No need to convince me. Leave that to finra and whatever agencies that would need to get involved. Clearly wrong doing here in my opinion. Sure sounds proper news of a pr is spread all over a board and gets most active list. Thankfully @-@ documented the events publicly . As well as all the documented PM's . Even with all that the pos barely moved on the news. Maybe everyone knew about it????
I truly hope our new investor base is aware of these things from the past. What happens to shareholders when a company goes gray.
I was just reading the leak from @-@ . He clearly stated the partnership with NRG. Not the contract . That was on nov 4th. Nov 2nd the turd made the active boards list. The press release came out on nov 18th. Anyone putting the pieces together. Someone really f'd up here. No one is buying the b/s that someone saw the chargers with NRG name one it. There not only has been a leak, but someone spread it around. If I were to pass by and seen a JNSH turd charger with a NRG sign. I wouldn't assume it was a partnership. I would thing it was their charger. Now just to be clear, I am not saying Brian Howe the CEO from JNSH spread the leak. There is no way of telling yet. It could have been an employee or even have come from NrG. But there has been a leak and people have traded on inside information. Who the leaked it to these boards I am not sure. But probably someone that lives in Chicago.
CLOK IS A ROCKET. A TAKE OVER CANDIDATE. BRINGING TO MARKET A UNHACKABLE SECURTY SYSTEM NAMED CIPHERLOC. WHITE PAPER VALIDATION. CHAMPION CEO, GENIUS INVENTOR, FORTUNE 50 ROLODEX AND PILOT PROGRAMS STARTED OR TO BEGIN. THE POTENTIAL FOR CLOK IS OFF THE CHARTS. CLOK IS A BLUE CHIP IN THE MAKING. WHEN A CONTRACT IS SIGNED THERE WILL BE NO LOOKING BACK.
Thats right, NDA's are squat. Every company needs to disclose them as they are material events. In fact there are 20 pages of NDA disclosures in googles filings and It was just by chance the segway was developed unnoticed. Especially a firm like Cyberdin, If you can't google the names of their clients they are a fly by night outfit. Let's move on here I get it.
If a client signs an NDA and specifies that it is not disclosed what is there to discuss. DUH.
I have a hard time believing some things that I read here. Like all nda's need to be released in a pr or an 8k and companies do pilot programs with companies and only ask to see patent protection after they decide they want the product. If it worked, the world would know by now. Let's not forget the classic cipherloc is vaporware. To think some people sold because they were convinced Cipherloc was vaporware. Glad I wasn't the one that talked them into selling.
Will clok go the contract route or a straight buyout. So glad I didn't sell. A buyout can fetch 150 share price. Maybe in a year??? 6 months???? One month???? Once in a lifetime opportunity here. Do your own DD. A good place to start is their website. And the animation they have on the bottom explaining how the technology works. Then the stock legends 55 min interview. Then cyberdin. They are the security firm that tested cipherloc. Be your own judge . As everyone would agree. It would really suck to miss out on the next great thing.
Cracking up here, like a fortune 50 company is going to do the DD, time and effort, run a pilot and decide if they like the product ask for the patents. This one takes that cake. Almost as funny as every company requiring an 8k or press release for each NDA they signed. Even if their clients asked not to. Too funny. Sounds like a legitimate argument here. Clok has cipherloc. A disruptive technology that is unhackable. They are in a trillion dollar industry and probably a buyout candidate from a fortune 50 company. Every other cyber security system sucks. The world is getting hacked left and right. Cipherloc was tested by cyberdin and passed with flying colors and now the product is being or will be tested with multiple fortune 50 companies. The only question to ask is , does it works. One contractor a buyout and clok goes to the moon. A rare unicorn stock. Those that miss will have plenty of regrets.
NO FORTUNE 50 COMPANY WOULD ENTER INTO A PIOLT PROGRAM AND SIGN NDA'S UNLESS PATENT PROTECTION WAS IN PLACE, AGREED? END OF STORY. DUH.
Imagine being in the banking sector and credit card sector and your competition is using a superior hacking solution. They would stand to lose hundreds of billions and probably go out of business. The sky is the limit here.
Personally I would rather they don't sell. I would rather ride this thing to 600 in the next 4 to 6 years.
In the radio interview MDLG does mention a buyout if I recall. Maybe he knows something we don't . Not sure. But it would make sense. After hearing the stock legend radio interview it is clear just how big this is and the complexity involved. An 800 pound gorilla needs to step in. What would this mean for shareholders????
If JNSH wanted to be taken seriously as a stock, they would uplist. They would assure shareholders that dilution will not happen and they would break out revenue. Til then JNSH is a typical Pinky trading stock. a news driven POS.
I think you answered your own question. The good doctor feels cyberdin is a credible firm. DUH. Still waiting the real DD that will prove Cyberdin is a fly by night outfit. I forgot, all nda's need to be fully disclosed publicly even if it's clients request it is not. Now why in the world would a cyber security firm not reveal their client base. Not sure.
Clok has their proof, white papers from cyberdin. As we agree no one tests ciphers for free. So the ball is on the other court to disprove it . DUH. Google search rotflmfao.
