People get nervous. Understandably so. Losing $ is no fun. And more. There will be money made in this area and the Penny World has a bigger chance than usual to participate because of the Federal Gov't Position. So we are in the right Church. But did we pick the right pew? I think so. Time will tell. But when I read "in the Pipeline" I reset my clock on this one.
