I understood. But it's the second--- the renovation--- I wasn't sure of. Thanks for the info.
Good Luck to all.
Bob
Next I'll be a cereal killer of boards because I didn't invest in General Mills.
I do have a serious question for the Board. Does any one feel they have a time line for the company?
Bob
One bad pun and I killed the Board. A Board KILLER! I am so sorry.
Bob
Well if no one else will say it. Hopefully, the stock will make us say "Cheese."
Shows you my stock picking prowess. If this works, it's because a Chinese Company purchased a failed gold mine play because the Federal Gov't subsidies create too much milk. Do I know how to pick 'em or what. LOL.
