Al - here is the OPMG board not illume - so pls talk just about OPMG or try to open new board for illume - thank you
I agree and have signed onto linkedin and seen the connections, reputations and history of these guys.
Someone just purchased 5 million shares and the PPS dropped
who is better between scottrade and fidelity
Danny I don't think DWD is specific to this board. I found this. I also think it has been referenced to in several articles in various postings.
Hope it helps.

I stand corrected. 10 more trading days until .003's. 10 more days of hope.
.the trading calender is 251/252 days based on when certain holidays are observed
Just a guess based upon average daily PPS depreciation over the past month. You should see them by Friday. Exciting huh?
Just a shame. Bet nobody thought this would hit .003's...
R/S not much longer after that..
avg volume is 6million per day x 30 days, 180 million in (1) month.
Any Word on The Company Spokesperson Performing???? Sure would be nice.....But based on Randall James email yesterday I guess the answer is NO
My Post
so pls show me any link that confirms that this deal NOT done - not just any imagination or homepage or news - a prof file that confirms that the merger deal is NOT done...
I'll wait
crazy - the deal is not done until official PR - do you think they give out a PR that the deal is not done ? Its then like always in these POS - you wont hear anything - then rthey come around with new event -
Mike good to see you. Did you load up on a few million shares today? Good to see a OPMG long! Be careful or you will have to file a 13D! How many million shares do you have now?
Enough with the silly overworked diatribe regarding the concert. It has no merit whatsoever regarding the stock. A PR might be good for flippers and I'd like to see a one so they can close their positions.
I am surprised President Obama didn't make the list, St. Clair should get him as a spokesperson. Now that would be something...
just relying on the relevant DD provided. Is the Relevant DD here "not to be relied on?" ...Hmmmnnn I also rely on the circumstantial evidence provided by someone close to the event who is involved in what acts would be performing.....
I will continue to assist with any Relevant DD I can add to the OPMG discussion, it is my duty as a concerned investor....
Did the dilution stop? 2 hours into trading and only 780,000 shares have moved (about 3k worth).
I agree, its a good thing we didn't get our hopes up on the company spokesperson participating in one of the company's largest sponsored events about driving while distracted!
(Quite a Crushing Blow However.....)
No Cake for us....just fluffy icing.....
so pls show me any link that confirm that this deal is done - not just any imagination or homepage or news - a prof file that conffforms that the emrger deal is done
Hey Chug,
I haven't been here (other than lurking) too much since summer. I carved down my position since then but have enough to sell some into rallies when/if they happen and buy back on the dips.
Pizza will be a thing of the past soon.
Sorry, your post is completely contriadictory..... It's not a pump and dump, yet it has potential. You made money in the prime P&d last year...yet you are mad at OPMG because it wasn't a P&d like Jam*, Lex*?
People looking through rose colored glasses? Come on, anyone looking through rose colored glasses should make up their own mind based on their own DD, reading financials and their own experience.,, not based on your disappointment that it did not go up like Lex* and bring in 1500% return as you expected
I didn't say Daniel Ross screws people, I said he learned how to screw people out of money from the best of them.
You attack me for my opinions, and yet If I said "OPMG is going to be $50 a share by November" you probably wouldn't ask for my sources. I understand that since you invested in this stock you have lost money, and you equate negative posts as the reason why the stock is going down. Let me assure you that people who make their living controlling the outcome of this stock pay little to no attention to my rants.
Judging by your post history, It appears that you have been burned by a few penny stocks and maybe pink sheets aren't for you.
Here's some free advice:
Hey Mike!
Are you going to buy another 6+ Million shares this week? We sure could use your bid support. Appreciate having such a seasoned and extremely credible investor among us. I am humbled.
What you think about those block of shares coming in open market. I got tired of buying it bought about 25 million share in four week.
I see Daniel Ross, a Wharton alumni who, in my opinion learned how to screw people out of money from the best of them. I am cynical about the talent, but I don't deny that there is real talent involved.
I really dont think
Mr. Bieber?
Teenagers have strict schedules. for example, 7:30-3:00pm they are in school. Then work or sports or extracurricular activities. Homework, a little TV.internet, etc. A Structured family with hopes that their child will go to a good college will have a schedule that you can set your clock to. All your reasons for tracking your child, limiting their texting abilities, and forcing them to not text while driving can be solved with parental controls that are already installed into phone plans. Sure Teenagers can circumvent these boundaries, just as a driver can switch phones with a passenger and use their phone to interact with their friends, provided that teenagers who drive together have the same circle of friends, which is very likely.
