I agree, but this is how IR is for microcap companies and every investor has a right to email and ask questions. I kind of dread her coming on here and reading. Karen went from working at IBM ect, surrounded by brilliant people, to Lightwave. Now she gets bombarded emails from investors who maybe or maybe don't understand the technology asking when this happening when that happening??? Money when??? When we gonna be rich hun??? I can only imagine some of the emails she gets. It's usually the investors with the smallest positions bothering you the most, she has to figure all that out to prioritize her time. IR is only a part of her job there.
The presentation in NY was the most current form of what they're willing to share with us. Putting out an update right after that has anything new in it would be difficult. But they can't wait too long or the update will rob from the SHM in terms of new information. Perhaps they will get one or more of the advisory members there to speak. That would spice things up.
Man, I'm slipping. It's going back up though, thankfully
Closed at $6.63 equivalent but traded higher. Will be interesting to see if the U.S. market even cares tomorrow.
Haha, I'm sure many people are wondering WTF. It is probably in the subject line of half of Jim's emails.
LOL. Mark is probably paying the bills.
When AVMXY debuted it was trading over $5. We haven't even surpassed a high from 7 years ago.
Seems Lincoln Park is done selling shares of LWLG.
I have his business card. If they don't have anything up their sleeve before the SHM to appease the share price God's, it will be a little rocky. Jerry MacGuire might make an appearance.
I think those C&Ps helped get us to $1.32 instead of $1.30.
TIMBER
Someone had to say it.
Likely that Lebby will release the next shareholder letter right before the presentation so that he can speak more freely.
I'm saying that's a relatively low float for a biotech post FDA
LOL, that's 90some million shares equivalent, aka not much.
You are very likely correct. And I believe many of them do not even follow the stock trading very closely.
To follow up on a removed post, agree on the differences. I think a reasonable compromise is to get some of Protos essential information into the sticky up top to alleviate the need for re-posting. We can stick it right on top.
"I really don’t think 236 is connected to LPC. Why do you? I think today’s selling was LPC , then a little paint job at the close."
5 of the message boards he has posted on this month have public agreements with Lincoln Park and his posting seems to coincide with too much coincidence trading that benefits LPC. This is not the first time he has vanished from our board when LPC is likely selling Lightwave stock after buying it dirt cheap before a run-up.
Lincoln Park is a seedy company. 236 is skilled, he turned this board upside down when he showed up. No one here was able to outsmart or extinguish it. He was able to get two moderators removed, making an opening for him and a crony.
Furthermore, while not all his boards have LPC contracts, I don't doubt they would preemptively beat down potential clients or companies they simply bought into placements of without any contract or public agreement.
I understand both sides. When we are getting thousands of board views a day here, those posts help lure in new investors who just glance. For the regulars, it seems excessive/redundant.
I owned AVMXF shares. I am amazed it has traded in some volume lately, after the company offered the free conversion it seemed to have no liquidity.
I will give them a try.
It seems they have stepped aside for the time being. Their resident paid FUD spreader 236 has been called off too
Guy buys the high and then complains about the stock not going higher lol.
Intel is a fiercely competitive company.
Success is a more realistic possibility now than it ever has been before. Lightwave morphed into a credible company doing interesting things. Lebby is like a well rounded Steve Jobs and when he speaks people listen. Intel wasn't thrilled to lose an award to Lightwave. Beat by a tiny company run by a guy who left their business, using something they passed on.
Maybe investors will get cold feet or LWLG will trade in it's usual ranges for longer than we'd like but the magic is there for something to happen.
They should have plenty of cash. I bet Jim, as usual, raised a ton of money while it was trading in the .60s.
I don't know when the show will begin. I believe that companies are testing now and Lebby and maybe a few others are the only people who know what is going on or what his plans are. Richard LaRiv and PhotonicsGuy are the only two people here who probably could guesstimate when something would unfold.
I don't think it is with Lebby. But over the years, as you know, investors' good will was used up by prior CEOs. Now it's a show me stock.
This is how the market feels about Lightwave
I'm surprised they will publish the video. Lebby will be talking to a crowd that cares about Return On Investment and the presentation should cater to that. I am more interested in this than the SHM.
No, that's exactly what I said.
Simple. take the Australian price from the ASX x 20 x currency conversion.
It closed at .28 last night. Equivalent to $3.97
The Chi-X exchanged closed at .285 but it trades significantly less.
Does anyone have an educated guess when they will have the phase 2 trial recruited? I'm checking this stock out per a suggestion from a friend. Looks like it could be a promising treatment option.
I think he was saying that he only sold 6000 shares to buy the golf cart, not that he only had 6000 shares and sold them.
That's impressive
Myth. Some certainly have their own guidelines.
The issue previously was, before Lebby, they could not figure out how to produce consistent polymers. So every batch was great but couldn't be replicated with the 99.99% accuracy required for mass production.
Very telling. Lebby wouldn't do this unless it was the right time.
Fantastic interview. Very personal
Our quarterly update is coming out very soon.
Really does seem that way. Or hard work to jump on NASDAQ over $4
Equivalent to $3.81 for AVMXY.
