Pfizer very well could with their Ponezumab trial completed last fall just awaiting results to be published. ILNS market cap is so low Shire or Pfizer used ILNS compound in their trials and data produces strong efficacy could make a move to acquire but just speculation on my part but possible IMO
I totally agree with you on this! Something is brewing! Shire trial results? Tau3 deal?
NWBO already approaching 10 day volume hitting HOD at $2.54 right now at 225k shares traded
NWBO has 99 patient expected enrollment and started in May 2014. Do you think we get some update in near future on this group as we are approaching 24 months since the start and they must be close to 99 patients with 27 clinics participating. The data from this group who failed enrollment could be interesting when presented. Thoughts?

Jeannine Walston story as a DCVax patient under Dr. Liau at UCLA. She is huge advocate of personalized therapy such as DCvax.
http://abc2.org/team/jeannine-walston
It has been referenced a few times recently on this board that DCVax is expensive to manufacture and I have to disagree. NWBO a few years back had put the annual price of DCVax at $37k a year or a 3 year supply of DCVax at $111k. This was before manufacturing automation improvements, so I would expect with these improvements and efficiencies, DCVax margins are even better than when this pricing was set.
Does anyone else remember seeing this information on DCVax pricing for a 1 year at $37k and 3 years at $111k? Seems pretty reasonable in todays markets even if pricing has increased 20% it would still be very competitive with comparable treatment costs today.
You are speculating and no one knows how the DCVax-L trial is going! I like my odds for success on L reaching primary and secondary endpoints IMO.
The are some posters here who will say all the Direct patients, all Stage IV terminal cancers who are still alive and failed all other treatment regimes, were told to go to palliative care were all cherry picked and healthier than the patients who passed away! I was communicating with Dr. Subbiah early in the Direct trial as I had a friend who was looking for options had Stage III liver cancer but he did qualify for Direct trial.
Do you think Allen Butler was happy to enter the Direct trial with Stage IV pancreatic cancer and Allen is approaching 30 months survival. I guess you will say he was a miracle. Ben Hodges posted here on his wife Laurie who failed 3-4 other treatment options and was told to enter hospice. She entered the Direct trial in February 2014 and recently passed in December 2015 leaving behind her beautiful children and wonderful husband who tirelessly worked to keep her alive. Read Ben's post which Senti posted recently for firsthand knowledge of the Direct trial from patient perspective.
Could not have said it any better Senti!
10-Q is out for ILNS....at work and no time to read it!
Well said Evaluate....that was my interpretation of what Dr. Liau had said in her October 15th video.
This is really great story which I would like to see National Geographic do a follow up to this story with Allen as he is alive today due to DCVax Direct an now approaching 30 months with Stage IV pancreatic cancer after failing all other treatment regimens.
AF is spreading BS......Allen Butler, Stage IV pancreatic cancer who failed all other treatment therapies, multiple tumors and was first patient enrolled in Direct trial. I am sure he is ecstatic with his entry into the Direct trial and he is over 24 months survival I believe. He is the first line in the Direct presentation slide #8 on January 26, 2016.
Doo Good is friend of his and can share more details on him. What a great story! We should post his video from National Geographic again.

Trading pattern today in 100 share sell orders is quite obvious look at 11:24 am and when enough shares available they are bought up. Hmmm???

Austin, I guess we will have to see. The investigators hired by NWBO are extremely qualified for this and as I posted, have incredible resources available to them to conduct the investigation. They also work inter agency FBI, SEC, Treasury, CIA, etc. when necessary. These guys have an incredible intelligence network of resources to track down criminal activity if it exists which I believe it does here.
As for your comment of companies lying to keep stock price higher, I do not believe that is the case IMO. I also agree management could be more transparent especially on why Direct Phase II was never started and money allocated to build out on manufacturing.
We will find out soon enough. My close friend is 27 years in US Secret Service and has extensive experience in criminal investigations and agencies have great tools and goverment resources to get to the money source behind criminal activity. NWBO has committed to this investigation via PR and $$ so I believe they have some inclination this investigation with high profile investigators will uncover the sources behind the manipulation and attacks trying to stop their success.
I would expect Mr. Charles Price, former highly decorated FBI Special Agent hired by NWBO for the investigation into stock manipulation will utilize all his internal and external resources in law enforcement, agencies (SEC, Secret Service, FBI, etc) to track any stock trading manipulation and money behind all of it. I would bet Cofer Black now on NWBO board will also assist with the intelligence tools the CIA use to track money moves, bank accounts, trading activity, etc.
I bet the heat is just starting to warm up in this investigation. All (including Nathan & Kaplan on Phase V allegations) very seasoned professionals with incredible government contacts and tools to bring all involved to the forefront in this investigation in the near future.