When I was a teenager, I had to be home at 11pm. If I wanted to stay out late, I would call my house, and when my parents picked up, I would say "Mom, I got it. Sorry (insert name) woke you." They would think I am in my room and I answered the call at the same time they did.
. Kids today are much more advanced. They could unlock an iphone from At&T and use it with Verizon way before Verizon had an iphone available. If I were a teenager today, I would take the administrators phone and change the settings. Its not like you are going to monitor your settings. Or if I wanted to get around geofencing, I would give my phone to a friend who was going to the library, and have my calls forwarded to the cell phone of whoever I was really out with. Im at the mall. YOu think Im at the Library. Kids are creative and they have a lot more time than adults do
On Friday Birdboy and a few others were posting that there was going to be a PR this weekend. If you are calling the post on the Facebook page that was created by Birdboy and doesn't have anyone really looking at it the so called PR that they were expecting, then I'm buying all the shares I can come tomorrow.....lol. It's funny how people pump certain things that don't amount to anything.
***SIGH***
A really good way, since most texting and driving is concentrated on teenagers, is to have parents install the "Time" app on all cellphones. Now this is not limited to just high tech phones, all phone companies call it something different, but it is for restricting the usages of the cellphone during school hours. It can block texting say from 8:30 am to 9am, 9:00-9:15am or even 4pm to 5 pm. You can set the limits on when calls can be made, who can call in, you can even block numbers from texting in, or out. It is very useful if you know your teen has to drive from school, or to work at a certain time everyday, thus you can block the application. What makes this unique is that if they were to say, crash, unlike the car jammer app (not sure what the car jammer app is), they would still have cellphone access in case of emergencies.
So where is this weekend PR everyone was talking about on Friday??
"Gas is going to be over $4 a gallon by April. Parents are going to be going out to eat less, and they sure as hell aren't going to pay $200 a year for an app + a data plan + the initial cost of a smartphone. With less job opportunities for teenagers, there will be less driving. Period"
"Do you have the app? Have you compared it to other apps? Its a joke. The website is a joke. Its not a company that should be publicly trading."
"A friend of mine works for Senator Frank Lautenberg and he said that there are a lot of talks about banning all electronic devices while driving. This would make any anti texting app irrelevant."
"The truth is, nobody should pay for an app to remind them to be safe. Imagine Nissan charging a monthly fee for installing that beeping noise when your seat belt isn't fastened. People choose to leave their seat belt unbuckled and they get a ticket for doing so, just like texting."
"My niece already prefers "face time" to texting. It's available on iphones and it allows you to see the person you are talking to."
This is the same talk I heard when Frohman owned Usell. As the stock dropped everyone talked about mergers and new ideas, but Frohman was busy with his new project: OPMG.
And everyone who invested in Usell were left holding the bag. Who says that Frohman hasn't made a few million off this Bieber P&D and already on to his next scam?
My idea for the next commercial.
Same scenario with the same girls, because they obviously were not listening.
This time they actually hit him. Fast forward to Bieber in a coffin. He opens his eyes and says ' What will it take for you to learn texting & driving kills '
I got tired of buying it bought about 25 million share in four week.
pure unadulterated speculation! only official document's PROVE dilution..OPMG IMHO
just to be clear.. we have got the share structure from I/R in the last 4 months or so anyway.

If OPMG does NOT have a GAGGED Transfer Agent, a simple phone call from anyone that owns shares to the Transfer Agent OPMG hired could answer the question of the outstanding share count in just a matter of minutes. Their job is to know what the share count is daily, and an ungagged transfer agent will gladly tell you.
Calling the Investor Relations person is simply a waste of time IMO, go to the source....."The Transfer Agent"
People choose to text and drive, and no one wants an app installed to prevent them from doing so.
.I guarantee that these car companies will be forced by law to install "something" in these vehicles to disable texting and possibly even talking on the phone while the car is in motion after enough people die.
The car companies will develop their own technology to disable cell signals while moving rendering a software app useless over time, NOT buyout a penny stock for the "app technology"
8 track players were a big thing, now everyone has an ipod or music on their phone. When was the last time you purchased a record, or a cassette, or an 8 track tape? (Phoneguard will be the 8 track player one day) and will disappear IMO one day.
