Well, don’t celebrate too early. The next week might be a bumpy ride.
No sign, just normal behavior by PEIX:
If you have a hard time telling the difference between Hemp and Marijuana, try this site: https://medium.com/cbd-origin/hemp-vs-marijuana-the-difference-explained-a837c51aa8f7
First of all, go the the message Slash shared, and you'll see it's mostly about hemp. Secondly Hemp is much more common to use for industrial products. and finally the production of Hemp is legal in much more places then Marijuana.
Yep, NK is positive as alway's. Unfortunately most investors seem to think otherwise.
So it seems like it is hard to say why a chill would happen. But according to Nobody the chill would be lifted. So if anybody still isn't able to trade GERS through TDA, there might be another reason.
I think it will be mostly Hemp used for the products GERS is involved in, not Marijuana.

Thanks for the info Slash!
Earnings today, tomorrow is a brand new day, with new waves rolling in.
Can you explain?
“ The last time I bought some GERS shares, the company was sending 10-Ks, 10-Qs,and 8-Ks to the SEC”
Greenshift stopped filing early 2017
http://google.brand.edgar-online.com/?sym=GERS
“Let me be clear. I did buy 10k today at a price of 4.1¢. I also made a second purchase today at a higher price.”

“Is it possible that TD Ameritrade, and others, refuse to Trade in GERS because of the CBD connection??”
I don’t think so. What I’ve learned from other who have dived into it, is that they just stopped because GERS wasn’t filing anymore.
Mentions on hemp have been on the boards intro for years, even when they where still tradable on Ameritrade. But I’ve never seen a statement about it from the company. But maybe I didn’t watch. Because to me it is all about the corn oil extraction patents.
And if you look at the stock quotes surrounding all previous settlement negotiations, you’ll find no movement in the share price that indicates any relation.
However if you do the same for earning periods, you’ll find similar activity as in the past few days.
It happened before.
IMHO these movements are common before earnings, and movements based on litigation and related subjects have never made peix move. So it seems very unlogic if that would be the case. They have been much closer to a settlement in the past, with no reaction in pps at all.
In the days/weeks before the Q3 earnings of 2018 PEIX went from over $2 to $1,40 and back up again to $1,73.
That's normal behavior for PEIX when earnings are coming. Moving up and down.
I never did see any information shared about GERS using their processes for cannabis related products. Is there a real connection?
We se it more often. A week before the earnings everybody seems willing to buy, and a day or two before the earnings it moves down again. Also after the earnings we often see the same. No matter if it is a miss or not. Often it first goes down, then recovers during the day. And a couple of day's later we are back to the old level. I guess it will be a bit above $1. Or the earnings most be really good or poor, but that hardly ever happens. However the consensus never seems right. I thin there is a difference about the consensus shared on the internet and what the larger investors really expect. Also they like to play like you say. Shorts will try to manipulate the SP and after a while they flip.
yeah right like I shared: "it is important to note that these two words can be used interchangeably in common usage despite this difference". Ignore it if you like.
IMHO PEIX PPS hasn't reacted to the litigation in the past (aybe when it started, but I don't recall that) and I don't expect the PPS to react to the litigation unless there is an outcome.
PEIX never seems to mention it, so I don't think many PEIX investors have it on their mind. If you have any proof showing differently, feel welcome to share it.
Ok, thanks for the explanation.
It seems like he isn't connected to GERS anymore, just to ATTIS. Of course there is a connection between ATTIS and GERS, but I don't think that he will say anything related to GERS at the ABLC
In what way is he connected to GERS?

Couldn’t you start with “spoiler alert”?
You might want to consider not selling them anymore (if you where going to), since it might change your right to file those complaints and ruin the betting pool.
Any one wanna join in a betting pool on when the next filed sec complaint will be announced?
I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!