I got the same feeling with this recent filing
James good to see you are still around here on this board! Anyone have thoughts on recent filing of SC 13G and what it may mean to ILNS short term <6 months?
I take this as a positive for ILNS that we may have some major interest in ILNS with their investment?

More 52 week lows today! ACAD, CLDX, ICPT, JUNO while each slowly climbed back up a bit and NWBO was up a mere $.10 or 5%.
ACAD, VRTX and CLDX just hit another 52 week low and still going down! This is just insane on bio stocks getting hammered!

Picking up up trading volume in last 15 minutes! Could be interesting close to not be exposed to major PR if issued Monday morning
That was my point....Direct is so far ahead right now
Check CTIX PR Today on Pancreatic Cancer and Orphan Drug Designation against what we have seen in DCVax Direct on same indication. CTIX Data is just below DCVax-Direct summary.
It sure is starting to look that way and will be interesting to see how rest of the afternoon trading goes into the close.
Nice accumulation going on as noted below on trade volume and PPS

Sounds as though they already had researched DCVax as a treatment option but the post said he had already undergone surgery for his GBM. I found it interesting they actually had costs presented on this, just not sure if it was pre-op or post op for his GBM. I also assume he was planning on getting this in Germany is my guess but he never made it due to his passing away very quickly from his diagnosis. IMO only.
Just came across this on a Russian message board regarding interest in DCVax....He already had GBM surgery December 2015 so I think he never got DCVax and just passed away January 19, 2016!

Sergey Truhanov urgently needs help for treatment of cancer
Original taken from vijka to have Seryozhi Trukhanova - Cancer
Guys, Serge Trukhanov collects money for the treatment. Let's help him! Sometimes the cost of money becomes a time of a human life. And Sergei ... Well, you know his songs, you know what he's a terrific songwriter, guitarist, arranger! And just a man. Let us help, please.
Serge writes:
Friends!
Long thought how to start this post, and in general - whether it is necessary.
Briefly - I have cancer, diagnosed glioblastoma multiforme (it's in the brain!)), IV degree, say, like one of the most aggressive cancers.
Short story is as follows. In late October, tours at me suddenly began a severe headache. I got to the emergency room in the first Gradskij in hospital in November neyrohirurgeskaya had surgery to remove a brain tumor.
Now I have a radio course (radiation) and chemotherapy is 6 weeks. It so happened that the treatment is paid, in a private clinic, almost half a million rubles (paid and why all these details - the site http://serge-t.ru). All this is thanks to the help of friends and family. Treatment, however, does not guarantee a cure, but only increases the "average life expectancy" before 12-15 months.
We druzmi relatives and investigate the possibility of current approaches, treatment options for this disease, and we hope that they will help. But for that we need money and my resources are exhausted. That appeal to you for help, which is very unusual and difficult, but what can you do! (and many have asked how we can help).
We collect money for modern immune vaccine DCVax: patient taking dendritic cells (a special type of immune cell) and grown in test tubes; and even take a sample of the tumor and the cells are trained to recognize it. After that, the immune cells are injected back into the patient, and if all goes well, then trained the immune system kills the tumor, men live 5-6 years or more. The cost of the vaccine: 53 000 $ for its preparation and the first three injections, followed by $ 17,000 for each injection; all they need to be 11. Thus, it is worth ~ $ 189,000 over three years.
For more information about this and all treatment options can be found at http://serge-t.ru
I would be grateful for your help and any donation
