ARSW looking good...at .008, has almost doubled from a bottom of .004 about a week ago.
FRCD, closed strong on today's news at .068, and.......
After hours jumped to .0795.
Watch for a gap up tomorrow......
great chart!!!
this one looks like it's moving........
Linchuck, When ready-cash is coming out of the CEOs pocket and they have to dump stock to meet payroll, my best guess is that they're scrambling just to keep the doors open.
Why the delay?....who knows, maybe they had to pay the rent first.
I'm not sure, but now that the E has been added, I don't think just filing a 10Q is enough.
If it were, we would have seen some announcement that the E was being removed.........maybe next week.......HMMMMMM
At .08 FRCD has doubled..news...
VANCOUVER, Sep 11, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Fairchild International Corporation (FRCD) is pleased to report that all nine oil wells on the Kerrobert property in Saskatchewan, Canada are now flowing at sustained commercial rates.
Initial flow rates indicate another major success for Fairchild International and partners, who include Micron Enviro Systems (MSEV) and Habanero Resources (HAO:TSX.VEN). With this addition of the nine new oil wells, Fairchild anticipates a dramatic increase in monthly revenues. The oil is comparable to West Texas No 1. and the experience by other oil companies in the area suggests an approximate fifteen year life for the shallow oil wells.
Because of the great success achieved from these nineteen oil wells that have been drilled on the Kerrobert property, Fairchild is also pleased to announce that the company has entered into negotiations with Patch Energy, a privately held company that retains a large percentage of the Kerrobert program, to acquire an additional 5% interest in all nineteen producing oil wells. This would give Fairchild the largest interest of any company involved with this project that trades exclusively on the OTCBB.
Fairchild International Corporation is an emerging energy enterprise with natural gas production in California and producing oil wells in Saskatchewan, Canada. Fairchild International's primary objective is to enhance shareholder value through the continued successful exploration of domestic North American oil and gas prospects.

MLRI, pre open PR, at .45, up .05.eom
Linchuck, did you read the USGAE 10Q?
I read through enough of it......
They're in trouble.
They've admitted that they are dumping stock to pay bills, even to pay employees.
Aside from that, the financial needs have been carried by the CEOs private funds.
And, at first, their financials look like they are starting to make money, but it's not so...at least not enough to make a difference.
On the other hand..........For the last three days of so there has been accumulation and the PPS is showing a little strength.
So...........OHHHH, what to do.......what to do?.......:)
ergo, no manual?. Try this...........

BEVI filed a 10K..eom
Mike that seems like a good sign to me.....
If you couldn't buy ARSW at .005(inbetween), it implies that the MMs aren't expecting it to go down.
At .063, USXP it up about 9% today.
Has been showing some healthy movement in the last three days or so, and if the Bollinger Bands continue bending in, it could get better.
Art2Gecko, re ARSW 70K units....
It could be any number of things, good or bad.
My first assumption would be that this little firedoor company went out and sold 70K retro-fitted firedoors and dried up the market..........making them an easy target for an acquisition by ARSW.
But, I try to stay away from second-guessing the thought processes of company management. The information you have to work with always comes down to what you are "told."
Art, I believe that refers to the sale of retro-fit firedoor kits sold prior to the acquisition.
From the 10K filed last January;
ARS/Fire Safety Tec, technology is approved by Underwriters Laboratory (UL) and is patented. The door kit been test marketed and more than 70,000 kits have been sold in the US and Canada and saves up to 80% in cost when upgrading any existing non-rated door to a code compliant fire rated door in commercial, institutional and multi-unit residential buildings such as nursing homes, apartment buildings, hotels, dormitories, hospitals, offices, government buildings and retail environments.
ARSW 10Q is due 9/15, but they haven't been too timely in their filings and another NT(two week extension), wouldn't surprise me.
Mike, four different Directors of ADZR filed form 4's today to acquire shares.........
About three Directors of BEVI filed form 4's .......looks like they're dumping.
And, this one I don't understand....TALL
The three top officers filed form 4's to sell millions of restricted shares in private transactions,(the only way they can sell restricted shares).....
And, at the same time, to acquire about twice as many.
(from the filing), 2. Unregistered shares acquired on September 03, 2003 as a result of conversion of loans and expenses receivable to shares pursuant to a board of director's resolution on June 24, 2003.
and yet, at .031, it was up about 20% today.....?
Re USXP...........
For the past five or six weeks USXP has been on a slow downtrend.
Friday, it showed strength and moved up slightly...
Today, at .056, it seems to be holding that strength
WLDI, at .004 is sitting on a strong support level and.....
There may be big news in the making.....
re: ADOT..........
at .005 it's sitting on strong support and the BBs are starting to come together.
Could be setting up for a bounce.
sorry bout the double post..:)eom
PennyWorld, toward the end of the PR they mention an interview with ARSW that will be rebroadcast....
I didn't post it because it's almost non-news and they didn't say if the rebroadcast time was AM or PM...

