Bedrock (.0001) again.
Well, bro, strangely enough, I have a peace about it all. Unless something dramatic happens, Molen and Gaspard have fully revealed themselves as a couple clown princes. Stooges. Indeed, the emperors now have no clothes.
My peace stems from a factual, unavoidable law of life; it's the law of sowing and reaping. You can't sow corn and get cotton, nor can you sow tomatoes and get potatoes. Simply put, . . . . you reap what you sow . . . more than you sow and later than you sow. But the end result is always same, and no one is immune to it.
The dilution these two rectal openings gain will be squandered. Personal and financial problems will increase, and they'll have no earthly idea of why.
We don't have to wish ill will on these hacks. They've already willed it on themselves by their actions.
So let them be silent, or let them tell more lies. Whatever, let them stay stupid. As their companies waste away, so will they.
I can live with my loss. They won't be able to live with theirs.
Loyal
Ultima,
I'd be surprised if he didn't. It's in his blood.
Loyal
Nice volume, at least on the surface. Michael diluting the shares he issued to himself for his hard-earned salary?
Looks that way.
Loyal
Well, we broke through the floor. Again.
The march continues, unabated perhaps.
And no word from the CEO. Predictable.
The only question left is: How much will he pocket from his sell-off this time? Only another 2.9 mill? Or a paltry half that?
Loyal
Actually, insiders treat us more like hungry prostitutes, instead of rape victims. We give them what they want up front, and they pay us what they think we're worth afterward, . . . usually in confederate bitcoin money.
Loyal
hobbes,
In full agreement with that.
Loyalhound
I don't know the answer to my question, but just how much of an advertising increase has all these website updates produced? If the answer is little or none, it's all a fruitless pump and a waste of time.
Loyal
From my youth I was taught and always believed that a man's word is his bond. If his word is good, he's good. If his word is no good, neither is he.
Despite these days of legalese and it-doesn't-count-if-you-don't-say-it-in-court-with-your-hand-on-the-Bible, as far as I'm concerned a man's word is still his bond, and therein lies his ticket to credibility.
That said, as far as Michael assuring us there will be no r/s, well, . . . how good has his word been?
So, no r/s in the offing, you say? Only a fool would take Molen at his word on that.
Loyal
bobby,
Have to do a back check on this. I may have misread the issuance of the shares. Either way, it's obviously a shady deal, since Molen never does anything up front and in the open.
Loyal
Does anyone know if they must hold those 1 billion a-shares for a certain length of time before dumping them?
Loyal
If history repeats, the reason you were not given an o/h date is because MM doesn't want to give one. He already burned his 'postponement' bridge through a timely accident, and he may need time to concoct, announce, and then cancel this one.
The man is a pathological liar, brother. I believe in bio-coal/char, but not the hack who's flipping the switches and pulling the levers on this company.
I don't even believe Gaspard is true blue anymore.
We've come up empty too many times over the last 15 months to accept anything on faith any longer. Show us the shipping invoices. Show us the product piled up somewhere.
Show us the money.
Loyal
Gator,
The o/h in late July? Late July? What happened to the two-week postponement? Or did I pull that thought out of thin air?
Loyal
Re #72522:
75,
Thanx for the info. Yes, this does clarify some things for me. I as others just wish the iHub admin and mods could weed out mm shrews who are really goons disguised as retailers. But I know that'll never happpen.
Loyal
75,
I must be off the mark here. I thought it only took one mod to give a post the boot. Does it take some kind of consensus?
Loyal
Re #72453,
59, hope your quest to affect some changes within the hub of iHub works out. However, I rather think you're fighting city hall. After all, admin is our own shadow government.
Loyal
999,
Unfortunately, we already did months ago.
Loyal
Gator,
Just curious. Where was Molen all this time? Where was Gaspard? What is their timeline at this point? Or is it . . . . soon? <<(Novel thought, that.)
And if Joan is as forthright as you, what did she think of the whole schmeel? I mean, what did she really think? The two of you can't agree on everything, can you?
