(2) Drug overdose/alc. poisoning
(3) Dosing control ("The application of therapeutic drug monitoring to
avoid the risk of treatment failure is highly recommended.") That's my guess.

I'm curious what diseases/indications would call for:
ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin), flucloxacillin, fluconazole, gentamicin, linezolid, meropenem, metronidazole, piperacillin, vancomycin and voriconazole (10 mg/l)
Are they all related to ESRD? There are other diseases besides ESRD for this experiment/ filtration test.
Are any of them be in clinical-safety trials?
