The scariest part is there is a very large variance between the low end of and the high end of the range...if the low end is the real end are the investors who are expecting the higher end holding, buying or selling?
I'll go with 12,999...lol
I'm in Buffalo NY so about 2.5 million people in the city and surrounding suburbs...the manager said it's been one of the better selling proseccos since they've gotten it in and said if they had this in when CB was on Good Morning America they could've moved a lot more product because people were asking quite often about it, however, only NYC could get the product before February 1st...he also said the product tends to be seasonal with more people looking for the product in the summer months...
western ny here and store I frequent is only carrying the brut, but said they are selling a few cases a month
what State are you in?
I think you're way off - i'm in the ballpark of 10,000-15,000 cases...hope you're right and I'm wrong, but I believe your numbers are far too aggressive
exactly, no sense in buying in before the quarterlies released, however, at any time if a significant chain is announced the stock can fly...when you consider the risk/reward profile at around .01-.012 it appears very favorable, especially considering this has held .01 all year
I don't think it's going to happen...at least not during 2017
You could be right and you could be wrong...it's definitely a wait and see...the lack of volume in the past 2 months leads me to believe many people are in the wait and see mode and short term traders who got caught in high on the run up who didn't do their DD and just followed the volume probably feel like this was a pump and dump...
there are so many positive catalysts upcoming in the next 60-90 days...
1. Q1 & Q2 release, which should show pretty steady improvements in sales quarter over quarter
2. California roll out in progress with Erewhon putting Bellissima on full display in its stores - you know there will be promo events coming to BevMo and Erewhon stores very soon as well with CB involved
3. eat, drink vegan festival with Bellissima as a featured sponsor
4. 7/1 Earth Fare rollout in 40 stores accross 11 States
5. Company invited to present Bellissima for final placement in large national chain 2nd week of May
6. International rollout
7. Audited financials expected between August-September
8. Consolidation of the brands under ICNB
9. Winebow Chicago has gone to a direct import platform where ICNB doesnt take ownership of the product at any point and simply does invoicing for the product. I foresee a similar setup occurring for California and other hot areas where Bellissima is selling rampantly.
here are the potential negatives...
1. Financials reveal more toxic debt financing (doubtful) Rich stated in an earlier PR he has no intention of utilizing toxic debt financing going forward
2. Numbers just arent adding up based on what the PR's have led us to believe in terms of the brand being the hottest on the market...this will be very tricky because the timing of PR's and the actual timing the sale occurred could line up in different quarters...not a real issue for longs, but could have a dramatic impact on price given low levels of liquidity for short term traders
3. Reverse split, however, it appears Rich is growing the Company organically so he doesnt have to rely on toxic debt and/or share issuances to fund the rollout. The quarterly will review more insight into this
this quarter will involve additional time to make sure the accounting is proper related to the debt settlement agreement that took place on 3/28
the quarterly will reveal a lot...like you said sales do not need to be through the roof, but we need to see good numbers and we need to see no NEW toxic debt...this will corroborate a lot of which Rich has told us over the past few months...he's slowly gaining trust of investors, but more needs to be expedited in terms of corporate governance in my opinion to see the share price really get some legs and sustain the price increase
im okay hanging out around .01...anything less than that, starting a new channel sub penny starts becoming very concerning...there should be plenty of catalysts to propel this higher into the summertime, much higher...IMO there are only going to be a handful of tickers that can deliver on 100's% return given the risk/reward profile at an entry of around .01, I believe ICNB is one of them
why would Rich care about making someone other than himself money? He has a product he's rolled out in the U.S. and will continue to expand globally...why would he jeapordize that to make other people rich? It doesnt make any sense...he mentioned in an earlier PR there will be no more toxic financing and if there was additional toxic financing it would be for investment in distribution and inventory...Rich doesnt have time to take a sh*t let alone run around buying houses and cars...
seriously, a lot of you people arent seeing the forest through the trees because you've been in soooooo many stinky pinkies before
and because that CEO was a crook means they all are crooks??
Toxic financing doesnt mean you're a criminal...it is last resort financing because traditional lenders wont work with you...do you suggest Rich go on Shark Tank??
The money doesnt just magically appear from the money tree...without that funding Bellissima never even gets off the ground because there's no start up capital to get it there...
Fills his pockets with loan money??? NONE of that money went into Rich's pockets Lol...please explain....that LOAN money paid for product development, product research, trips to Italy, other failed investment ventures...but none of this went to Rich
penny's do all that other crap when there's no viable product or service so they can quickly and efficiently monetize what they can before the inevitable share price takes a dump...its not happening here because of one thing...WE HAVE A VIABLE PRODUCT, 3 ACTUALLY
the person who stands to benefit the most from this is Rich, hence why he put the brand in a public entity...he knew he could monetize his holdings here, unlike in a privately held entity which is far more costly, time consuming and complicated to do so...he will not kill the share price when he knows the brand is gaining traction & sales are being generated...he'd be foolish to do so...it is in his best interest to continue creating value here...reverse splits and dilution and all this other nonsense will kill any and all value in the public entity ICNB, ultimately driving down it's market cap and ultimately eliminating wealth for Rich...it just doesnt make all that much sense...
all of TA's frustrations are stemming from their inability to flip this stock; most likely taking small losses everytime they enter/exit a position
Dear Aaron:

We need to start seeing those $250,000+ for the price to really start back North...there were days in December and January where the total $ volume was over $1 million...almost everyday for the past 2.5 months weve been seeing $100,000 to $150,000 in daily $ volume
There were several million shares acquired over the last 5 to 7 trading sessions and specifically 2.5 million acquired sun penny...all of the pressure on the price today was due to flippers taking 20-60% returns mainly because again there was little volume to take these blocks out and run up the $
Awesome!
