just to be clear.. we have got the share structure from I/R in the last 4 months or so anyway.

Just to be clear.. if the transfer agent is not gagged, then why is the company not providing the information? They would have that info right? By not having a TA that is forthcoming you would think the company would take it on their own to find a new TA and to release the info to the shareholders IMMEDIATELY.
