NoPay.....that would be extremely nice and well deserved for all you devoted FNRC people that have remained. Although, if Kevin were to do such a nice act for 1stNRG loyal share holders, I think he would have done it once or twice by now. He's certainly has had the opportunity to provide share moving information over the past year. And, if he did, I'd personally apologize for all my frustrated comments about him over the past year and even send him a Christmas card with a candy cane.
Mary Jo White is the new head director of the SEC. I have high hopes she will take a good hard look at this ridiculous corruption and scamming process and begin a shut down and round up the crooks. There are not hundreds but thousands of companies and crooks to get. It will take time which certainly doesn't help us and all the other FNRC folks, but will for future investors just looking to make a buck.
I don't think any share holder, and I mean ANY will dispute your comments and frustration. Like many of current and past shareholders, I too have filed a complaint with the SEC. All they have to do is go to 1st NRG's web site and then verify, it's all hype. Kevin Norris will eventually do time, it will all catch up to him. Unfortunately, it will take the SEC time to get to him, but they will. The entire OTC market should be closed down in my opion, completely. I'm sure Mr. Dink Head thinks he's got enough of stolen shareholder's money to buy himshelf a great shark attorney to keep himself and his friends out of trouble. Mark this post, he WILL do time eventually.
Your opinion is right on.
I read ya Lured. Definitely a sad situation for all those still trying to ride this out. Probably more frustrating if anything.
This entire senario is so uncalled for, so unecessary given Mr.Norris's credentials. Like you post, they've been in business since 1988. More than enough time to broaden the the companies business over this amount of time. Plus given the type of business and where the exploration is suppose to be occuring in the heartland of the US.
Just don't get it!
What do you possibly mean?
Mr.Norris has been able to compensate himself very nicely(and a friend or two)since 1988 at the expense of many. Last years spike added to his retirement vrey nicely as well I'm sure. Sounds like a very nice accomplishment. I bailed at .0011 and .001. Took a nice beating thats for sure, but glad I got what I could. I think it's pretty evident the big R/S card is on the horizon. Hope I'm wrong for all of you taking this all the way.
GLTYA.
Forever............
It's uncontrolled. When will we have an administration to step in and get these crooks?
That was most helpful. Thank You. Then, possible FDA approval could very well be 10 months plus out. This will go now where without their stamp of approval, at least not in the US.
I don't know "NoPay", this ain't looking so hot. You still hanging in there? I did exit a few weeks ago as I said but still watch this one out of curiousity. Say what you will, but I think Mr.Norris is going to play the big R/S card soon. I just don't get this!
I'd like to know that as well. Unless this is information that is coming directly from within the FDA(which I doubt), to speculate 10 months or when ever a decision is renedered is nothing more than a guess. The FDA marches to it's own beat, dictates it's own schedule when ever it so desires. It is one huge politcally muscle bound organization that needs complete revamping and restructuring. Far too many good US medical devices and medicines have been forced out of business or forced to go out side the country to sell their products. What happened to this rumor back in March, April about Orphan drug status?
Could very well be. And if the FDA and it's infinite wisdome and procrastination doesn't approve this, the foreign companies will pick this up and once again, a good product, jobs and technology to outside the US.
I was going to say......think I read that not too long ago. So, not old, old, old news like some pumpers.....or I mean some folks do, like a year old or more. The almighty FDA is the keeper on this whether it survives or dies.
That would be great if your forcast is on target. 2014 is here.....already.
Been a while for me. I was in during the spring when this ran to 2 cents. Lot's of chatter and rumors about Orphan Drug status and an IDN status, but clinical trials needed to be implemented. I departed around May, but back in now. Like all Biotech companies, the almighty FDA controls their fate.
That's very true. I am aware of the risks. I tend to vent as you've noticed. Especially after a stiff one. I've been caught in enought R/S to last me a life time. GLTY too.
You folks aren't concerned about the notorious and most famous play of all in these stocks.........the big Reverse Split?
Take 'er down all the way down because pps are cheap and bingo!
500:1 or more.
I know you're not.
But you raise points and questions that posters have been asking for ever. Why is dilution necessary? This isn't a biotech product that needs endless money for FDA approval. 1stNRG has existed since 1988 and he needs money to drill? Whey aren't other established oil/gas entities buying out, taking over, merging, swooping in as you stated? Why isn't there updates as to what the game plan is, progress?
My last conversation with Brad was that it was a matter of a few days for approval from the government to begin drilling well #6 because a potential partner had pulled out to fund it. That was weeks ago and just like the Joint Venture news in the spring......nadda, nothing on the drilling efforts. Like I said, October 31st was my final cut off date and I shall finally fade away. For new investors thinking of jumping in on this, really dig into this before doing so. I did not, and regret it.
The truth is well appreciated! It just ain't gonna happen. I too will liquidate tomorrow, no matter what the cost. This is crazy! The most lucrative industry in the most lucrative oil/gas fields and nothing! Week after week, month after month, year after year.......since 1988. Norris supposidly has the credentials in oil/gas exploration. He is proving himself incompetent. Lure has presented facts, not wishful thinking. Facts! The facts speak for themselves. File SEC complaints. It easy to do. It will do nothing for any of us, but maybe in a couple years, shut Norris down and quit taking shareholders money.
I got lured into this because back in Feb., a pump was published a joint venture was going to happen. Never has...........never will. If it hasn't happened now, it never will! Dag nab it! Didn't have to be this way if someone wasn't so greedy.