Art2Gecko, my take on ARSW is based on the overall situation after the 1:50 RS a few months ago.
The S8 filing for 60M shares still keeps the OS relatively low.
I can't get a feel for "timing" at this point, but the price is about right for a bottom/bounce and I expect it at any time.
Sorry I couldn't be more exact......:)
Art2Gecko, re ARSW.........
The chart does look like it may be setting up for a move, but so far, IMO, a small move and not yet what I'm waiting for.
I'm waiting for a major bounce.........
OZLU, at .16, up 15% on news.........
MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 08, 2003 8:15 AM
- BusinessWire
TORONTO, Sep 8, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ozolutions Inc. (OZLU) announces it has received confirmation from U.S. Capital Inc. that it intends to bring its private placement bond offering, US. Capital-Life Settlements, LLC to market on October 1st, 2003.
Ozolutions had previously been approved by U.S. Capital for a $5 million financing. Should the financing be completed in October 2003, proceeds will be used to fund Ozolutions proposed acquisition of U.S. based water treatment distributors and marketing program for Ozolutions own water treatment systems.
A Harvard University Public Health study reports that in the U.S alone, the demand for home filtration devices providing safe drinking water is rapidly expanding with spending for residential devices estimated to be nearly $2 billion per year. This reflects consumer willingness to pay for improved drinking water quality based on health related concerns. In the U.S., health damage due to microbial contamination and disinfection of drinking water costs are estimated to be about $5 billion per year.
Ozolutions distributes two chemical free home drinking water systems which it proposes to add to the existing product mix of the U.S water treatment distributors it intends to acquire. The ultra violet system exceeds National Sanitation Foundation certification standard 55A meaning it will quickly and effectively disinfect microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and parasites in both surface and well water sources.
The second system is the EntrOzone, an ozone based system for households requiring treatment for microorganisms as well as taste, odor and color problems. This system is also effective in dealing with minerals, heavy metals and chemicals. Ozone is 52% more powerful than chlorine and leaves no harmful chemical residue in the environment. EntrOzone combines ozone. ultra violet and carbon filtration technologies as a multi-barrier system that protects against the widest possible range of water borne contaminants.

rossi, I generally run 48-49.3333 with my dialup and I'm told that's pretty good.
But, I think you have a valid point.
Dialup modems are becoming dinosaurs and it's getting harder and harder to use the Internet with them.
SBC-DSL is one of the most reasonably priced high speed services around, but when I saw that they are connected,(or work with.......whatever) with YAHOO I was immediately turned off.
I don't like Yahoo and have nothing in my computer that's in any way connected to them.
So...........live with it?........
For the time being, maybe so......:)
Thanks
lostcowboy, good theory, but......
IE HELP/ABOUT shows;
Internet Explorer 6.0.2800.110615
Cipher Strength 128-bit
thanks anyway....
Castle.........
You asked; Is it possible you are running 98 over Server 2003?
Anything's possible........I have no idea what Server 2003 is.
Thanks
gottfried and tc..I've tried the IE repair and it doesn't work.
According to them, I should show Internet Explorer 6 in my add/remove programs.
What I show is; Internet Explorer Q822925 and the only options I have is to add/remove.
FWIW......according to all diagnostic programs I've run and my system Info, I have IE6.
Plus, just in case, I went to windows update and IE6 is not an option.
tc, the problems are only online. When I'm offline it's almost too fast....:)
I ran Browsertune about a month ago, from a link at pcpitstop.com,(a battery of tests that were very through)
As I recall, they didn't show me anything I didn't expect.
But, thanks for the link,......I'll run it again.
What if.........I just installed something like Opera and completely deleted IE?
Would I have any more problems than just the work of transferring everything?
TIA
PS: I'm probably just being a ninny about this because I've never known anything but Internet Explorer.
I'm going "where no man has gone before."......:)
tc, yes, I run most if not all that stuff on a regular basis, including Advanced Spybot, RegVac and all the testing programs from pcpitstop.com.
I'm running Win98 SE(by choice), IE 6 and have downloaded all the add-ons and patches that Windows has.
I built the computer, but have no desire to get into programming.(any more than I have to...:)
1.3 G CPU, 20 G HD and 512DDR MB of memory
I've done so much to clean up things on my end I've virtually eliminated my computer as a problem source.
I know that Hotmail and especially MSN Messenger have been having problems........That's what I want to get away from.
That, and the slow downloads of websites.
It seems that their problems started about six months to a year ago and are getting worse.
One of my concerns is that if I run another Browser, what happens to dozens of links I have set up for other websites?
I looked at Opera and was impressed, but is there a compatibility issue?
TIA
tc, I'm just having a lot of general problems, slow loading of webpages, sometimes they won't load at all.
and, my main email service, Hotmail, is getting harder and harder to use.(MSN Messenger is almost fried).
Right now I'm in the process of transferring all my automatic emails, alerts, etc over to the email service provided by my ISP.
I took a quick look at Netscape and they seem to be closely connected to AOL. That alone is a big minus sign...:)
I've never heard of Firebird. Obviously, you think highly of it.......?
And, I know nothing of Opera.
Any comments on these?
I didn't know I could run more than one Browser.
My main concern is keeping all my links and keeping them operational.
FWIW.....I have about 17 Gigs of free space on my HD
TIA
arkieboy, thanks I'll look at it, but....
will it be an improvement or would I just be trading IE problems for different problems with Netscape?
TIA
Mike, here's a link to a chart for ARSW...
http://bigcharts.marketwatch.com/javachart/javachart.asp?symb=arsw&time=&freq=
I really expect it to bottom and bounce at any time.
If the link works, note the Bollinger Bands.
Right now they are running flat, but today I saw a little buying strength.
If the bands start coming together in the next few days it could be setting up for a run.
Folks, I'm sick and tired of Microsoft and Internet Explorer problems.
Is there a practical alternative to IE and, if so, how much of a problem would it be to switch over?
TIA
at .007, ARSW is on the move..eom

Does anyone know anything about stock warrants?
I've had a bunch of them sitting in my account for several months and some of them are going to expire in a couple of months.
How can I get more information?

Correction on XKEM OS.......
As of Aug 19, the OS was 6,834,352....
This low number makes the PPS very volatile.
