That interview with Jon Ralston was great. Very proud of Peterson and how he carries him self. Seems to be navigating the stormy waters in Nevada very well. In my opinion he seems to have a great strategy. Doesn't seem like it's working, but he's firing on all cylinders. I'm questioning if TRTC is actually planing on suing Anson? Mums the word until they are for sure they lost these two licences is my guess. Which seems to be the case. It would be awesome to partner up with another company on the licences but I won't hold my breath.
That's nice how the U.S. government is giving permission to the Native Americans do what they want on their small plots of land that they let them keep.
I love the OTCs. So exciting. Sooner or later this is going to pop like a bottle of champagne. No worries here.
Where I come from we call them swamps or wetlands.
It i TC is a terrible stock that will be bankrupt any day now. I would never invest into it. Has no chance of ever suceeding. That's why I'm here all day, everyday, for months and months to help you all. Im just a nice guy trying to help. I just like to volunteer helping people on message boards with their investments. No need to thank me. Trtc will never get into big retail stores. They will never get one licence in NV. Mark my words. Whats a Cbd extractor do anyways?
Trtc is such a bad company. I would never invest into it. That's why I've been here every day, every hour for months to spread the word to help others RealLies how terrible this company is. Im just trying help all of you. TRTC will never be able to get edible gardens into large retailers like Wal-Mart, Stew Lenards, Shoprite, etc. They will never get one mj license in Nevada. Never going to happen. Whats a CBD extractor machine do anyways?

I bought more today near the end. My buy order of 6000 shares didnt even get completely filled.
Nice. I want to buy more myself. Envious
New to this company so I apologize for my ignorance, but where does MJNA sell their products? Is it all just online? What is their distrubition method? Also what lawsuits are they involved in at the moment? Thanks
Just noticed the whole sector seems to be red with the exception of TRTC and a hand full others.
Derek mentions NB Plant acquisition several times in interviews stating that he anticipates the deal closing by year end. My guess is it will be done with share distribution. I agree with sleeks list, just not in that order necessarily. Going outside to play. Way to nice out. Let me know if something fun happens.
Was hoping to get some dirt cheap shares today, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.
Best posts of the day. As usual. Clay is always by the book, technical charts, no emotions. Ill be watching this very closely for a buying opportunity. This price might be the bottom or .30. Time will tell. People are mentioning some branding pr any day. Im not sure what that's about, but I am thinking about the nb plant acqusation. That will up right the E.G. ship into a profitable subsidiary.
Great point. That was very well articulated.

The acquisition of NB plants is expected anytime in the following weeks.
That makes lots of sense...I'd buy anything under .30 This looks to be a great time to add more to my position. watching closely
Terra Tech Subsidiary Edible Garden(tm) Now Shipping to 120 Weis Supermarkets
PR released today at 11:30am
I didn't realize the market was open today. A pleasant surprise.
I was going to diversify and invest in another mj stock, but I couldn't find any stock as good as trtc.
Crazy how low the volume is while still holding at this pps. Even though I'm above my comfort level with how much I'm invested in trtc. If/when this reaches .30 or below I'm buying more.
I just got my Vitacigs in the mail. I bought the 10 multi pack last week direct from their website. Bought them as part of my gf's holiday presents. She says she wants to quit smoking tobacco soon.
The process was seamless and easy. Took no more than a week for delivery. It came in a bag. Each ecig is packaged separately in a nice display case. I decided to try the energize one. It Tastes nice and works just as well and any other disposable ecig I've tried. I'd recommend them. It's a great alternative for the people that want to fit in at the bar/night club scene.
As to whether its going to help my gf quit. I doubt it. Nicotine is a powerful drug.
Im in full holiday mode and I'm going to assume everyone else is too. Low volume as expected . I suggest you all relax and spend time with your loved ones. Nothing to see here.
Welcome to the stockmarket. Specifically OTC's. Volatility makes this so exciting.