Your analogy does not apply. A plumber to an electrician as opposed to a cipher to a cyber security firm. Come on. Still haven't disapproved their being former white hatters or their client base. Lmao google search, fly by night. All nda's need to be disclosed publicly, even if clients request not to. This is so funny. All this time DD was so simple. Dying of laughter here.
The purpose of the interview was to tell the public what his company is doing. What is wrong with that. The interview is 55 mins and Mdlg talks a lot about the industry, where they are what their plans are. He explains the company and the technology. Very well outlined and informative. I for one learned a lot. To dismiss every single thing he said is B/S is ridiculous. I am glad he did that interview. Can't for that contract. I do wonder when it will happen. We couldn't be at a better place at a betters time. For some clok will be the fish that got away. Clok is Nasdaq bound. The only question that matters is, does cipherloc work. End of story./
DYF, glad to see we are in agreement that no one validates Ciphers for free. It only took 6 months. After reading the information in their website. They seem to be a pretty highly specialized outfit with high profile clients. Former white hatters. Without doing real DD on them there is no way to discredit them. To think everything in their website is b/s is ridiculous. Small banks, tiny credit card companies, unheard if country's. probably faking the white hatter thing also. As we all know everyone is supposed to disclose nda's for whatever any company does. And cyber security companies should be household names and should pop up like a Xmas tree when googled. Cipherloc has been validated. White papers on hand. They will have or have pilot programs going on with multiple fortune 50 companies. And when they get the first contract, many more will follow and CLOK will be a household name in a year. And all our lives will change. Some not for the better.
All that information is in the radio interview, what are you talking about. Fortune 50 companies. Cyberdin white paper validation.. unhackable software. CLOK is at the right place at the right time. It would be very regretful to miss out if cipherloc takes off. That would really suck now wouldn't it.
What kind of reality? So whenever apple or google signs am NDA Ithey need to disclose it. That is so ridiculous . That sounds like great way to stay ahead of your competitors. Tell them everything as you are going along.
Sure would be nice if we could get some assurance from the company telling us they will not dilute anymore. Heck they seem to dilute every year like clockwork and for peanuts, or fair value. Or tell shareholders how many more restricted shares are out there. Our source told us they would not hit market because it would cost the owners too much. And of course give shareholders a guarantee that the preferred shares will NEVER be converting. Instead of have NO PLAN's as our source told us.
Honda betting big on hydrogen fuel cell car
http://www.freep.com/story/money/business/2015/06/15/honda-civic-pilot-automotive-sales/71248262/
And of course TOYOTA'S car. The people that brought you the Prius has a new vision of the future and they are betting the farm. They split ties with tesla and are looking to put gasoline out of business. Their car went on sale earlier this year in California and pre-order demand was off the charts. selling more in one month that they expected in a year.
The future sure looks bright for the BEV. I wonder if they will ever make a battery powered PICK-UP?? No need to guess they can't LMAO. Keep hyping the charging stations.
BMW just announced they will make a Fuel Cell by 2020....
http://cleantechnica.com/2015/06/15/bmw-bites-bullet-fuel-cell-electric-vehicles/
Actually, the BEV can not power trucks which account for 1/3 of the vehicles on the road. Leaving the door wide open for Fuel Cells. We are not debating how many Fuel Cell stations there are because we are talking about what will be the successor to the ICE. A question to ask would be, why does every auto manufacturer have plans to build one. Even with the BEV's 5 year head start. Answer, they know it is the ONLY viable successor to the ICE. The cost of retro fitting existing gas stations is cheaper than most would think because existing stations need to be replaced anyway. And as we know there is a demand to end fossil fuel and the oil companies would never let the BEV end their cash cow. But that doesn't matter a bit for JNSH because even if they were to become mainstream, there is no money in public charging. But again that is meaningless because the EV charging is just used to hype this stock. At the end of the day we are left with an unaudited POS that won't even break out the revenue of the chargers. All the charts and P/E's don 't amount to a hill of beans when you don't know what dilution is lurking ahead. We were misled before. Many Brian's kids need to go to college.
Chili, Clok is a start-up in a trillion dollar industry. Start ups usually don't have revenue. When they do the share price will be a lot more. investing 101.
MICK, yes that is the EV charger. Or the crown jewel. Which are supposably rarely used. Which have similarities to public pay phones. rarely used as said by experts such as Tom Gage. That just may be the reason Brian does not break out the revenue. But it is used to hype the stock. Another interesting thing is after 5 years the EV industry has only managed to get a fraction of a percent market share. The. Govt has missed their targets by a million. They will never become mainstream because they do not work for trucks which account for 1/3 of vehicles on the road. Since the industry has embraced fuel cells as the successor to the ice. Leaving JNSH as a contracting company. No one seems to have an EV. Not our source, heck I heard Brian is a pickup guy.
Cyber security sector is on fire. Can't turn on the tv without hearing something about it. Clok just may be the hottest stock of the decade. Do we have the holy grail???
Standby, clok is fully reporting. Passed finra. Good thing big brother is looking out for us investors from unaudited turds.