LOL. You're kidding, rightr? We moved from .0012 to .0014 on some healthy buys. Some folks that have money to burn. It'll hit .0017 and they'll sell it all offl.
I can certainly understand that. Norris's credibiiity and track record is pretty much nill, nor does he really care what any of us think. Hopefully we all can see a little spike of rumors and sell to re-coop a little.
If you know this, like myself, why not sell for something, anything? After all, a buck is better than no buck.
Was the perfect setup, wasn't it? I was going to sell off what little I have left past couple days, but it keeps sinking. Was hoping for a little spike before departing. October 31st is my target date. No matter where it's at on that date. Really thought in September or October it was going to ramp up some. Pretty evident what's going to happen. Dag nabb it!
As always, a pleasure to read your response.
GLTA that remain.
I think it's time.
Call the animal what it is, a skunk. I'm still trying to figure out this whole OTC thing and probably never will. I looked and studied the history purchase and volume charts on 1stNRG. When it hit .55, there was minimal purchases. Look at this last run. Lot's of buying and Kaboom, crash, bam. I don't have a lot here to loose, but many of you do. I stayed in a little in the event that "what if?". This should be by all means not be where it's at today given the commodity and the fact it's in the most viable oil and gas fields in the world right now. The PPS is inexcuseable to share holders.
Sorry Cadillac, think you got a bummer here. I admire your positivity. But, this thing ain't mov'in. I'll clean house entirely tomorrow. Should have, would have on Monday. GLTYA
Good luck to all of you 1stNRG'rs.
New web site a coming soon.
Clearly, I'm not one. Got in last Feb., bailed to try and make my money grow a bit. Got back in a little in September/October because of what was happening last year at this time. I watch these other oil/gas companies in the Bakken and Utica fields going nuts. 1stNRG nadda. No news, hard to find updates. Worse than watching paint dry. No offense taken. These are after all, opinions. Hope this makes you and all the rest some $$$$, eventually.
You are right. GLTYA
On November 1st of 2012, it hit .58. What the heck!! And nothing since then! No movement. My fear of what this is coming to fruition. 1stNRG is in one of the most lucrative money making opportunities across the county, and nothing!!! I'm done, hell, I'm tired. Gonna try to take what I can get out this week. There is no reason for this other than personal greed. Adios.
Lure!! where are you???
I second that.
It continues to be confusing and frustrating from an expectation persepectiv month after month. The PR's that come out on all the oil/gas fields from Bakken to Niobrara to the Utica fields in Ohio are nothing but gang busters. Why 1stNRG isn't already at a buck a share is mystifying. I know, I know, I'm preaching to the choir. Have a great day, and hope the job prospecting provides productive for you.
Just read from the Energy & Capital Investment paper, 2,000 people per month are made millionairs form the Bakken Oil fields. What's the hold up for 1stNRG holders?
Like it was planned for someone.
Time to get going Mr. Norris. Got some catching up to do with the likes of EOG Resources, Kodiak, Hess, Whiting, Oasis and many more.
There's one around the corner, the question is will we hear read about it? I didn't know that funding had been secured until I chatted with Mr. Holmes Monday.
I believe you are right. Question is how long?
I know they will have a new updated website and have obtained funding to assist. In other words, other players are involved I would think.
If 1stNRG did merge, joint venture, buyout, hit the mother load, etc, and jumped into the $$$$, job hunting would be a moot point. Although, I'd always want to be doing something.
No action today, maybe tomorrow.
It's a fine day to unleash some great news about well #6, or joint ventures, or anything.
Did some researching for kicks this weekend. Some really big players out there in the Bakken fields. Kodiak, Whiting, Continental, Oasis, etc. Big players. Check out their web sites. Mr. Norris should take notes and maybe update 1stNRG's site. But then, if 1stNRG is going to be taken over or merged, guess what's the point (if that should happen).
We appreciate your positivity, but don't you get tired of this?
Mr.Norris supposidly in the gold mine of oil and gas. Day after day, week after week, year now, after year, nothing! As an investor, I want results, updates, information. You had to search and dig for the information on the 1st of August. Mr. Norris clearly should not be CEO of this opertation. He has clearly demonstrated his lack of ability to be a businessman. I have not tried to call Kevin, but it is on my task tomorrow. Shareholders deserve better than this. A little respect, curtousy (or is all of that out the window). We're waiting on WHAT? Permission to drill on well #6, Even though they have permission permission already but because another financial backer backed out. Lame, very lame.
More like years! If this thing doesn't launch this month, it ain't going to unless some unforseen buyout or merger takes place. It is apparent from limited news bits and conversations with IR that Mr.Norris might be difficult to conduct business with as Joint Venture news and shared drilling rights seem to fall apart. Just a wild guess, but might also be the nature of the beast in this industry as well with CEO's and associated partners.
FYI- I'm not venting on you Carjockey. Mr.Norris is the one it is targeted too. I applaud all share holders that have the extended patience. I do contain myself 95% of the time, but uncork now and then. Pretty interesting stuff NoPaymentCadillac found from the 1st of August. That was of some encouragement. Big news must be on the launch pad! Why so long in the forth coming of it?
Oh stop!!!!! Pleazzzzzzzzz. Enough already! Wait until when? until the end of time. The time is now. It's been a year. We're talking the most fruitful oil/gas area in the USA. Either you can do this or not. Make it happen, even it's a little bit. Some movement. I don't challenge Norris as an Engineer. Just his businesss ability. Times up......DO IT.