Why did TRTC even choose New Jersey?
New Jersey picked six nonprofit groups to cultivate and sell marijuana.
TRTC has another four years under governor christie. They only have 3,400 patients out of a total 8.89 million people in the state right now. Seems to be only six small non-profit. private organizations.
Wow I'm shocked.... How did the state arrive at this decision? No transparency in my opinion. I didn't even see this as a option. I question more the process of the state than TRTC. Great Find. about time :) Here is their website
These vitacig shares are being dangled over investors like carrots in front of a horse. What is the hold up? I expected them to handed out immediately after SEC approval.
I like the prices of their products. It entices me to try them. I bought some vita-cigs online yesterday for my gf that smokes tobacco and says she'd like to quit. This 3.0 looks very nice and stylish. It's half the price of my Pax Vape, which has the overwhelmingly majority market share probably. I'm excited to see the consumer reviews on it. My biggest concern is their sales methods. Selling out of old ice cream trucks in NYC isn't going to cut it. I know I'm exaggerating. Not sure if these celebrities will payoff, but young people are easily influenced. Must be hard to compete for shelf space among big tobacco. The market is flooded with these devices. In my area these hookah fruit flavored ecigs dominate the gas station counters.
I will admit I at first wasn't happy with the amount of the bonuses, but I'm cheap. I've come to terms that these people are working their butts off and they are doing exceptionally well. Consider that the company is only 2 yrs old. It's important to retain talent. TRTC has some of the best working for them. You get what you pay for. They are now much more personally invested in this company. What makes anyone think they bought Mercedes? Emotional Opinions is what that is. Talk about the Dar Mann lawsuit that was vacated more. It's a better angle.
Crazy how the volume has been so low the last couple days, Irregardless the price continues to climb :)
Thanks sleek for the advice yesterday. I've heard what you stated from other people as well. I'm interested in diversifying a little. Although I don't like their distribution methods and the guy in charge is a mystery. I was enticed with the split in shares and I like the cheap no-nicotine ecig and this new latest product looks sharp and is also cheap compared to competitors. They seem to target the young generation demographic.
Finally after months and months something I can agree with.
I'm watching yesterdays BBC joint meeting. Item 61
Here
Debating on buying some shares. When is the next earning report or milestone? I know people are looking to get vitacig shares. The most popular vape I see is that pax. This 3.0 looks just as nice and super cheap.
Please continue....Who is in a better position? Genuine question by the way?
I'm having connection problems. Keeps buffering and cutting out.
Someone sticky this interview please.
I've been reading this 10q all day now and I have a bunch of questions.
So they have about 3.4 million cash. TRTC anticipates they'll need an additional $11 million in capital for Nevada operations. Where will this money come from exactly?
So they're losing money on Edible Gardens. I get they have only been around for 2 years. What is it going to take to make a net profit? Will these dutch tables along with the NB plant acquisition really fix the problem? What is this merger going to cost anyways?
Is the New Jersey location now at full capacity? I expect this cbd machine will help revenues next quarter since it's now in production, but how much? I've heard the number is possibly 7 million a year.
It would be nice to see a financial break down of GrowOp aside from Edible Gardens. Is GrowOp profitable?
Can you explain why? Looking to enter the sector. Doing my Due Diligence at the moment.
Edible Gardens is a Great present for this holiday season. I bought some at a Shoprite and have really been loving it. There wasn't much left. They seemed to be there for awhile. I say that because the parsley I bought was so tall and all the soil was bone dry. I'd say 6-10 were still there. I can confirm no one is caring for the plants once they're there in store. At least this in my experience . Anyways I've decided to buy a bunch of the Rosemary, Basil, Parsley and combine all three in one fancy pot with some added soil and give them to family and friends as presents. I figure it won't cost more than $20 each, it's different and is a great opportunity to talk about the company. This holiday season, Give the gift that keeps on giving:)