Loyal
P.S. - - - I'm just south of you down here in North Port along the coast. Perhaps we'll meet up sometime. And thanx for the timely update. One still has to wonder why Michael or James couldn't have had a spokesperson give us the same lowdown.
59,
I seldom write e-mails to CEO's or anyone else connected with a company anymore. In the past all I ever got back was a form letter filled with gobbledygook. However, I will consider your suggestion . . . . and try not to give Gaspard a piece of my mind when and if I write.
Besides, as one who holds four stocks in trips now, who would want a piece of my mind? I mean, look what it's done for me?
Loyal
With due respect to whatever expertise Mr. Gaspard has, any CEO who doesn't care to communicate with his shareholders ----- or says he doesn't care what they think or write --- is a lousy CEO.
After all, he doesn't seem at all impressed by the fact that a stock purchase by shareholders is Investment 101. Which is to say, investors are lending money to a company in question to help the company improve its bottom line, and it's not too much to ask of an executive to say something once in a while.
Moreover, a constant silent communique by any head honcho that basically says, 'Kiss mine' is in very poor taste. He likely talks to his dog more than he does us.
Loyalhound
. . . . sitting and spinning at .0002
The rules of the game have change, fellas, and anyone who's been here for a while knows it. The mms's and paid inforats are all part of the manipulation now. Everything in pinkyland has been infiltrated with filth. Cripes, they even teach retailers how to short a stock these days, cleverly designated to hang the longs out to dry.
All one has to do if get oneself in disguised as a moderator and delete whatever he or she likes. It's like a shadow government governing the board.
Guess this'll probably be deleted. No sense letting the truth or the facts get in the way of manipulation.
Loyalhound
bobby,
The point I was making deals with the fact I (as many others) have been monitoring VGPR for over a year now, and something always --- yes, always --- happens when MM promises that we're about to turn the corner.
You're asking for clarification of some sort. Normally, your quest would have validity, but the fact is: Michael Molen has for a long, long time had a reputation that has preceded him, and it's one of empty promise after empty promise. His list of non-deliverance in the clutch is as long as one's arm.
This may be pinkyland, but it's still the big time. If you can't put your cards on the table when the pot is called (and he is the one who called the pot), you gotta own up to it and take whatever lumps you're dished out.
Besides, . . . a tweet? Nothing more than a stinking tweet (metaporically speaking) that the game was postponed because of a broken bat?
I'm sorry, bro. The man is giving himself more and more elbow room where there is non warranted.
Hope you prosper here and elsewhere.
Loyalhound
Gator,
At this point I just hope you don't get arrested for trespassing. Nothing would surprise me anymore.
Loyal
- - - And I guess I'm a little slow to know when things happen. Yesterday I thought Molen had shot himself in the foot again. But then I sat down, noticed my butt hurt, and realized that he had actually shot us all in the ass.
Thanx again, Michael, for all you've done on our behalf.
Loyal
Not a good thing to postpone the event this late. Everything should have long since been in place. Too many unanswered questions:
--- No mechanic who could fix it by Saturday? Really?
--- No replacement parts available?
--- Why move a machine of this size, anyway?
--- The second machine doesn't work?
--- Insufficient product on hand to prove the machine was working beforehand?
Then there are airline and motel refunds or rainchecks. Huh, good luck with that, guys.
Finally, was there some semblance of a deep apology? Or rather, just a simple, 'Oops. Have to postpone, folks. Machine out of order.'
Hope this doesn't turn out to be like the memorable sign posted at Ebbets Field in the spring of 1958: No game today.
Loyal
Gator,
Are Molen and Gaspard going there as themselves? Or will they be disguised as someone else?
Name tags filled in with a Sharpie perhaps. You know, something really professional like: Hello. My name is Michael Molen.
Loyal
mikko,
I'll drink to that.
Is Gaspard settin' 'em up on the house?
Loyal
One would expect one or more reps of investment firms to be there incognito. So far they don't seem at all impressed by the upcoming open house.
