There's a lot more to the story in regards to the lawsuit. It will all come out. A good attorney advises his clients to keep quiet.
There has been much said and obviously a lot of it has been libelous.
Actually that would be libel, not slander. It might possibly add fuel to this lawsuit:
"Unbeknownst to many shareholders, this petition and the actions taken by several of the petitioners has spurned more legal action and has caused further damage to the Company. On November 6, 2013, Mack Maxcey was sued by Treaty Energy in Coleman County for deliberately interfering with operations in Tuscola, Texas.
These actions taken by Mr. Maxcey resulted in significant setbacks to Company operations. Mr. Maxcey went online and distributed untrue information, which was then disseminated by additional parties that Treaty Energy has warned investors about which spurned undue investor concern regarding operations on the Mitchell and Stockton leases."

It all sounds like speculation & conjecture to me.
No it doesn't.
Your assessment is your opinion and not accurate. Your claim of Treaty being a pump & dump is bullshit.
More speculation.
That's bullshit.
That's speculation with no proof.
I believe many shareholders "in their right mind" are willing to give Chris T. the benefit of the doubt and time to right the ship.
Time will tell. Don't you think it's fair to give him enough time for shareholders to evaluate his success? He's only in his second month.
If you already know the truth, why ask the questions?
If it's assumed that he won't answer truthfully, then this whole 29 question thing is a moot point.
Mike M. is not Chris T.
I've been assured they will be this month. Try sending an email and you'll find out the same thing.
It's really simple to send an email to get questions answered. Really simple. It also eliminates the need for speculation, hearsay, rumors & conjecture.
An email to him would receive a response as to when the meeting is.
He answers his emails. The person wanting the answers should send him one and share if he chooses to.
Will you let us know what Chris' answers to the 29 questions are after he returns you email?
Anyone emailing Chris about answers to the 29 questions would be, in a way, indentifying themselves. I doubt this will happen.
So you're calling them all crooks? Sounds pretty libelous to me.
Saying Treaty has no money for drilling the wells is bullshit. They have not announced the financing yet.
I trust the geologists and experts that have actually studied the leases much more than what can be found on the internet.
That's bullshit.
So you believe it, but you can't provide any proof? LOL!
There's nothing to prove except by anyone making the accusation.
That's bullshit. No proof of a pump & dump. That's just a fabrication and a fantasy. With new management, Treaty is on the right path with more good things to happen!
Treaty is not, and never has been a pump & dump. That accusation is total bullshit.
References are not proof, so it's bullshit.
That has nothing to do with Treaty using a paid stock promoter, which they never have. Stick with the subject.
Not true unless you can prove otherwise. Should be easy if true.
Treaty has never been on the pumps & dumps list.

Wonder when the digging up dirt on Aquinas Energy Resources, Inc. and the Belle Wisdom lease begins. Should be interesting.
Yep, it looks like there is a lot more to the story. And Max being a witness for Heart Land is a plus for Treaty. I'd like to be a fly on the wall for that hearing!
A threat? LOL! More like a promise and statement of fact! Parties that have maliciously tried to harm Treaty should be very worried!
I'm surprised no one has tried to dig up dirt on Mr. Kramer.
Bio of Andrew Kramer:
Andrew Kramer was born in Washington, D.C. in 1969 and moved to New Orleans in 1986. Mr. Kramer, whose practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, received his B.A. from Tulane University in 1991 and his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1994. While in law school, Mr. Kramer participated in the Civil Litigation Clinical Program and Inn of Court and was a Fellowship Recipient of the Public Interest Law Foundation in 1992. Mr. Kramer is licensed in both Louisiana and New York, as well as in multiple federal district and appellate courts.
During the first 15 years of his career, Mr. Kramer gained significant litigation experience while working for three small but prominent New Orleans law firms. In 2009, Mr. Kramer opened his own practice that handles a wide range of civil matters. Mr. Kramer litigates matters in both federal and state courts in Louisiana and across the nation and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations during his career. Mr. Kramer has significant experience in handling commercial disputes and complex litigation matters involving a variety of issues such as property rights, contract disputes, property damage, condominium developers and associations, environmental contamination, wrongful death, succession disputes, insurance claims, expropriation/eminent domain, and securities law, among others. Mr. Kramer’s practice involves both plaintiff and defense work. Mr. Kramer is a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute, speaking on the subjects of Internet and technology strategies for legal professionals, post-trial issues, Louisiana civil procedure, effective case presentation, and Internet legal research.
Maybe loose lips are afraid of this:
"Mr. Kramer will oversee and coordinate all legal matters related to Treaty Energy. Management, while committed to a positive new direction for Treaty Energy, also places a high priority on Mr. Kramer, on behalf of the company’s shareholders, to vigorously defend Treaty Energy against the systematic, willful and deliberate erosion of shareholder value by individuals and organizations whose sole purpose has been to do so. Mr. Kramer will pursue all avenues available to Treaty Energy to ensure that these actions will not continue unabated."
Quote:
"Investors undoubtedly giddy over the news that the Canadian Warbler is taking advice from Tecos old engineer, the BULLchit artist. Perhaps he was told of the necessity of filing his appointment as Tecos new annointed "ONE", or that a new board needs an announced filing too. This guy may be a mole, deposited by the multitude of federal and state agencies certainly investigating this entertaining sham and scam. Heck, I could be happy with him showing proof of his mil and a quarter sale of his negative value water co. Here the deal, Warbler--show proof of payment and I will keep your location secret from those hundreds of common farmers claiming scam from your last venture. How much mirth was created in the Abilene area by your decades old salt to freshwater scam? Investors still believing? Yep, in a RS or new name- leaving their shares in the kindling box"
Conspiracy theory & blackmail all in one post. Wow!
A stopped watch is right twice a day. Bullshit hearsay.
It's bullshit to expect an immediate answer when he stated he would bring up the questions at the next board meeting. It's also bullshit to assume he will lie about it.