Couldn't agree more... frankly, I don't think Rich cares just yet about the stock price...as hard as that is to hear for some here...he is a controlling owner and he's most concerned about what the value of the company will be years from now...he's not concerned about the day to day ticks in the price as he's inundated with the brand expansion...if the price ran up with no verifiable information we all know what happens next, the price crashes because exorbitant valuations without verifiable fundamentals behind it is not sustainable...
No Costco in NY nor can supermarkets sell wine and liquor in New York...New York also prohibits chain stores in the State who have an off premise consumption wine and liquor license, meaning one license per store operator restriction...here in NY we have all mom and pop type wine and liquor stores, thousands of them, therefore the market is very fragmented and clearly we have to overpay for our bottles of wine given that retailers cannot buy in significant quantities for volume discounts.
I appreciate your enthusiasm, but my guess is the top ten traders on this board would most likely be terrible business operators, otherwise, they'd likely be out there building empires
People are truly underestimating the value of Rich here...the problem with the stock price as of right now is not Rich (with exception to Rich's history of failures but I dont fault him for this, you must swing to get a hit), it's not the product, it's not the combo of CB and Bellissima...it's merely the passage of time, there is still a lack of verifiable information that people can touch and see before considering taking a position in this stock who isnt a day trader and the traders dont even want to touch this right now due to the low level of liquidity.
People who buy and sell stocks on the PINKs know three things very well because 99% of PINKY's share these same attributes...toxic debt financing, reverse stock splits, dilution...these are three things that will absolutely destroy any and all shareholder value. TO DATE we do not have enough verifiable information, other than Rich's word, that this is not currently occurring and/or wont happen in the near future....Q1 will be the first step in proving that these three things are not occurring and Rich has been true to his word (outside of cleaning up some old debt that preceded the rollout of Bellissima)
a large majority of it, 80% of it, was settled on 3/28
I cannot wrap my head around this price action and it doesnt appear to be dilution either, at least not for the most part...I know we are not talking a significant volume day, but it's been better than the last few days and it seems like it's walked down easy and difficult to get back up
one way or another, one thing we do know is we will get some insight very soon!!
the small wine and liquor store by my house says they're moving 3 to 5 cases a month in Western NY (it just snowed here on Sunday)...I cant even imagine what BevMo & Erewhon are going to be able to move out in the wine Capital of the U.S., California...
one thing I do know is Rich is not desperate to get Christie out there promoting the product (her only REAL promotion of the product during 2017 has been on Instagram and Facebook) which leads me to believe he's happy with the way the sales are progressing....he will use CB when the time is appropriate
You should treat yourself to a cheeseburger...I hope you stay on the good side for at least a couple weeks here
as long as we continue to see tangible growth quarter over quarter the share price will reflect these positive developments...Q4 sales would've included distributors buying product to put on the shelves in anticipation of New Years...dealing with the timing of when a case was actually considered sold vs not sold for purposes of accounting in the first 2 quarters with December 31st being the line in the sand is really semantics...whatever the numbers are for Q1 will be the baseline for Q2 and forward...
this really is a long-term investment...one of very few on the PINK sheets...whether the long-term investment will actually pay off is TBD
I dont think modest Q1 numbers should be worrisome...it's the first full quarter of revenues for the rollout, most of which occurred in the Northeast during the winter months...my opinion is that Prosecco sales will be higher in warmer months than in colder ones...its great at brunch or sitting by the pool with a company when you need a nice refreshing bubbly crisp drink!
for good or bad, its being done by design...I agree with you, why no insight into case sales months after the quarter end?
May I ask you if you've tried any of the three Bellissima wines? The DOC Brut by Bellissima is actually my favorite out of the 3, biased or unbiased, I really enjoy the clean crisp bubbly taste of it, zero sugar second and I dont care for the Rose at all - I'm not an expert by any means in proseccos, but I've tried La Marca, Skinny Girl, Martini Rossi and a couple others.... I prefer Bellissima over La Marca, which would be my second favorite out of the Proseccos and La Marca retails between $15-$17 in stores here in Western NY, so $19.99 isnt a far cry from $15-$17 for me, especially if it's something I enjoy drinking.
the more I think about it $1 million is probably a reach at this point as I started rerunning numbers, revisiting old PR's and thinking about reorder rates and considering the distribution in place for the first 3 months...my guess is we will probably be in the ballpark of $600k-$750k...If $1 million great, but that might be a stretch considering what was in play for Q1
I'd say ballpark $750,000...we should be looking at 50+% growth rates in sales quarter over quarter
I agree, even though you're a wine snob I appreciate your insight.
who knew of this?