Loyal
P.S. - - - Camping anyone? To save a buck?
getmore,
Sure looks dead to me. Only question left is: Is it dead enough to bury? Surprised it hasn't gone grey yet. My broker won't let me buy or sell it right now. They say not enough volume for either.
Loyal
How 'bout that VCOR. They mailed it in today. Zero across the board. Almost looks like Gaspard is now the local sheriff in a ghost town.
Loyal
Jinx,
You are frustrated? I was thinking of a few other words, but yours will suffice for now.
Loyal
jazz,
Explosive? You mean, . . . as it might blow up?
Some of us have been here for a year or more, and we're still waiting for the fireworks. Even a sparkler would be something.
Loyal
md,
Very well stated. Much as I regret to say it, your assessment of matters is, as the Brits aptly put it . . .
. . . Spot on.
Loyal
mansion,
Whatever MM might or might not be able to say legally, if at this point he's confident about what's around the bend, Michael could readily whisper something of substance 'off the record' as a nugget for a few attendees who might pimp him enough. It's done all the time in business circles.
It also helps the burgers and fried chicken digest easier; and makes the ride home more relaxing, too.
Loyal
P.S. - - - So, Gator, maybe a little wink-wink nod-nod beside MM at the shindig? How could he refuse to dish off a little info with a pretty 5'3" blond standing next to you? Just sayin'.
It's Perry, fellows. Not Peery. I'm positive. Trust me. Now you finally have something about VGPR & VCOR you can take to the bank.
Loyal
Jinx,
The only good news I picked up was last week when the NASDAQ said it would honor bitcoins during transactions, in order to eliminate middleman profit siphoning. Maybe I missed something along the way.
Loyal
Why has Molen been doing all the talking concerning the open house when this shindig is being held in Gaspard's play pen? Thus far he hasn't said peep. Surely he can't be too busy to at least say, 'Y'all come.'
And for those attending, I wonder too if it's gonna be a poor man's BYOB picnic.
Loyal
I see some action, but no movement, as usual. Is this merely dilution, or the real deal now unfolding? My guess is the former.
Loyal
BaGr,
Those numbers clearly indicate it was a very well-orchestrated p & d. Nothing but. Insiders knew what was coming. Ever since then retailers have been living in the planned dust bowl that began in late May of 2014. Now here we are a year later, talking up a mini-carnival.
Loyal
P.S. - - - And I think Molen had a heads up last spring as well. That's when all the Allendale crap was aired and the specialized share program was instituted.
Springtime in the Smokies can often bring really crappy weather, so for those attending, I hope things hold up. I also hope Gaspard isn't called away on some family emergency and ends up turning over the mini-carnival to an understudy we never heard of.
But my main hope here is that those attending will get to see something of substance, because, frankly I've become suspicious of both CEO's. All one of 'em does is yap an empty flap while the other never says anything about anything.
Loyal
tommy,
I hope you're right about the mm's. Problem is, whenever they do bring a stock down, they enjoy hiding under the radar and letting everyone else take the blame for it.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: If these high-powered investment firms see a stock (any stock) they can make a buck on, they'll do it.
At this point it appears to me that Sunrise Auto took over UTRM as a cleverly disguised tax write-off, and money coming in from a source other than car sales is the only thing that will move the numbers.
The fanciest web-site in the world won't produce a dime of revenue if it doesn't contain an aggressive campaign to draw advertisers, and I don't see anything resembling an ad campaign here.
I'm still hoping, but after over a year my hope has no faith linked to it.
Loyal
As a long time holder of this thing, and at the risk of being numbered now among the bashers, it doesn't take an IQ above 65 to see the handwriting on the wall or to where tub is headed.
Mm's have been in full control of UTRM for over a year now, and they don't give a rat's hindquarters about name changes or website updates. And the business of selling used cars as a mainstay brings their eyebrows down.
So, if car sales is all the bean counters have to show nearly two months after the takeover, mm's will continue to keep a tight lid on UTRM for as long as they wish, because no words can hype a stock that's been stagnant for this long.
Wish I had something more positive to say. Think I'm wrong? Look at the pps from the acquisition to now. That's your bottom line.
