What I was asking him to do, is release the audited financials, and update shareholders!
Not go silent for months on end, with no updates, or financials!

I have been emailing him twice a day for the past 2 weeks asking for the audited financials and updates.
A couple of days ago he emailed me back and threatened me with legal action if I don't stop harassing him.
Nice guy, hey! If he would just release the audited financials and update us, nobody would need to email him.
But he just stays silent. So I say everyone should keep emailing him and demand the financials!

I also thought that someone had pointed it out here, that it had to be a 10k.
I believe he said that an 8k would not prevent a stop sign.

I asked Moran if we could expect the yield sign to be replaced by a stop sign sometime in mid November.
His response to me was: "A simple 8k as you know fixes all of that"
So I would not hold my breath, and expect the 2014 audited financials to be released by then.

He said that the auditors have not given a difinitive date of when the financials will be complete. I never asked for a specific year. I just asked when will the audited financials be released.

I am not sure what street you were on to get the rumour that the financials are done, but you were on the wrong street. Financials are not complete yet, and I know this for a fact!
